Adobe XD

Hi all,  I'm having a very critical error. I can't open my local design file. Everytime I try to open the file I'm receiving this message: "There was an error opening the file some_file_name.xd (Error code: 47)." Please help! 

Hi Adobe, I don't know why but adobe XD lags a lot especially after 2021 updates and I'm facing difficulty while working. Co-editing is also not working, every time I click on the share icon it says that the cloud document can't be uploaded at this time. I tried to update, restart, log in again to the cloud, updated the cloud but nothing worked. Also, it eats up my ram (i have 8 GB ram). I love adobe but XD is not provided a good experience, in fact, XD crashes lag so much that it's hard to think that I am using a product from ADOBE.

It is an everyday issue now. Trouble syncing cloud files. And files that were in cloud are showing Online only file and wont open no matter what. Tried to access these files via web. yet no response. It just says Sorry cant open these or it keeps loading forever. In this case you have no option but to force quit XD.  This has really caused a huge time loss and frustration and I am unable to download these files from the web version too. There are no copies of these files and I have tried everything like signing out of creative cloud, Stopping the core sync via activity monitor and restarting system etc. This concerns me as all of my older files from 2019 are not accessible even though they were perfectly saved to cloud. This grey online only icon on these files needs to be addressed and pls help me with a solution. Attached is the screenshot of these multiple cloud issues happening now since about few weeks.   

Adobe congrats again. I choose your XD product more than a year ago relying on your free plan that allowed for inviting collaborators. Now you changed something, and I can't invite even one. The assets I made over months now can't be shared with even one person unless I pay monthly price. Figma and all others provide this feature for free and you DID as well and just like that you played us. No thank you, I am switching to Figma and paying a fee to convert it. This is unreliable conduct of business. Hello there. Every project I create with ADobe XD cannot be published due to this error. I am entirely out of patience after having tried all the possible solutions available online. I can't show live to my clients the work I have been doing; all they get are PDFs. Could you please look into this?

Hello team, I am unable to get internet connection inside the XD application, while using plugin which will fetch from server. Anyone can help for this issue.

When an update published for XD, if we dont upgrade the XD then it is just restricting the opening of existing documents by throwing following error.This is so painful, XD is just forcing me to upgrade to latest version. Imagine if we are in middle of an important work and this error is just stopping us move forward.Adobe XD team have to improvise the tool to suggest the upgrade but not to force the user to do the upgrade.My OS is 

We are using the web view of a 3rd party XD design but one of our colleagues has entered a lot of comments as a guest which she is now unable to delete. When she hovers over or clicks on a comment no options appear.   We have no control or ownership of the original design. Help!   Pete Sykes

Need to use iOS-style corner rounding. Is there such a feature or plugin? 

Please see the screenshot... when the font does the combined letters such as "fi", "ff" in Adobe XD it leaves a space except there is no space to remove and you can't kern the characters in like you can in InDesign... which makes sense for html but this text will be exported as an image for an email campaign. The font being used is Museo Sans.

Hi,  On my  screenshots the small white rectangle is a freshly created shape, it has the ability to adjust coner/border radius. The background blue shapes I made previously and at some point they lost the option to change the border radius. Why? Can I redo this? I met this issue in the past 2 years several times and I still have no clue what causes it and it is really annoying as I constantly have to re-create shapes in my xd documents because of this. Also the bottom shape has lost it.I am working on Mac OS

Hi,I am still quite new with animations, interactions in xd so I was very happy to discover that I could copy paste interactions as I have a whole bunch of same way functioning buttons, that I have set up in a wrong way before duplicating.Is this function meant to be pasting only the destination of an interaction, or the animation settings as well?Could I copy and paste the animation settings without changing the destination of an interaction?Also, when I copy and paste, it only changes the destination of an interaction and nothing else changes on the right side panel settings.And often it literally does nothing.I am pretty confused how this function should work. on the below screenshots I was trying to apply from the Queen button to the Medium, but nothing happened.

I can't launch adobe xd even after getting the 9 month subscription ... It says this app can't open

 I have an xd adobe link with full of the design pages. I want to open these design pages in adobe xd windows desktop application but I can't. How can I open this link in adobe xd windows desktop application?

Please i'm from downloading xd from creative cloud,but once i try to open xd,it closes directly after leaving a white screen,please any solution? 

Has anyone else seen this? Very odd behavior... would be great if someone from Adobe could reach out and help me with this.

Adobe Xd keeps crashing while working on, and not in a specific file but in every file I work with the app crashes. I have used adobe cleaner tool to uninstall the app and installed it again from Creative Cloud desktop app but still the same problem.My Log file name is: AdobeLogs_20210725_093224_711-win.zipI need help asap as I can't use Xd at all for weeks.

I don't know what is happening, I could access this link for weeks before today. Any ideas of what is happening?  

I am using a Macbook Pro. Even though both the microphone and Screenrecording are enabled for XD, I am not able to record any Voice and Audio Playbacks. I searched for other solutions but none of them worked. I am able to record the Screen but not any Voice and Audio playbacks. Please help me to solve this problem.

I'm copying a modified component instance on file A, but when I paste it on file B, the pasted component is a reseted instance but I want to copy, paste and use the modifications I did on file A. If I'm not wrong, this bug was fixed before. Windows 10Latest XD versionNo logs

When I use fonts that were downloaded from a source outside of Adobe Fonts, the character styles preview (the "Ag") does not accurately display the font styling. For instance, below I have a text style that's defined as Bold, but all the previews show up as Regular. Outside of this, I've also noticed that I'm only able to use keyboard shortcuts for Bold and Italic on Adobe Fonts, but not fonts downloaded from other sources.
