After an update a month or two ago Adobe Bridge Photo Download stopped saving settings such as the last file download location or date format etc.We have CC installed on two machines and they are both doing exdactly the same thing since that update.Bridge is 10.0.3.138We are running windows 10 PCs  version 1909 build 18363.720We are constantly downloading images from camera cards so having to change the settings back every time makes a real mess of our workflows which is extremely frustrating.Any help getting this sorted would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to filter on a filename "pattern" such as all the files that start with or contain the letters "Color" for example. How is that possible in Adobe Bridge? If at all?

Hello, We are uploading images and PDFs to a shared Bridge cloud library. There are a few issues we are running into and I wanted to see if it is a Bridge limitaiton or if i am just not finding the right settings. 1. When clicking on images within the cloud library, nothing shows in the Metadata pane. Is this not possible to view or are my settings not correct/ The only way to view any info is to right-click on the image and select Get Info.. 2. The Preview window only shows 9 items for folders that have many more images. I also am aware of the Content tab but that only shows local or network drives/files and not the Cloud Library. Is this a Bridge limitation? Is there no way to scroll through more documents? 3. Is there any way to view multipage PDFs? They do not show pages beyond page 1 in Bridge app. You need to open the Creative Cloud app, go to Files > Your Libraries. Click on the library, find the PDF you want and then right-click Export a Copy. This is way

Accessed Move from the context menu with a preselection of 19 PSD files (1.6 GB). Each of the drives involved is a fast NVMe drive. The process should not take more than a few seconds. As seen, Bridge even crashed and needed to be killed from Task Manager (Win 10).There is nothing special about these files (no point in sending them in). They embed a RAW as a DNG, as thousands of other files Bridge has processed in recent years.  

I downloaded Bridge 2024 a couple days ago.  Ever since, my image show up in the wrong orientation (all vertical are showing up as horizontal), and the manual rotation do not work at all.  Any suggestions?  I've restarted my computer and uninstalled both photoshop and bridge twice.  I am on a new macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, images are in a raw CR2 formatI have never had this problem previously.Thanks.

Hello allYes.  Server shares are no longer "supported" by the creative cloud apps. So what is the supported equivalency of a file server for Adobe? We have a team of 20 people: designers,  proofers, customer service reps. We also have a shared asset folder on a server of tens of thousands of images (jpg,eps,tiff) that are linked to indesign pages regularly. The ID files are also shared amongst the designers. Working without a file server seems impossible. What can we use? The designers have a creative cloud subscription, but most other users don't as they only need to see pdfs most of the time. …you can afford the time to put up with the following:  14.1 Does not properly migrate your custom workspaces.  You will have to rebuild and re-organize all of them.  Custom workspaces are corrupted on import and shoved to the back of the line behind the default Adobe template workspaces.  Rebuilding corrupted custom workspaces takes up valuable time that could be better spent on other things. This has been standard behavior at every build along the way ever since Br 13 was introduced in pre-release in the spring of 2022, six months before the first public beta was introduced. 14.1 does not import keyboard shortcuts from the previous Br 14 version.  You will have to rebuild all of these as well. If your Bridge cache is located anywhere other than Adobe’s default location, you’ll have to re-direct it in preferences or suffer the performance hit as Br builds a new cache at the default location. For many years, Br has never migrated the prefere

I've just updated to the latest version of Bridge CC 2020 (version 10.0.3)  and running windows 10 (version 1903). Since updating Bridge the auto hide/show feature of the taskbar doesn't work when I'm using Bridge in full screen. The taskbar does not show when I hover over the lower portion of the screen.    When Bridge is minimised, or if I'm sing any other program, the taskbar auto hides/reveals as expected, seems to be a conflict with Bridge, or its got some strange 'always on top' setting that I can't find.   Anybody else noticed this, or found a resolution to it. So far the only thing I've figured is just to have Bridge open slightly smaller than full screen.    [Moderator note: BRIDGE-8538]

Maybe I missed this in a recent update but where did Photomerge relocate in Bridge?  It used to be under Tools > Photoshop > Photomerge. I'm on version 16.2.0.1763. 

