HalloIch hab ein RME Babyface (Interface) welches ich mit Audition CS6 nutzen möchte. Die Eingänge funktionieren. Leider kann ich nichts über den Kopfhörerausgang (beim Babyface) hören wenn ich bei Audition das Babyface anwähle . Wenn ich den internen Ausgag bei den Voreinstellungen anwähle höre ich über die Kopfhörer wie über die Lautsprecher den Sound.Danke für jegliche HilfeBrigit

All my autosaves are blank. Whether they are session files, multitrack or just an audio track. My husband is using a PC and I am using a Mac and all of his are saved as usable files with all the audio in there but mine are not.

I am editing many audio recordings to help people heal. Many, like the image below, are rather quiet on average and they sound fine when you turn up your volume all the way. How do I wisely turn up the volume and have all the various audio files generally be around the same average volume?I know I could manually increase volume for the entire track using the heads-up display, or drag up the yellow level line. But is there a more professional way to do this and keep the resulting audio levels consistent across tracks?Thank you!

Hi, I'm new to audition, and I'm recording my voice for narration over an animation. I'm recording it so that each sentence is a separate sound file (to sync the animation easier). Because of this, I need each sound file's volume to be as close as each other's as possible to make it all flow in the final animation with all sentences put together.My approach was to make all the audio files aim for -1 in the levels meter as the max. However, one of the sentences' waveform looks consistent except for a few spikes in volume, which happen when I say the "S" sound. Therefore, when I lower the volume so that the max of the wave hits -1, this causes the rest of the sentence to be quieter than the others. If I raise the volume to match the other sentences, the "S" sounds peak over the 0 and mess up the audio.I already have a bunch of effects applied to each audio file (it's a Favorites with all the same presets for each file). I recorded audio from a scene for a movie in a warehouse using a boom mic (Rode NGT 2) and on a Zoom H5. The audio person I used was not very good and now my audio has a strong echo throughout the recording. I have attached a link from my Dropbox as a sample. I have a one-hour recording of a church's choir show. How can I create multiple tracks from one track? I need each song to be a track and then create a cd and mp3 for the choir to have.

Hi , I am Editing an Interview only in Multitrack. So I only have one track and I only need one track. 1. Is it possible to reduce the amount of track to 1 and the master track? 2. When I am editing like in premiere with "cmd k" applying an edit the track gets deselected? But when you are editing, this is not what you want the program to do. because you need to select the layer again and again to "ad edits" . Is there a way to tell audition not to behave like this? Or how can I edit non destructively without having this behavior? Yes I know I can use the Razor tool, but for this I also have to use the mouse or trackpadand can't do the edit with a simple shortcut..It´s way much faster to edit the complete timeline with shortcuts.I can play forward and back with j k l and then place the edit wherever I want to?3. And for this I need to zoom into the "sample" of this specific edit?Is it possible with one shortcut to just jump into the "zoom factor" of the sample.Then i would see the wave

HI.   I have an mp3 file with 20 songs back to back with no gaps or spaces.   All of the tracks slightly overlap each other to eliminate the gaps and for a smooth transition.   Can I use Audition to place "things"  (sorry I don't know what the terminology is) where each track starts?   I then want to save the whole mp3 file (again as one continuous  file) to play in the car but I want to be able to see what is playing.   Even if it says  track 1, track 2, track 3 etc, that will be a big help.   The only help I can find on the web splits the file into individual tracks when saved.   At the moment when i play the file it says "track 1" for the duration of all 20 songs.   Cheers

Hey guys, All of a sudden I can't get any audio input in Audition. Both my build-in mic and Zoom H6 aren't working. It used to work fine and it's set up normal as well with the Audio Hardware settings. Everything else outside of Audition gets sound input and I see the meter go up and down in the sound preferences on my mac... I seem to have this problem since I've upgraded to OS Mojave.... Does anyone know what's going on?Please help me out!

Hi,I'm working on a project for a few days now and yesterday Audition started to behave strange. It started with the problem that I couldn't open the graphic eq on a Bus I created. The EQ Window opened and then the programm crashed. After restarting the application, the error was gone. Now, one day later, I'm not able to open any window at all. No matter what I'm trying to open (adding new vst effect to a track, open an existent vst effect window, open an already editet graphic eq) that causes a new window to open, the application crashes. I am new to Adobe Audition and am following along a course to learn more about the software. However the course (which was written for Adobe Audition CS6, not Adobe Audition CC 2019 which is the version I am running, under Windows 10) indicates that I can change the sample rate for my recording preferences.My Default Input is set to a Rode Podcaster mic and my only option is MME (no ASIO). I've seen some (unanswered) questions about not being able to set sample rate for ASIO but not for MME. Instead of the dropdown I expect to see for Sample Rate, I just get a hard-coded value of 48000 Hz. Below that is a button "Settings" which just takes me to the normal WIndows sound devices dialogueI would have expected to be able to change the sample rate. Is this hard-coded value a limitation of the driver, a defect in the software, or a setting somewhere that I've missed?

A small very helpful improvement: press and HOLD the bracket keys to resize the brush in a continuous, stepless fashion (same behavior as Photoshop). Currently, you must press the bracket keys once for each size change--this is a small effort but gets very tedious over a day of editing.

Hello,I am new to Audition and I was wondering if it possible to manipulate a tone pitch.Eg. I have created a 200 Hz tone and I want it to gradually ramp up to 300 Hz on a 15 minutes time span. Possible?To say the truth what I want to accomplish is more complex, because I am working with monaural beats.Eg. I create a 200 Hz tone and a 203 Hz tone, then I mix them together on a new track to obtain a 3 Hz beating frequency.What I want is to gradually ramp up this beating frequency to about 200 Hz on a 15 minutes time span.Thank you for any help!

I understand that the program generates large cache files while working to make history and changes accessible.  But once a file is past that stage of work, may I safely delete these fast-growing cache files, so the system doesn't bog down? Usually I just play sounds from my computer and then I can record it directly into Audition. Sometimes when I run Audition andhit record I will see no soundwaves from the audible sounds I am hearing. Today it is doing this.How do I check the audio hardware to be able to record what I am hearing?
