Adobe XD

My work computer has Creative Cloud installed in German. My home computer has Creative Cloud installed in English. When I open a document in XD that has been saved in the other language, auto animate effects are broken because some of the groups are translated from Gruppe (German) to Group (English) and others are not.    <Title renamed by moderator>

I donot have a subscription of creative cloud. And I cannot find some Fonts in fonts.adobe.com. So is there away to upload my own fonts. Like I want to use Ikaros Font ( https://befonts.com/ikaros-font.html ) which is free to use  ( and downloadable ) but I cannot find it on adobe fonts. So is there a way that I download that font and maybe paste it in any folder on my laptop from where Adobe Xd can read that font and I can happily create my  designs. 🙂   {Renamed By MOD}

I am trying to install plug ins in XD, but the button is grey and the hazard sign says that I need to install the latest version, log out of the account and log back in again to install. I have updated and checked that it is indeed the latest version, but still no luck. Please advice - thank you 😄 Mona 

Hello! I recently am having an issue where after exporting my screens out as jpg/png files and then reworking on things and exporting again, the XD file gets blocked and the export fails because of this. I have had to save the file and close Adobe XD. Then I have to go to the file properties and unblock it and apply the change. (It says that the file was created on another PC but yet I am only using my own laptop and only have access to this laptop) Then I re-open the file and export and it usually works. Is there a reason why this is happening? I am using a free Adobe XD account and it is updated to the latest one. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Nobody can view our shared prototype in any browser (yes, we have all the proxy and browser settings correct as per your troubleshooting steps, none of your troubleshooting steps help in any way whatsoever, and yes we have tried it in all browsers and yes we have tried viewing it on both PC and Mac machines and it does not load for anyone on any machine in any browser) it just shows the spinning circle where the prototype is supposed to be. We tested, and only some very small XD "demo" files we made will load, but any larger files (which is what we always do) typically ~400MB or so, or anything with nested components or anytihng except the most basic small files simply will not load in the browser. Adobe seems to be having some big trouble with very slow and sluggish servers lately. This has been going on for quite a few days, now. Is Adobe working on this issue? If so, when can we expect this issue to be resolved?

Sometimes I find it so baffling when one Adobe product leaves out a feature that's core to all its others. Can you please add the ability to change the location of the reference point, so we have much more control over positioning?    {Renamed By MOD}

 When I create a interaction trigger that has a state as a destination, I am not allowed to select Preserve Scroll Positon.As you can see, when I try to select the option, it unselects itself. If I select an artboard as a destination, it preserves scroll position just fine, but with a state, it doesn't work. Can you help?

Yesterday I was working on this file, then the program stopped and closed... When I open again the file, I got this message... Please help me 

Hello, since the most recent few updates I've been having an issue where trying to update a shape's background image placement by double clicking the shape converts it into a path and I can no longer edit the image placement.   Here's what is happening: I create a shape, most of the time I work with rectangles. Sometimes I add stylings to the shape but not all of the time (e.g. border radius, shadow, etc.) I drag an image into the shape to create a mask of that shape with the image. I try to change the placement of the image (more the image to the left from within the shape, for example) The way I used to be able to do it is by double clicking the image, then I could edit the placement.   When I double click the image now, the shape becomes a path (icon goes from square to a pen tool) and the anchors become available, but I am unable to change the placement of the image within the shape.   Is there a way to prevent this? Maybe a shortcut that will only allow me to chan

I can't seem to find any solution for this. I have read in previous community discussions that this can be done by sharing it embed link. But, still have no clue on how to embed it into my Shopify website.

I am designing for a 13.3" laptop in XD. What size artboard do I choose? 1920x1080 or a custom 800x600?

for now in xd whenever i am making any document i have to save on colud to share with my collegues, but there are sometime i need to give them the full access to work and create link but some time i only have to give them the access to just see the work dont edit anything, but whenever i am inviting my collegues it only gives one option edit, no view, no co owner nothing to create link if i am not around nothing,\ so here it is my suggestion to adobe, when we are inviting any collegue or any other people on are document there has to be an option like (view, edit, co-owener) with this is easy to give access to othere people what if i am inviting share holder just to see how the project is going to to edit, please consider this thing adobe this option will definetly come in used thank you

Hi, Since I have downloaded creative cloud and installed adobe xd (2 days ago), I am unable to use eye dropper. When I click on eye dropper icon or press I, a black circle surrounds my cursor.   {Title Renamed by MOD}   And when I click for any color on my file, color becomes black and opacity drops to 0%.     Im using following versions: creative cloud: 5.5.0.617 adobe xd: 44.0.12.7 (starter plan) windows 10 home 64-bit (unlicensed and uncracked)

I'm trying to vertically center a few elements (see image), the constraints I've set seem correct but they don't accomplish the task. Can anyone point out where I've gone wrong?  Also, does anyone know why the chevron's Responsive Resize toggle is grayed out? And why the Auto/Manual switch is grayed out for the chevron and square? Hello Everyone,   The following two issues are addressed in XD 44.1. Please update to the latest version to benefit from these fixes.   Fixed Issues- Error "Library is missing" appears without the name of the library for components, even though multiple components from the same library have been used without an error.  Local copies of Components in Document Assets that are still linked to XD cloud library appear as unlinked.   See features added in XD 44 here   I am locking this post, please create separate posts here to share your observations on this update.   Have a nice day. 🙂   Thanks, Harshika

I embedded my prototype from XD to behance, however when in preview mode, the prototype is cropped and I have to scroll down to see the full screen. Any advice on how to resolve this issue?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Can this be done? I do not want to connect to the cloud for an asset library or store my docs. I want to work only locally ...with component assets ...local library.   Do I create a Style Guide doc with all the assets and pull that page into each new project?   Has anyone done this?   Thanks! When I highlight text and change it, XD then freezes and I have to minimize it and maximise it to unfreeze. Extremely annoying when making a large amount of text changes.

I had a prototype for an XD file compressed and saved in google drive, but now I can't seem to get back to the original working prototype. It shows all the elements, but no .xd file. What can I do!? I feel like I've saved this with as many redundancies I could possibly think of so I would not lose this. HELP!!!

Is there a way to align text and shapes so that they remain horizontally centered as I resize the artboard? I've set the Constraints to Fixed Left and Right for each of the items on this artboard, but when I drag to increase the canvas width they don't resize as I would expect. This artboard consists of 3 text fields, 1 shape, and no components. Thanks!

When I shrink the width of my artboard with Responsize Resize enabled, my paragraph grows in height and overlaps with the content below instead of pushing it down. I would like to maintain the same padding between the paragraph and the button below. What is the best solution for this?
