Audio CDs have served creators for decades, but the way our customers deliver and distribute audio has fundamentally shifted. In an upcoming release of Adobe Audition (25.3) , we will be retiring the application's built-in CD authoring features. Going forward, customers who need to create audio CDs can do so by exporting their finished audio from Audition and burning it through their operating system's native disc tools. This change reflects how production workflows have evolved. The vast majority of today's deliverables are streaming masters, broadcast files, podcasts, video soundtracks, and digital downloads. CD delivery now sits well outside the day-to-day output of most Adobe Audition users, and the disc burning tools built into modern operating systems already handle the small remaining set of cases where a physical audio CD is required. You can customize your community profile by clicking your profile avatar and Editing Your Community profile. Your profile picture and screen name will appear on the content you publish and in your private messages. You can update your profile picture. You can pick a new custom screen name or have the system auto-generate a new screen name for you. The information you enter in the signature section will appear in your posts. Using the toggles, you can choose to display your online status and to make recent activity on your profile public. Information under the section “Add more to your profile” can be edited and will be made public only when you enable the toggle “Show all information on Community Profile.” This is your public profile information from Adobe products and services such as Behance and Lightroom. The October 2023 release of Adobe Audition (v.24.0) is now available for download from the Creative Cloud desktop app. This update provides bug fixes, stability & performance improvements. The update is recommended for all users. If you are experiencing any issues, please create a new thread explaining your problem so we can help. List of issues fixed in Audition v24.0 Silence was added at the beginning and end during the mp3 export. Post recording, a file was locked - not able to edit or exit the app, needed force quit. Fixed the "Destination is full or no longer available" error during mp3 export. Improved scrolling with the trackpad in a waveform and multitrack v
Audition 13.0.12 is now available for download from the Creative Cloud desktop application. This update provides fix to minor bugs and improvement to general quality. What's fixed? Clip fade envelopes might fail to draw when manipulated if multiple clips are selected vertically and horizontally. If a clip is relinked to a clip of different channelization and merged in Multitrack, it might crash upon playing. How do I update Audition? Open the Creative Cloud desktop application and click the Updates tab on the top-left. Find Audition in the list and click Update. What should I do if I don't see the update in my Creative Cloud desktop application?Click Help > Check for Updates from the Creative Cloud desktop application to refresh it.
