Adobe XD

I have the live preview set up on my iPhone and it displays the artboards if I manually swipe to them but it does not sync a live preview.  About an hour ago it was previewing it live so I know the cable works and it is possible. However,  now If I make changes or adjustents I have to close out of the app and reload the document, and even then some updates don't sync. Is there and refresh button or a setting that would restrict it from presenting a live view?iMac, macOS Monterey Version 12.2.1iPhone 11 iOS 16.02XD 56.1.12

Hi,   I'm still facing problems. When I open Adobe XD, I got a message saying that Creative Adobe Cloud need to repair. When I click repair and restart my computer, it comes again.  What should I do?   {Renamed By MOD}

I decided to create a new version of a library and unlink the 'archived' library. Everything was updating properly until I get a notification saying that my components conflict with other components when I try to update the file I'm working on. All the components are updated and linked with each other, and there isn't any crossover since I unlinked the archived.I decided to relink the archived library and check if there are duplicates but instead, unlinked components appear and I can't delete it? I tried restoring the unlinked components from the archived file and tried updating that file along with the file I'm working on, but it seems like the first issue is preventing me from updating the file entirely. I'm also not able to make the unlinked component local and I'm not sure what to do as this is project is work related.

I have been unable to save my work locally on an existing version for 3 times. The first time I saved on the cloud to save my work, the second time I succeeded I don't know how, probably by renaming it. Today no more possibility, access to the file or to other solutions were refused, I had to leave without saving and I lost 3 hours of work. It really annoys me!

I'm currently working on building an Design System within Adobe XD. Unfortunately, I'm having to use said system for current deliverables as I'm also building it out. Not ideal in any sense of the word.  I was going through our library and applying updates as we noticed that some assets weren't appropriately scaled to the right dimensions. I've spent probably the last 2-3 hours applying edits to then realize a coworker was not seeing the changes that I had made, despite the cloud icon showing everything as up to date. We then realized that it hasn't made a save for the past 72 minutes. So we tried to close the document to attempt to force it to save those changes. This resulted in it just noting that it couldn't save "local changes". So then I pushed "updates" to see if that may help... it didn't. We didn't have any internet drops as my colleague and I were on Teams together for the entire process.  I saved a Local Version of the document just so I could see al

I've been working all afternoon on the Adobe XD file and I lost connection with internet for a minute and all my work dissappeared.When I try to revert to the previous version of the file I can only see a version from 4h ago (image attached). Please help me find my lost work.

When I use the textbox tool, I type in text only for it to disappear when I click outside the textbox. It reappears when I click back into the textbox then disappears again. Why does this keep happening? Mac OS Monterrey V.12.4

I am trying a deisgn a website mockup based on a live website (see picture below), is there any shorted way to copy a whole website's design on Adobe XD and make changes later to save time and effort? 

Hi there, I'm on a Mac and having issues dragging PNGs I've created on desktop into my XD file. I can't import them, either. My XD version (56.1.12.1 x64) is up to date, I restarted my computer earlier today. Any insight/help with this would be great, thank you!Anne

Hi folks,  I have a starter template file saved on the cloud that I'd like to duplicate but I can't find a quicker way than copying and pasting the artboard into a new file.   I was expecting to see a "duplicate button" on the contextual menu on the right:     Is there a better way to duplicate a file that Am I missing?   Thanks   <Title renamed by moderator>

Working with developer on same file with same font (Gotham Pro, OTF format) on macOS and Windows. Showing font is completely wrong on Windows. It make XD useless! XD is latest version on booth machines.

Hey Adobe Team, I have been using your adobe xd product last 3-4 years approx, there is no search option yet on the XD landing screen. My question is when can we have this search option, as a designer it's very difficult and irritating when you will have to find out specific files from lots of. 

The image quality on the task screen is normal. However, the image quality decreases when shared by link. Is there a solution?

Hey guys,   I just wanted to know if there was any way to export a demo from  Adobe XD to powerpoint. I already know you can publish it online but I need this for a class presentation. I don't know if Adobe considered this when launching the program. Is there any way to get what I do in XD  to Powerpoint   <Title renamed by moderator>

    Creating a custom shape with the pen tool and applying gradient. Seems like it is missing control handles.   But it works just fine on any other rectangle, circle, triangle, etc.

Currently trying to share a prototype with client. It appears they are using a mouse without a scroll wheel so cannot scroll past the set viewport height?I have tested and there are no scroll bars available. I cannot even click and drag like I can in the preview feature (within XD).So to reiterate, it works using my mouse with a scroll wheel. It does not work without.Help!

In the agency we pay subscriptions on 30 workstations: i can't ask my colleagues to learn two software that does "more or less" the same things. What is the real future of Xd and Figma? Which of the two will die?In 2023 we deserve an answer 🙂   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello Internet and team,I have Adobe XD (v15.0.12.8), and running on windows 10.I am ready to publish a website public link for review or share design specs. I worked on a website last year so i know the ability exists, I know you had the ability to password protect it, make public and also very much so the ability to publish to the public and now need a password or adobe id to comment/review.I don't have that this time around - not sure exactly why. Below is the screenshot of my options, creating a new link only takes me to the invite screen after, which wants me to insert email addresses to invite people. Again I want to share my artboards for review. I don't want to save to the cloud or share the actual design file, just get feedback.

Hello,With the acquisition of Figma by Adobe, it is clear that the development of Adobe XD is abandoned.I already use Figma for my new projects.But how to migrate my old projects made with XD to Figma? I'm talking about a complete design system with a shared component library and a lot of artboards.Is Adobe going to propose a tool allowing this migration while keeping the components, the styles... ?Regards,

Hi everyone I was building a skill for Alexa using Adobe Xd and wanted to test my skill on the device itself but the amazon site says that the skill is not currently availble. Does anyone know why does it says so or what could be done?

Cannot install plugins for XD in Creative Cloud desktop app.  Shows error sign next to "Get", with the message "Compatible app required. Install and relaunch the latest version of Adobe XD in order to install XD plugins." - Adobe CC and XD are up to date- Adobe CC has "full disk access"- Tried reinstalling both apps and rebooting- Tried fixing permission error https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/issues-installing-xd-plugins.html- Tried https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-common-addon-installation-issues.html Sidenote: Plugins for Photoshop also can't be installed. I'm on a Macbook Pro 2019 and I can't drag and drop images from the finder onto an Artboard. Seems like I'm missing something simple, but the UI isn't intuitive to tell me what's wrong. I can't drag onto a plain artboard, and I can't drag into an existing image to replace it. And, the replace image command isn't working either. Seems like the artboard is locked or something...? Images are PNG, JPG - none of them work.
