Hi 🙂 That's odd... And you don't use any script blockers or similar? Sometimes, ad blockers and alike might interfer with a web site like that unintentially. Also, have you checked if - maybe - your firewall is blocking something?

You are using the web version of Photoshop. Not all features from the desktop version may be available on the web one. To use Photoshop as an app on your device, you will need to download and install the 'Creative Cloud desktop app' first: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html Once installed, open it and log-in with your Adobe ID credentials. You should find Photoshop pretty easily by then.

There is no difference, really. Early versions of Windows (think 3.x / MS-DOS) only allowed file names to have three letter extensions. Thus, JPEG was shortened and became JPG. You can rename your files extensions as you wish. Adobe Stock requires your images to be JPEG - .jpeg or .jpg, doesn't matter.

That Adobe employee in your email indeed works for Adobe (example), so this could be legit. However, in this day and age, you can never be 100% for certain. Emails can be spoofed. This would be against the Terms of Use. Each person working on the design project will need to have the necessary fonts available on their computer, either licensed via their own Creative Cloud subscription or through a traditional desktop purchase via the respective font foundry.

So, I just tested it... When I detach the toolbar and open the Home Screen, it will look exactly like in your screenshot and I indeed cannot re-attach the toolbar. Once I go out of the Home Screen (by clicking the [Ps] icon), re-attach the toolbar and open the Home Screen again, the toolbar won't appear until I open an image or so. Does it not behave like that for you (anymore)? 🤔

Hi Stu, do you mean the stray toolbar on the left? Looks like it simply got detached. You can re-attach it by clicking and dragging it to the left side, from the middle of the very top band of the panel (that "barcode strip" looking thing). When you see a thick blue line, release the mouse.

Photoshop is still compatible with Big Sur, according to the System Requirements. You need to download the Creative Cloud desktop app: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html Once downloaded and installed, open it, log in with your Adobe ID and you should see/find Photoshop.
