Adobe XD

- When updating a publishing link of a cloud document I get the "Error Code 52".- It gives me this website to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html- I checked the status.adobe.com to confirm if Adobe Publish Online functionality is experiencing any issues. The green status indicated that the service is operating fine.- I assured all my artboard's sizes are significantly smaller than "8000 x 8000"- I enjoyed the dark ux patterns of Adobe's customer support experience- And now I'm curious if anybody else experienced this error code before 🙂Any help would be greatly appreciated.Best,Chris

Need help. I'm trying to move all my cloud documents and libraries (Adobe XD) from personal account to a company account (with the same email). It's a nightmare.   First, I downloaded all files manually one by one form Web UI, then uploaded them via CC desktop app to company profile. I still can't upload some files due to unknown error. The only workaround I've found – open those files in XD and save as cloud documents.   Moreover, I can't properly use my personal libraries via my company profile. I tried to share libraries, copy, reupload, republish, move to team. The result is always the same: I see libraries in company profile, I can even use assets, but:- I don't have access to edit the master file- All my linked assets links are broken with no way to relink them.     {Title Renamed by MOD}

My Adobe XD is having problems opening, and when it opens it only shows the grey area, and don't matter what I do, the artboards don't appear.I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, and erasing the preferences, but nothing seems to be working.I read that maybe updating the graphic drivers might help, but I'm having troubles with the last macOS update, does anybody know another solution? Thanks for any help.

When I try to create a share link for an XD file where anyone with a password can access the file, the "Create Link" button is greyed out and unclickable. I was able to create password-protected links in the past, but am not able to anymore. XD is on the most updated version. Thank you!  

Hello everyone, after exporting an asset as SVG, the icons from Font Awesome are not shown for colleagues. Only the name of the icon is displayed. It probably only works for me because the fonts are  embedded locally. The colleagues have not included the FA font. How can I make it so that the FA icons are rendered? Many thanks 

I changed the XD system settings, converted to Chinese, restarted, and it was still in English. 

Hi,For some reason I do not know, when I am typing text on my designs, the text input stops and nothing I do will solve this until I restart the app or close and re-open the file. Sometimes this happens when I use certain plugins like the Auto Icons plugin. After I search for the icon that I need and add it to my work, when I try to type in text on any artboard using the text tool it will not work. The text will keep entering the icons search bar but will not type on the artboards. This is really time-wasting and frustrating. My computer OS: Windows 11 Home21H2,Build: 22000.282Computer:Acer Aspire 5 with 16GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD, AMD Ryzen 3 32000U with Radeon Vega MObile Gfx 2.60Hz.XD: v. 45.0.62Adobe CC version: 5.6.0.788 Looking forward to your help.

Having trouble getting a line component hover state to show in Preview.Created a QT showing how a shape hover previews OK but the line doesn't.Any ideas? ThanksH

So I have been using Abode Xd for a few months now and I have never had any issues with it crashing, freezing, errors, or just not working in general, But today when I opened it up and made a new file to make a dropdown navigation menu and everything was great with it until I used the keys ctrl+d to make a dropdown menu on my laptop. Then it just kept freezing and saving everytime I pressed ctrl+d to create multpile dropdown pages underneath the main page and so I just started clicking around and it eventually would unfreeze but it would show me everything I had just done. So if someone knows how to fix this so it doesn't keep happening please let me know ASAP Thank you so much in advance  -VeGirl  

Hi, I want to make automatic spacing between the header and the text, so that, regardless of the header size, the text always has the same spacing and that the header does not overlap with the text. How to do it? And I want adjust my text but I have only 3 option: left, center, right. I dont have adjust. What Can I do? Maybe plugin? If it's a plugin, what is its name?

