Hi @D24928270wg8l   Adobe changed the way the cloud storage works a while back https://adobe.ly/4oQFEYY   Due to this change, it is no longer possible to upload files directly as you were able to do previously. You can still save Photoshop or Illustrator files to your cloud storage, but you need to choose the option while working in Photoshop or Illustrator to save your file to the web as a Cloud Document https://adobe.ly/4ny1iA3 Image files can be uploaded directly inside Adobe Express or added to your libraries. https://adobe.ly/3LnaMRb Hope that helps, Dave ... Hi @Jeff_FL The info here is pretty dated, as kglad mentions. The sync service is still used, but only for syncing libraries and fonts in the background, not for Creative Cloud Files. If you had files within a Creative Cloud Files folder in your user account folder they should still be there but the folder was renamed. In addition to the suggestion from kglad, I'd also like to note that, although Adobe has removed the option to sync all files from within the Creative Cloud Files folder, some sync options are still available. You can save your project files to the cloud from Photoshop, move content between computers through libraries, share photos online through Lightroom and sync Adobe fonts through the Creative Cloud desktop.
