Hi,after exporting to gif I get very low quality. Is there any chance to have a GIF-animation of the same quality?Thank you!

I don't know what i did or anything but my audio in adobe animate just stopped working entirely. It only plays if i export the animation as a swf. Please help. Here's what I've tried so far:Putting the sync to streamChecking if all my sounds were mutedRestarting my pcSwitching animate verisonsPlease help!!

Does Anyone have a version of flash that has the swift 3d importer pre installed? i have tried copying and pasting the swift 3d importer dll to flash but that did'nt work so could someone please help and comment down below with a version of flash that has the swift 3d importer plug-in pre-installed thank you

Hi, I'm not sure what the hover and click areas are called in UI elements. Ever since I downloaded and started to use Adobe Animate a few months ago it feels like the UI interaction is not in line with the actual elements of the UI, specifically the top menu bar.I have a screenshot to try and show what's the issue.Unfortunately, my cursor isn't visible on the screenshot, but I was actually hovering on 'Debug' menu and the 'Help' drop-down opens. When I specifically click on one it opens that one but suddenly it jumps 2 or 1 menus to the right and opens that one.I always have to be careful where I hover otherwise it never opens the menu I actually need.To make it more fun, once it opened down I have to move the cursor on top of the drop-down menu otherwise it closes.Actually here's a video, hopefully you can play it.https://www.loom.com/share/9b999b3cf41b4995a852d6593dd1b58a?sid=a46990a3-987e-48a3-9b22-8277995c6941Any solution for this? I try to put on the stage a picture from the library var MyInstance = new lib["pic"+1]();this.addChild(MyInstance);MyInstance.x=50;MyInstance.y=60;this is workbut I want to change the sizeI tried:MyInstance.width=25;it is not workhow can I change the width and the height of the child?

I'm just wondering why exporting to a png by using the "Export Image" will give my image a jagged ugly white edge around my graphic (see attached) but the "Export Image (Legacy)" doesn't have such problem? I thought the one without the "Legacy" should be the better export option?Also why there is no "SVG" format under the non legacy export since this is a very important format? I'm just wondering whether Adobe is going to remove the "Legacy" option in the future?

Hi team, Sometimes in my class (like today) someone does something in animate and the behaviour of the actions panel changes- instead of having a up and down cursor like I have here when I am typing the cursor becomes an underline and you cant put in any text, it only overwrites what is there - so if I wanted to put an underscore at the start of a word, like start, that was already in the code (to make start into _start) you would have to rewrite the whole line as when you put the _ in at the start it would delete the s.By shutting down the whole program and restarting you can get back to the default but Q1.  What is this and how is it useful?Q2 How do you turn it on and off?Thanks and have a great day

So I'm making a rig with the layer parents and for some reason the hand keeps rubber banning when I move it a few meters from the arm, this dosen't happen with any other body part some im confused.

Hi.I'm trying to use the bone tool to connect two anchor points with a bone.For some reason, when I drag from one bone to another, the bone tries to connect to the side of the screen and the symbols change location (as seen in the video). I have IK Bone Tool unchecked so that the bone tool auto sets its location to anchor points of the symbols. How do I get the bone tool to automatically connect to the anchor points without the symbols moving to the side of the screen?  Thanks!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3DPKBBCnsA I'm trying to follow what this tutorial does at 2:06

I started to rig with freestyle rigging. Parts of the character is invalid bounding box. I selected the layers, pressed Esc and pressed on a blank space. After doing this the layers is invalid bounding box. How do i do so the layers isn't invalid bounding box?

Hello I have a question ,can you help me with that. I used an online ai audio enhancer to enhance my audio recording and it was pretty good when I played it in media player but when I imported it in adobe animate its sounds bursting and loud

I can`t hear audio in Animate cc! I tried all! I chose all the possible options in the audio settings, I went trhough all the choices in the audio frame settings, I tried all the audio file formats, I tried all the projects formats, I tried everyrhing AND NOTHING CHANGED! when I make SWF file the audio doesn`t play, when I choose just to play audio it doesn`t play, when I choose "stream" in audio settings and try to play it trough frames IT DOES NOT PLAY! Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? (sorry for caps I am just sick and tired of this all)

I have a mp4 video placed with the video component on the html5 canvas, the video starts about 60 frames into the timeline.The video tests well and plays in Safari, but doesn't seem to work in Chrome. Not sure if there is a issue with my settings in chrome.any help out there?

How can I make the tutorial window larger and move it to the second monitor?This would greatly improve the UX.Right now moving the tutorial window is kind of broken. It would move a little, then stop, like as if getting stuck on something. Anyone else experience this? The tutorial itself is decent 

Sometimes when I move or break apart symbols or objects they will randomly rotate slightly to the right, as shown in the video. I thought maybe it was a snapping issue but I turned all snapping off and it's still doing it. I feel like this must be some setting I'm missing somewhere but I have no idea what it might be.I also realized when I hold shift and draw a line with the classic brush tool it's not straight horizontal or vertical, it's also slightly rotated. Does anyone know what setting this might be or what I did wrong to this project?

Will Animate VR 360 have a final release?There are many limitations like no masks, actions (external links), limited functions, etc...Will the tool be discontinued?Which Adobe tool will publish AR/VR for the web?

  Hi there. This a first time post for me. I am using a new font but when I render out to the canvas, it is filling in certain spaces as solid instead of transparent. - This is being rendered out as a clickable interactive. html5 canvas.- Using Static text. Dynamic text fixes it but alignment issues are then a problem. - This text is in a movie clip.- I have tried converting the foundation.ttf font to an otf font as well but still doing the same. Any ideas to fix?

Whenever I first save a file, it prompts me to name it. Once I do that, I work on whatever file I'm working on, but it deletes the file whenever I save it again. And then I have to save it again and name it again. It sometimes creates a recovered file but that goes away when I save it again. Weird problem to have, After I post this I'm going to try reinstalling Animate and see if that fixes it.

The Z-index, since there is a component video on top, I reset it that way since you can see the timeline content:var dom_container = document.getElementById("dom_overlay_container"); dom_container.style.zIndex=-1;Before that I placed the video component and gave it an instance. In the parameters, I specified the file path and checked "play in loop" - everything else unchecked.