Hi everyone,I work in #healthtech and design digital intakes. I have been working on the smartest way to design a questionnare library and this is the best I've been able to come up with for a component that accepts a single-select question (see images -- sorry not even sure what to show).  The issue I'm having is every time I update the master component to follow a new question title and answer options -- I have to go and indiviually update the title and each answer (max of 12) to the component states and then indivually prototype each state... Has anyone worked on a single-select component?    Let me know 🙂

Hi when creating website examples I've always created the main look and feel in illustrator and then imported to After effects to animate. From your experience is there a benefit of using xd instead of illustrator? Many thanks

Hey everyone!   I am trying to export an image w/ text i created in Adobe XD for my story highlights on instagram and am having some trouble. I selected the image, went to file and then export - > selected. And when I view it in a folder it comes out as 2 separate images ? I need it to be 1 image.   Any help would be greatly appreciated! I worked on a mobile app for couple of months now, I have like 15 artboards with interactions etc. My artboards size is 1080 x 1920,  now when I share the prototype it is too big for the screen, the users have to zoom out, which not everybody will figure out (I want to put the link in my portfolio).Is there anyway to setup the preview slacced down? or maybe I can somehow eazily resize everything without having to do a tone of work?  Thanks.

My question is this my boss wants eps's and I figured I would output an avg and then just re-save as eps. All the graphics are vectors based or line drawings. She said she prefer me to build it in illustrator as the quality is better. Considering the are line drawing shouldn't they just stay the same quality wise? I do notice that the gradients when copying and pasting get lost though. Before I have to rebuild everything, I just want to make sure I am right and no quality will be lost? Thanks

Hi Friends, My team has shared a library with me.  I can browse to it and view it, but I can't find a mechanism to add the Library to my XD project.  It seems super simple. I am only running the trail at the moment and wonder if this has something to do with it? Thank you.

So I have a design that as pictures after I export to pdf the pictures lose quality like really bad

I need your help.  I'm a beginner, and I created a simple Adobe XD animation, which plays smooth like creamy peanut butter in Adobe XD.  Yet, when I copy the link and post the link anywhere, the animation loads weird and doesn't play well...with jerky movements like chunky peanut butter.  I installed the desktop creative cloud applications from Adobe when I initially started, but when I look in the Control Panel it doesn't list Adobe XD as an application.  So I don't know if the Creative Cloud only loads Adobe XD as a web based application (which doesn't make sense since all the other students have the whole application installed).  I've tried updating, hoping that will work, but it still doesn't play correctly (outside Adobe XD).Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Hi, Apologies if this is more of a general Creative Cloud question than an XD question. I'm using the Starter Plan for XD, previously I had the Creative Cloud All Apps license provided by work. Documents being shared with me aren't up to date, showing older versions of documents and not updating when someone makes changes. I've tried having them re-shared, reinstalling XD and the Creative Cloud App but the issue persists. The icon next to the document name says I'm disconnected, but other people viewing them can see my name as also viewing the doc though are not able to see any changes I make, or vice versa. The Creative Cloud App itself says that I don't have access to manage preferences for Syncing and to contact my IT admin. I've asked the owner of the admin account, but he wasn't sure. Is this a limitation of the Starter Plan or is this a bug?

I'm on an M1 Mac OS version 11.6, XD version 45.0.62. Features and workflow approaches aside, the performance of the app is atrocious.   Slow, sluggish, almost always a hiccup when performing any transform, movement- anything.   I cannot even work at a what I would consider a slow pace.  Immediately after startup and opening a document with four artboards and zero rasters, zero prototype workflows, nothing extra- I'm using over 1GB of RAM.   Over 1GB of memory for just vectors and text on four artboards?  Unacceptable.   I would be able to get some work done, albeit slowly, if the app did not freeze on any session exceeding 10 mintues.   It simply becomes unresponsive and has to be restarted.  Auto saving is also not working.  I came back to work today to find last Friday's work completely lost- the app was frozen and restarting the app resulted in all of my work vanishing.  It's 2021- I haven't worried about losing

I am very sure that I saved the changed I made before shutting down my computer because I even made a preview link. And in the preview link, the changes are still there but not in the Xd cloud file anymore. Please fix this! my proposal is tomorrow!!

Hi! The issue is that when scrollable content is scrolled to the right - the expected spacing would be 15px as defined with the scroll gruop area, but it scrolls a bit more. Also scrolls a bit less leaving a bigger area to the left as defined when scrolled back. Is this a known issue or am I defining something wrong? OS: MacOS Catalina XD version: 45.0.62.17 x64 

Hi, In Prototype mode I did some links in my project and when I am trying to see them in Desktop preview it shows only black screen with horizontal line. Same problem without extended monitor and with extended monitor. Thanks in advance!Best,Alisher Laptop:Windows 10, uptodate,all programs/drivers uptodate.
