Hello, As I didn't get any answer in the French section, I try my luck here.I have about 2500 audio files to process (recorded words or sentences) and I would like to apply the same normalization and noise reduction on each file.Processing them individually is a possibility, but it would take a long time!Is it possible to normalize and apply noise reduction to all these files (or in batches to make it less cumbersome) in one go?If so, how?It would save me a lot of time! Thank you in advance for your answers which I hope will be positive!

 Good day!  During my 'Corona Cleaning', I came across an old version of Audition 3.0.  It is/was shrinkwrapped and has a seriel number. 1.) When I installed, it prompted me to activate over the internet.  I got a message that said: "Audition Server Unavailable". 2.) When I called the phone number to activate by phone, the recording said they do not allow activation by phone anymore.  And led me to this page:  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html3.) I went to my free Adabe account, and made sure my account listed Adobe Audition 3.0 with the seriel number.4.) I still get the message in the software that my 'trial' will end in 30 days. Can someone suggest a way to use this software, and get it activated?

Hi, I have creative cloud.I would like to make a persons voice sound deeper.The male persons voice is high pitched and I would like to make some subtle changes to make the voice deeper.I have Audition, After Effects, Premiere Pro I have played around with many presets but I am unable to get a deeper voice. Can anyone help me Thanks

I was in the process of increasing the decibel level on a portion of my file.  In the process, I accidentally clicked some thing and I don't know what. Now when I hit play it scrolls through my way file which is visible, but there is no audio and the decibel level display does not show any decibels being played.  It is only happening on the one file that I was editing at the time. All other files are playing correctly.  I am praying that there is a way to bring this back. Please let me know so that I can get this episode released. Thank you in advance for everybody's help. 

Hi!Sorry for multiple posts, I'm not very familiar with this community. This should be a feature request. I love to work with a DAW controller and Audition (Win10 Pro + CC 23), I get better results for complex projects with this combination. But as I see now, we can't move the keyframes associated to the clip in the multitrack view. It seems that the keyframes ar asscociated to  the timeline, not the clip, wich I think is some kind of nonsense. As it seems that there's know way to get the keyframes associated to their clips I would suggest that Adobe solves this problem. Other way I won't pay for the one year license after the trial period ends.Thanks!

I've been using audition for a decade now on PC. Now having two kids I am not able to get to my PC to do some of my audio work when I am home, so my idea is to get a good laptop to take to work with me that will run the current version of audition with zero problems. What is out there that will perform well without possibly breaking the bank. My intention is to use a 4TB external hard drive to keep my mixes on and open projects from there, and when Im finished with something, transfer it to my PC for post production when I can get to it. Also a wireless mouse and possibly a Number Pad combo. Thanks NOTE: Not looking to get into MacBooks.  ~DJ Invasion

I found some old Audition sessions from version 1.5 on an old hard drive that I want to upload and remaster. I use a Macbook Pro running Mac OS 11.7.2 I purchased and downloaded ses2sesx in order to convert the old ses files and make them work for the current version of Adobe. Unfortunately, having bought the software it now looks like Adobe Exchange is trying to tell me it won't run on a mac. Is there anyway to get it to work or do I need to request a refund?

Bonjour, J'ai environs 2500 fichiers audios à traiter (des mots ou phrases enregistrées) et j'aimerais appliquer la même normalisation et réduction de bruits sur chaque fichier.Les traiter individuellement est une possibilité, mais ce serait horriblement long! Est-il donc possible de normaliser et d'appliquer une réduction de bruit à tous ces fichiers (ou par lot pour que ce soit moins lourd) en une seule fois?Si oui, comment? Cela me ferait gagner énormément de temps! Merci d'avance poiur vos réponses que j'espère positives !

I know and love Audition 3.01. I recently tried to install Izotope RX10 elements. While the plugin manager allows me to enable them, they show up nowhere under effects. I've searched and searched and can't find a definitive answer, does Audition 3.01 support VST3 and if so, how do I get them to appear?

Hello there! I found some posts and an Adobe Instruction about how to install the PreSonus Faderport driver. Unfortunately, they didn't work for me. Luckily I found later on an instruction from another Audition user at the PreSonus forum. The third reply on this page worked 100% for me. HiI am trying to record audio from my safari web browser on a mac. It seems to be doing just that but when I play it back it sounds very "tinny", what am I doing wrong?

Buongiorno, utilizzo Adobe Audition da parecchio tempo. In fase di elaborazione, selezione delle porzioni di audio per riasoltarle e catturare il pnto esatto in cui tagliare. Adesso quando faccio partire la riproduzione della fetta selezionata, mi riproduce la selezione una sola volta, poi si ferma e riparte da quel punto proseguendo sulla timeline. Prima invece la selezione vi veniva riprodotta in loop fino a quando non decidevo io di bloccarla.Cosa abbia fatto per togliere quest opzione non lo so, ma a me veniva molto utile per essere preciso nei tagli.Mi sapete dare soluzioni per ripristinare l'impstazione precedente?Grazie.

