Depending on the product, your code may be on the disc sleeve (serial number), on an insert card (redemption code), or on the product box. Hi dmperry24, please sign out of the 'Creative Cloud Desktop Application' and sign in back again (Help). Now reopen your CS6 Application and you'll be given the option to license your software. After choosing the 'License this Software' option, you will then be given the opportunity to enter your Adobe ID and serial number for Creative Suite 6. Does that help? The Temp folder is located under C:\Users\'Username'\AppData\Local\Temp, where 'Username' is (obviously) your username. You might need to uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" in the Windows Explorer settings to see it.
