Hello, I am trying to create a live preview on my mobile phone through my creative cloud but it won't let me. I enter my enterprise email, and then it takes me to a screen that says taking you to login and then I am brought to a screen with close at the top left, a blue circle that says signing in in the middle and then an "Okta" logo in the bottom right corner. The app gets stuck here and I can't login no matter how many times I have tried is there any fixes to this? Thanks!
Hi XD community member, i am not able to open my XD application in window PC It shows - Sorry, something went wrong.This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues,Please help me how to fix it
Hi, my XD has been misbehaving for a couple of weeks. Get's totally stuck whenever I try to edit text fields, it'll freeze and then not let me type or type over existing text. I've uninstalled/ reinstalled numerous times and just did the 'repair and reset' in the settings but it's still not playing ball - any suggestions to get it working again?
Bonjour, Adobe XD ne démarre pas.Il lance un écran blanc et quitte ensuite. Je l'ai désinstallé et réinstallé mais le problème est identique.Adobe XD does not start. It launches a blank screen and then quits. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem is the same.

Hola comunidad, tengo un problema. Desde hace 1 semana quiero crear link público de mi prototipo para revisión de diseño en Adobe XD y no es posible. Me aparece el siguiente texto: no estás conectada a internet y se queda en stand by al 50% pero tengo 100% de internet, no tengo problemas de red. ¿Qué es lo que sucede? ¿Cómo puedo arreglarlo? Igualmente se tarda muchísimo tiempo en guardar el prototipo en la nube...se queda procesando eternamente. ¿Qué me recomiendan? Saludos
I have a file that I can see and open in browser but not visible on adobe XD desktop application. There is not way for me to redirect browser file to desktop application as well. There is also no option to download it, even though I am the owner of that file.

I know that xd has been discontinued but I need it for a course I am currently enrolled in and my professor said there shouldn't be any trouble downloading it, but I have been having trouble getting it to download or even show up in my creative cloud! Please help.

Hello All, I'm encountering a strange issue in Adobe XD. Whenever I set the font to Roboto and save my work, it automatically changes to the Segoe UI typeface after a few days. This problem is affecting all my files. Kindly help. Thank you,Raghunandan BM
Some of the fonts (Karla, Spectral) I installed on my system are not being found by XD. Sometimes I could get away with installing the fonts once again, and reopening the XD, but now even this doesn't work. Now after installing the fonts several times, I see the font in fonts panel, and in its font-weight menu I start seeing multiple font weights like 3 regular, 3 italics, 3 bold. But they still don't work and the font is still not working and shown missing on the layers section. Yes, fonts are showing correctly well in C:Windows/fonts folder. Tried installing fonts on all users. Tried deleting and reinstalling fonts. Tried signing out and in of creative cloud. Tried restarting. Tried using a font manager to manage fonts (FontBase). All to no avail. This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I am using the latest version of XD on the latest Windows 10. <The Title was renamed by moderator>
I'm wanting to create a drop down that has hover effects on each of the options but also you can tap on whatever option you choose. So far I've made the below components : Select, Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3. I then duplicated instances of option 1, 2 and 3 and put them in the Select component in a new state named 'Default State_open'I then created closed state options for option 1 2 and 3 I moved to prototyping mode to connect the nodes but I noticed it won't let me connect option 1 to the closed option state I had created. It doesn't appear in the dropdown options. I know its because its an instance of a component, but it there any better way to go about this? I would like to maintain the hover effect on each option while also being about to select them
Our designers sent me a link to preview a website design and I can not scroll past the fold on either of my Macs. I read that you need a mouse, so I tried that, and it does not scroll with a mouse, arrows or trackpad. So I can not see the design. Other members of my team using Macs can scroll and see the whole design. I have the latest Chrome and Safari versions, neither will allow me to see the full page. I borrowed a PC and it works great. How can I scroll an https://xd.adobe.com/ preview link on a Mac? I am in a new job and only have Macs. I'd hate to have to purchase a PC just to view your site. Thanks for your help, Michelle
I am wanting to create an interaction for each of the sub sections of 'Our Products' button so when you click on lets say Produce it will go to the 'Our Products' page but navigate to the section thats specifically produce.I basically want to do the same thing as this tutorial except have that navigate to another page
I have students who created app designs in Adobe XD. when they try they get the following "you cant publish links on creative cloud due to your organizationssharting restrictions......" I understand what it says but I hve never encountered this in th epast 5 years of using this program. I was wondering how to fix it or what to say to my admin/tec h department to fix it. thank you

Hi - I am new to Xd. I have made a protoype, and am in the middle of testing it. Testers are getting frustrated because the whole app screen appears to be hotlinked to the previous screen if they don't click on an actual assigned hotlink area. What am I doing wrong or how do I stop this? It is causing all kinds of confusion.... - Many thanks, Andrea
When I upload a vertically oriented video (like YouTube's shorts) on one of my XD boards, the video is stretched horizontally when played. I don't see any options in XD to change this. It's the same for videos I recorded on my iPhone held vertically as for recordings of a vertical-shaped part of my Macbook screen. Here's before and during play:How can I have these videos play normally (as they were recorded)? Thanks!!
I re-installed creative cloud and XD wasn't there, plus I was added to a shared library and it wasn't deleted but even then I couldn't access that library which I was already using.
Hi, I am facing an issue with XD, my team member and I both are using font awesome v6 and the latest application of XD, also both of us are using Mac machines. But my team member is using blue color in icons of font awesome and in my machine, it is showing black and even I am not able to change the color, we are working on the collaborative mode.
I have question about publishing an XD work on Behance. I have a project published on Behance but it can't be projected. Has anyone faced same issue? If so can you help me solve this problem?
