I don't know for sure, but I'm wondering if what may have happened is you were using an account through the school, which they deleted. Then you created a free account using the same school email but lost access to all your prior files. That would explain why you lost access to your spark file and all other prior student content. Hi @PBS_Jill Did you provide the printer with the PDF you shared here? This was a 2.2MB image, so it should be sufficient. If you zoom in on the PDF, you can see there are no quality issues. It sounds like the quality issues might have been introduced when converting the file. I would ask the printer for the needed DPI, recommended image dimensions, and image format and create your design targeting that output. Hi @michael_1968 I wondered if this might be helpful. If you select the audio track there should options for fading the audio ending and you can set the duration of the fade.
