Adobe XD

Was working on a cloud file in XD, saved my progress, published the new version. Everything worked fine there. Come back to it a couple weeks later and see file wasn't saved with the changes, but the published link has all the updates and is the "true and current" version. Is there a way to download the "Published" version? Would save me days of work to download that published version!!! 

Hi,  The linked component is not updated. Whenever we click on «Update», it displays a error message «Unable to update component beacause of an error». There is no way for us to know what error it is so we can fix it!   Please help.  Thanks!

After my version of Adobe XD was updated to 47.0.22:   I am unable to open any of my projects, Cloud or locally stored. I cannot create any new projects. Attempting either of these results in a blank window with a URN for a title.  XD will not quit without a Force Quit.   I am on MacOS Catalina (10.15.7). I have logged out of Creative Cloud and logged back in, and restarted my machine. Nothing seems to change.   Help! <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, I'm having a problem with the preview mode of Adobe XD:- I have made a project in XD, with linked photoshop files.- The size of my artboards are 1920 x 1324 px. While making the project, everything works fine and all my files are shown as they should be.But when I click the preview icon (in XD itself) of when I generate a link to share and open this in my browser  (I already tried Chrome, Firefox, Opera as browsers), all I see is a black screen with a thin colourfull line in the middle (see picture below). I'm assuming the line in the middle is my image, just very squished together. Is there anything I can do about this (I need this size of the artboards, can't make them smaller), or is this a bug in XD? (I've read somewhere that some sizes for artboards give problems in the previews?) 

Hi! I just create a group consisting of a rectangle and a text and the padding function is not showing. The same is true for a component created of the same elements. I have also reinstalled XD. Nothing. I am on XD 47 - it is the current version according to Creative Cloud. I have attached a screenshot - it's in German, but clearly shows both the group and the properties on the right.   <Title renamed by moderator>  

I have a project with ~30 artboards and ~30 components each with a couple states, and it's chugging on my powerful gaming Windows PC. Panning, Zooming, Moving artboards around, just stutters a lot.   Is this a regression in the latest version of AdobeXD that is being looked at?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Changing design of  a Component instance inside a repeat grid does not affect repeated items.1) Place a component shared from a library inside a repeat grid2) Expand the grid3) Change the master in the grid4) Nothing happens, you only change the master.

on Windows 10, Adobe xd color picker is not work?

Hello everyone!   First of all, I want to say I LOVE the Adobe XD tool, it's amazing all the capabilities and possibilities you get with this tool. Thank you for building it!   Now with that out of the way. Just like the title explaines, I want to know if it is possible to make a Video or Lottie animation to stop when is on Hover state and to continue when it changes to Default state? it keeps its consistency and doesn't seems like a clumsy jump. I want the video / lottie to continue straight from the same frame where it stopped when the user hovered it so that it maintains its consistency and doesn't look like a clumsy jump back.   So far, i think this capability is not possible with AdobeXD (I can imagine some easy ways this could be achieved with code but not with adobexd). If it is not yet something we can do, I will like to suggest this feature as an improvement for future upgrades. Thank you 🙂   <Title renamed by moderator>

Our design team is using XD to create mocks for UI development. These mocks get updated over time. In order to not review the whole file again, is there a way to see what exactly has changed? Are there any logs that are automatically saved?

Surprised and dismayed this is not yet a feature and that, although apparently requested in 2018 was not started on until April, 2021. Adobe may be have the "industry standard" software for many things, but the more I use XD, the more I feel like I'm using a second-rate knockoff created by the grandparents of the current industry standard leaders in an attempt to capitalize on a new income stream previously overlooked.  Come On Adobe - Your responsiveness to your customer base and the quality of your recent entries into software appear to inversely proportional to the increase in your scope and the size of your corporation.

I want to be able to give my developer the correct external link for a button. For example the social media links in a footer or links to other websites. There doesn't seem to be a function that does this.Does anyone have any advice on how to get around this or is the only option to supply a separate list of links. 

Hello, I am creating an android app using Adobe Xd. I was wondering if you can add a hyperlink to an external page like Facebook or a website through a Symbol (like in picture) or even through text. I have tried many options and couldn't find it or maybe it doesn't have it. If not may the Adobe team work on that feature because it is needed. Thank you.

Hi Everybody.This background distortion bug happens in the XD link often with no apparent reason.Usually when there is a big background color element or an image.I've tried changing a million properties, tried different browsers, computers and Adobe accounts.Help PLZ. 

This is the first time I have attempted to use the Cloud sharing feature. This error is especilaly frustrating because I chose to use XD for this project for this feature specificly. When I research this error online, it looks like this may be an ongoing issue with Abobe? Can anyone walk me through this problem?! 

Hello,since the last update 47.0.22.9 (System: Windows 10) I am unable to move certain objects in components to desired positions. For example moving a rectangle in an components by pressing the arrow up button on the keyboard moves it down by like 40 pixel or so.Moving it with the Select Tool also doesn't work. The object just jumps to a random position. Typing in the x/y coordinates also doesn't help. I get random half pixel values. Any ideas or solutions how to solve these problems? 

I have a simple suggestion for Adobe XD, please add "JPG" as an option under Download Settings in an Adobe XD link. As it is already possible to export as "JPG" in the Adobe XD software, I feel that the same option should be added to Adobe XD links.   <Title renamed by moderator>

I want to know how to change the master authority of the file to another person. As far as I know, the master person of files has the ability to share with others,but I don't see the ability to hand over my authority to others. If I save it locally and become a master,the marked version history stored in the existing cloud file will be deleted. Is there a way to solve it?

XD is shutting down on me whenever I use the text tool. Help Please!!

First, I love you guys. I really really like your amazing jobs at Adobe. I am using Adobe for many years and XD is solved a lot of problems with prototyping.   I want to share a little feature with you. I wish the circle animation continues. I have a problem like this; If I want to rotate 360° more than one I couldn't do it. And I see like the animation.  My humble solution is like this 🙂   So the user can rotate what he wants to as many times as he needs 🙂    <The title was edited by moderator>

Hi All,    I am creating a form design in XD, Some fields are dependent based on their parent field inputs so I am using stacks feature in that case. Attached is the video where stacks work perfectly fine XD file but spacing changes does not affect in prototype mode.   Kindly check the video for better understanding, if someone can suggest any solution/work around, that would be helpful.   Thanks. <Title renamed by moderator>