I’ve got an old Hi-8 video I’ve digitized through Premiere. There is a buzz/static on the audio track. Unfortunately, it only appears WHILE someone is talking, and parallels the talker (like they're talking through a buzzy piece of wax paper on top of their normal voice) so there’s no way to isolate a noise print.I’ve also been unable to isolate it using the equalizer or Noise Remover.Any thoughts if such a thing is possible, and how I would go about it? How do I install audition so i can run it from a server instead of my studio computer so i don't bog my studio computer down? 

You may have noticed in the notes for the new release that you can now add and manipulate markers in clips, and jolly fine that is. There are a couple of points to note about this though - and one slight gotcha if you aren't careful...   So you think 'yes I'm going to add a clip marker' and there it is on your clip, able to be manipulated and named. But beware - that's not quite what happens. Your marker wasn't actually added to the clip at all, but to the original file that the clip was taken from; tacked onto the end in a hidden list like they always are.   So if you reopen your freshly-markered file in Waveform view, there they all are. Now, if you don't, by any chance, open the file again in Waveform view or look for any asterisks by the names, you're going to get a question when you try to save or close the session - a question that quite often you say 'no' to, because you don't think you've changed anything about the original files. I'm having an issue with Adobe Audition recognizing a 3rd and 4th channel. I'm using the Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 usb audio interface on a Windows laptop. I record a podcast and have no issues recording 2 microphones but Audition doesn't appear to have an option for me to add 3rd and 4th channels so I can have multiple guests.

So, I am working on music and i record in adobe audition and am currently having someone mix vocals for me. When i record, i record in Mono, when i try to select stereo when recording it and i turn on the mirroring to hear myself it is only coming out of the left side, but when i select mono it hear myself out of left and right sides,  but somehow I guess when I am exporting these stems without effects or tuning just as raw vocals, they're exporting to my computer for me to send as a Stereo format. Since i recorded in Mono and when the person is mixing my vocals hes using plug ins that only work with Stereo format so its making the sound of the effects really odd. My question is, when exporting like normal track by track of raw vocals, how can I make it export in Mono also? If this is a confusing question I apologize, I'm teaching myself how to use Adobe Audition so I'm like 3 weeks in to using the program. Any help will suffice!! Thanks!

Hello I have a very large session containing over 10 tracks. All but two files are in Mono within the session but when I export stems they switch to stereo. I need them in mono, can anyone help? (Beyond manually going through and saving them individually as mono, which is not an efficient work around given the amount of exports I need to do). One thing I notice is that the channels options, to switch to mono, is greyed out... Thanks, Max

Hi, I just tested to change the LUFS value on one of my tracks and noticed that the result seems to be compressed/limited. Is this method destructive to the file, unlike ordinary normalization? /LS

I generated an audio file from Synthesia, an AI audio platform. I noticed that their AI system is not able to create questions. The AI model just pronounces the words as a sentence. Is there a way I can change the pitch from a sentence to a question? I've checked some tutorials about Manual Pitch Correction and Pitch Bender but either it doesn't sound like a question or it changes the voice altogether.  Please see the file attached. when she says"about it" it sounds like an end of a sentence, not a question.   

I'm editing an audiobook narration on a Windows machine, audio is 44.1/16.    I have a :30 sample of "room tone" on my clipboard.When I go to "mix paste"/auto heal a pause with a breath or booth noise, and "mix paste", I'm getting a "pop" in the filled segment (usually at the beginning of the segment).  Screenshots of an example of the "pop" as well as my mix-paste settings.  Thank you!   

Hi everyone, i have a problem with adobe audition i have been working on this project with couples tracks in multitrack session but during export i found some of the track did not export but others did so can i please have some help on this.

Soy nuevo en esto de la edición de audio, pero me he lanzado a ello adquiriendo un micro de condensador T.bone y una interfaz M-Track Duo. El caso es que Audition me reconoce el micro (aparece en configuración de hardware), pero a veces funciona y a veces no. El cableado y todo lo demás está correcto. Cuando deja de funcionar se escucha un sonido repetitivo, como si fuera un latido, son chasquidos, pero no me deja ni grabar ni reproducir nada. Lo curioso es que cuando sí me ha funcionado por un rato, he ido a configuración de hardware y ha vuelto a dejar de ir. He probado a reiniciar el PC (es nuevo y muy potente), he probado el micro en la grabadora del SO y también funciona. No sé qué más probar y me gustaría no tener que utilizar otro programa ya que Audition está incluído en mi suscripción de Creative Suite. ¡Gracias!
