I cant get this yellow mark move , I want to add facecam , so i need facecam video to be smaller , and on top the main video , but it's doesn't move.Any solution ? Thanks

I need to do sound design for a film. I'm using a mid-2010 MacBook Pro with 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor.I meet all the system requirements listed for Audition but this one. I'm not sure what "Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support" means, tbh, but I don't want to purchase the product before I'm totally sure it'll work on my machine. If it won't work on my processor, will I be able to download a previous version that does work?Thanks in advance,Eric

Looking for info or advice:Anyone having issues with noise (static) destroying saved wav or mp3 files?After I record a voice over into a mono waveform, I will apply a Normalize process and a Noise Reduction process (if needed) and then save the file as an mp3 or wav, depending on the project. The files are crystal clear, even in playback while the waveform editor is still active. BUT--after closing the file and shutting down Audition, when I go to reopen the file, the files have a strong static-type noise through the entire file.I attempted another round of Noise Reduction process without luck. I have checked all my hardware and save settings--they're fine. I even downloaded a free trial of Audition CC and tried to record on it just for the purpose of getting the project to my client, but it did the same thing. I did record with Garage Band successfully, but I prefer to use Audition b/c I can see inside the waveform and edit more accurately.This doesn't seem to be an audio issue--it's

PROBLEM: I record a vocal track in perfect time, then I go to listen to it and it is out of time.MY SETUP: Windows 10 HP Quad-core laptop, Apollo Twin USB Interface, SM7 micI am using the ASIO drivers in the Apollo.

I'm new to DAE (but an old hand at doing the old fashioned way...) and I"m learning Adobe Audition.  Everything was going great but then the gear ball appeared and I had to shut down the computer.  (A new MacBook Pro.). When I started back up and brought the file I was working on back in...although I could see the wave form in the edit window the whole thing was reduced to a one second loop that kept repeating endlessly.  The wave form is there but only the loop.  I went back to Dropbox but it's now corrupted there, as well.  And, now, Audition isn't letting me save anything without a sign coming up saying Audition can't write anything and the machine freezes.  Does anyone have any idea what's going on???  Thanks. I'm finalizing tracks for an album with some limiting and make-up gain which brings the level of each song to -1 dBFS.  Created a mixdown for each song.I then created a new multitrack session and imported all of the mixdowns into it sequentially to get an idea, master-wise, of what the whole thing will sound like.   The maximum level on all of the imported mixdowns is -4dBFS.  Why isn't the level the same as the imported files, which is -1 dBFS?

Dragging mp3's from my desktop to the mulitrackview fails, while I am able to move mp3's backwards and forwards and up in down within the multitrack streen. I can also open the mp3's to my edit screen and then move them to the multitrack mode.  Not normal is it?

I'm having an issue with the Noise Reduction effect on my new 2016 MacBook Pro with TouchBar. I use the effect as I normally do, select an area, Capture Noise Print, then invoke the Noise Reduction Process. The pop-up box graphically indicates that it's working properly, but when I click Apply, there is no change in noise level.But, if I do the same exact thing a second time, Capture Noise Print then Noise Reduction Process, it works fine.Any thoughts?MacOS Sierra 12.2.2 (it tapped with 12.2.1 as well)Adobe Audition 2017.0.1 Release

Hello all, hoping someone could give me some insight to my problems.I am a video editor who recently started using Audition to do small audio mixes using the essentials panel. I will give my workflow and then my problem. In Premiere it was just one layer of interview audio and one layer of music. I used the "send to audition" menu to send to Audition. Once in there in a multi-track session I did all my tweaks using the essentials panel and remixed the music to fit and key framed it up and down under the voice track. That's it. I listened back to it and was happy. I went file, export, export multi-track, selected wav and left all the settings at default. Once exported and pulled into Premiere, random bits of the voice track are missing, you hear the person talking, its disappears and comes back. Hi,I'm new to Audition and trying to record my own voice to put on some educational video I'm making.I'd like to know a basic workflow to apply on these records; I mean the order to apply effects like Normalize,  Noise Reduction etc, prior to apply a Vocal Enhancer effect. Hi all!If you open any file and save it as wav, it size increases by 2 bytes. If you then open this wav any other editor (eg SF) the size of the return to the past. Previously, such an increased sound Premiere exported. In Premiere CC 2017 this bug fixed. What this? Bug or not?Sorry for my english.

I've used Audition for years and know it inside and out, but the new version has a bad memory.  If I open a previously saved session, make some changes, and then "save as" (with a new name) it tries to save the session in the last location I saved (Which may be totally unrelated).Same thing if I create a new session, it wants to save this new session in last location used, not in the location I just created.  I open and save dozens, if not hundreds of files a day, and this new twist is a major setback.  Can I fix this myself or is it a problem waiting for an Adobe fix?

I'm recording a multitrack session with 6 mics using Audition CC and a Qu32 board on a Windows 10 desktop.  I'm using the ASIO4ALL driver.  The audio records fine, but when I stop recording to listen, I have no playback.  In order to get playback I must go into Audio Hardware settings and change over to the MME device option.  Is this a problem with my audio driver, or is this a known bug in Audition CC?

The program reports an issue with the amiolsf plug-in. It recommends using DLMS Format Support as an alternative, but that doesn't do anything.Suggestions?

not able to activate adobe cs6 after harddisk crash

I'm switching from a Mac to a new Windows PC for my edit suite. I edit almost entirely in 5.1 surround. On my Mac, I used a Digi 002 as a sound interface. It has enough independent outputs to route each of my reference monitors individually. I'm looking for a decent USB 3.0 audio interface for Windows that has at least 6 independent outputs so I can achieve the same setup. Any ideas? I'd also like to have a master volume level in software to adjust the output volume. The downside I always had with my Mac setup was that there was no software control of the overall output volume, so to mix with my master fader in audition where it belonged was outrageously loud. I just had to learn how to mix with the master fader at -24db and then turn the master to 0 before exporting. I'd like to not have to do this anymore if possible. Thanks for any suggestions!

Audition CC 2017 and Experience Design CC (beta) are getting this same error, except Audition still manages to boot up. I've tried reinstalling the programs, the CC app is up to date and I've reinstalled AIR. I don't know what else to do. Should I just do an OS reinstall?

Sorry, if this is a new version of an another answered discussion, but if to be honest - i didn't find exact answer to this question in any of discussions here.WHERE ARE MY AUDITION EFFECT PRESSETS STORED?I know, all of you are now starting tell me that all effects are stored under /Library/Presets/Adobe/Audition...  Sorry - it is NOT true. They are NOT there.There is one huge .xml file where all information is stored in absolutelly useless way.Example 1.I recorded a voice, more than one voice. And every of them have some slightly different effect needs. And then i make presets for each one (Johns'Voice, Billy'sVoice etc.) My friend or college needs to record Jons voice and needs exactly the same setup for effects ... and i just want to send him a preset. (Ok, i know, this is an utopia, there will never be identical setups in two different studios, but ... this is an example).? And ?   How to do it?
