Bridge

Bonjour, Bridge me demande d'être connecté à un compte Creative Cloud pour utiliser mes bibliothèques Creative Cloud. (cf photo).Alors que ce mon compte est déjà conecté.Comment puis-je synchroniser mes bibliothèques à Bridge ? Merci par avance.

I can no longer, as of yesterday, resize Metadata nor Preview panels in Bridge.  Right and left adjustments work as usual.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.  Maybe a software glitch or the fault of the operator, I don't know.  

I tried to update Bridge app, but it didn't solve the issue. Any ideas?

even disabling the option in preferences, it keeps asking to compact cache on exit.I don't want to compact cache,why doesn't stop ask?

Dear all, although I'm still able to create keywords (and sub keywords) in Bridge it suddenly seems impossible to add the keywords to files. Also the files appear as "little black boxes" instead of photos (photos appear after clicking on black box). I hope someone has the answer.. Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers. 

The new update of Adobe Bridge 13.0.3.693; still has bugs for entering into the full-screen preview viewing from Spacebar and tends to freeze my desktop on Windows 10. So I have to reboot my PC to clear to this bug for me to be able to move around normally again.

Is there a mapping module in Adobe Bridge?  I see the GPS coordinates in the metadata but would love to be able to search images by Geo, preferably on a map.

Hi!I'm not the most tech savvy so please be patient. I have had issues with Bridge since November 2022, but this month (May 2023) it just freezes the moment I open it. I tried the Adobe Trouble shooting (Ctrl+Alt+Shift) several times without results. I can't purge catche cause I can't press any tabs cause it freezes up. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it was no use. Please help me, I have no idea what to do and I have nobody local to help me out. I love using Bridge for my photos and artworks.I use ThinkPad (I don't know how to see model number cause it's not where my old ThinkPad had it) with Windows 10.

I have wasted numerous hours troubleshooting. Everything Adobe says needs to be updated is updated, including computer OS. I tried to purge, per one human's recommendation, but it won't do that without freezing either. This is worse than worthless. 

I have a few connected HDs on a DAS box. When I select any of my connected external disks nothing happens when clicked from the desktop down arrow. With Bridge it is impossible to open and see what's inside those HDs. This has never happened before and is a bug that is nagging me in the latest versions of Bridge. I have to go to the HDs through myPC and then I can see the content inside the external disks. Don't know why all the HDs appear in the bridge menu both in Desktop and My PC but if I click on them under the Desktop icon nothing happens, they do not open. Only doing so under my PC the HD content becomes visible  

Hi there;   I have been experiencing a recurring problem with Bridge.  It seems that everytime I "stack" thumbnails from a completed project, Bridge randomly "unstacks" them.  This is VERY frustrating when you have thousands of images to work with.  I've noticed other users have been experiencing the same issue.  Any suggestions/fixes?      Thank you.   [Note: I'm a moderator, and I removed your email from this message. I received a folder full of .jp2s from a client, and there is no ability to rotate the thumbnails in Bridge.Is this correct?

Bridge closes saying "error". I installed it new, but the problem is the same.Seit gester schließt Bridge immer mit der Meldung "Error", auch nach eine neuinstallation. Wer kann helfen? Danke! Petra

I can't find a way to move between open tabs in Bridge 2023 on a Mac using keyboard shortcuts. I looked through the support page and didn't find anything.

This is a new issue, after the recent update to this year's Bridge.All these years I have used the Mac keyboard shortcut Opt-d for the Icelandic alphabet ð (known as 'eth'). Now when I try to use the shortcut in any of the Metadata field of Adobe Bridge it takes me to the Path Field at the top of the window (see attached photo). I have to copy and paste ð from outside Bridge (a clumsy solution).How do I get Bridge to recognize the old shortcut?

when I insert my memory card, in Bridge the media file pops up but once I click on it there are no files to cull. 

Can somebody please help me find a customer services email where I can complain. I am facing multiple problems with adobe software. Bridge no longer works with Photoshop. I can't open Photoshop from Bridge anymore. Somebody from Adobe was supposed to be calling me back between 11-12 UK time on Tuesday and they didn't.  I have Premier Pro 2023. for some reason it can't detect a folder full of Gopro 11 video files. but if I go back to Premier Pro version 2021 it works fine, it can detect the contents of the folder.  The other issue the the Adobe Creative Cloud application randonly says its not connected to the internet when the computer is connected to the internet.  I am fed up with these issues, I get them once or twice a year and they take days to sort out. Days that I don't have to waste. I have a lot of work to do and here I am trying to figure them out,. or trying to contact support or talking with support for them to hang up on me or simply not resolv

As webp images are becoming more and more common, why is there not an option to associate these file types to a program in Bridge?

Hello,When i select several photos to add a keyword using Adobe Bridge, in most cases the keyword will not be added to all the selected photos. Is this a known problem or how can i fix this? This problem is quite annoying because we are trying to build an image bank and it is crucial that we can do a search via keywords! Best regards

after tyhe last upgrade the folder sort not working and also if have 2 languages of folders not workingand the font of the least changed please let the tech team check it

Hallo,ich versuche gerade Fotos mit dem Bridge Foto Downloader auf den Rechner zu importieren. Leider wird mir eine falsche Reihenfolge der Bilder angezeigt, sodass die fortlaufende Nummerierung falsch wäre. Kann man die Sortierung der Bilder ändern?Ich habe das Gefühl, vor einem Jahr hat Bridge die Bilder noch richtig abgerufen, warum auf einmal nicht mehr?Schon mal Danke.

Hallo,ich markiere meine Fotos in Lightroom mit für mich passende Farben.In der Bridge sind diese Markierungen werden diese Bilder dann abernur als weiß markiert angzeigt.Wie kann ich die Einstellungen vornehmen, dass die Markierungen identisch sind.Viele GrüßeKlaus 

I ocassionally shoot events with two cameras. (Nikon D800+850) - often in burst/continuous shooting if there's lots of movement.I've changed the filename prefix on both so they're different and synchronised the Date-Time on both cameras.When doing a selection in Bridge I wasnt to view images in Chronological order - so Sort By Date Created.This seems to work Ok initially.BUT if I give one a star rating it will quite often jump forwards in the order.What I think is happening is if there are a number of images taken withn the same hh:mm:ss time, say 5 images, and I give the first one a star rating - it will jump position from the first of these 5 to the last.So if I want to rate the other 4 - I have to keep an eye to see if this happens and back-track.Can be rather annoying.PS Using Bridge CC 2022 version 12.04. on WIndows 10 PCI have Bridge 2023 13.0.3 - but avoid using it on this PC as it's very slow to open/hangs.