My Bridge was corrupted a while back and I had to make new keywords...what is has been doing is when I keyword something it seems to be bringing the old keywording in at the bottom. That is keeping my new keyword list from working properly...not all I keyword are showing.  I had uninstalled and reinstalled but it always brings back the keywords and then I have the same problem all over again. Can't seem to import without the keywording. If there a way to to find the old corrupted keywords and delete. Even if I delete all my new keywording and start over the old will start showing up (they are in italics at the bottom) It's very annoying.

Is there any way now with the customisable shortcuts of putting the focus in the search criterea box ala bridge v12? It seems daft that everytime I want to search for a file I need to press TAB four times before typing in search term. I know it seems like a small thing but when I'm having to search for hundreds of individual files a day having to "Ctrl+F, TAB, TAB, TAB, TAB, type search criterea", rather than simply "Ctrl+F, type search critea" gets really annoying after about 30 times.

I am trying to locate Workspaces in Finder for my saved workspaces from Bridge 2021 on my Mac.  I can find where to place them on my new iMac, but the location is not the same on my existing Mac.  I would like to copy over my workspace setups rather than re-create them fresh.  I have looked in Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Bridge 2021, and also in Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge 2021 Extensions/Workspaces.  Nothing in any of these locations - even though I can place a previously saved worskspace to this latter locationMost odd, and I would appreciate any guidance as to how I may find my current saved workspaces

Hello,I can see this issue has plagued Bridge across many versions for many years. How can it be so troublesome to literally just apply a star rating to a media file?!I've tried the purge thing. I've tried Stable and Beta versions of Bridge. I've tried changing the keyboard shortcut.The only way to get keyboard shortcuts for ratings to work is to first pick a rating using the mouse. Only then will keyboard shortcuts work MAYBE - and only on that specific file. Soon as I switch away from Bridge for a sec and return to it - shortcuts for ratings stop working again and I have to use the mouse.Really, really, really annoying and getting in the way of me doing my work.

Hi, I've been having an issue with the Bridge batch renaming for a few days and don't know how to solve it. Since I'm on a roadtrip for a few weeks it really bothers me that I can't get this right with all the pictures that I'm taking these days. The images are renamed in reversed chronological order, that is : the last picture is renamed number _001 and the first (for instance) number _752. It would be great if someone knew how to fix this. I recently updated my Adobe Bridge 2023 version. Since then, the moment I start Bridge, it crashes.I'm using MacOSX Monterey, 12.6.1 on an iMac, Late 2015. Bridge version is 13. The message I get only says: "Sorry, something went wrong. This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you're not connected to the Internet. Please check your connection and then try again later. If you're still having issues, please see our troubleshooting guide". There's only one button (Dismiss) and when pressed, Bridge closes. I've restarted the computer, internet connection works fine, I've uninstalled Bridge and installed it again, but nothing works. I've also tried to Reset preferences, reset the default workspace, and purge the cache, but it doesn't work. On the other hand, Photoshop works perfectly fine.  Any pointers? Thanks in advance

Yeah yeah I know, N+1 and all that nonsense. Considering how much of a mess Bridge 13/14 are still, I'm requesting that Adobe make Bridge 12 available for download (similar to how Photoshop with 3D is still available.) I'm a working pro and developer who relies on Bridge and I can't use Bridge 14 in production. Too many things are still broken, it crashes way too often, and the UI is still a disaster. Bridge 12 is far from perfect but at least its usable and only crashes a couple of times a day instead of constantly.

Hello,  I'm a designer within an e-commerce business. At present there is no formal system for organising our image bank. Some team members within sales/marketing are using libraries of images uploaded to Lightroom. This works really well for them as they find it easy to quickly select, edit and download images. Our files are cloud based, so it also means they aren't having to sync lots of files to their hard drives. I am more used to having all files stored in a central location and then browsing through bridge. I also really like being able to tag images to make browsing easier. My concern is selecting and downloading from shared libraries on Lightroom could get messy and also slow down my workflow. I am also worried about having lots of different versions of the same file floating around, although currently the team is small so it's not an immediate concern. My boss is happy for me to make my own system but ideally it would be nice to have a solution wh

When I import RAW files from my Canon camera, Bridge duplicates each file so I get two of everything. File Manager (Win 11) shows, correctly, one file per shot on the card. This does not happen with my Sony camera. Its a real pain having to delete all these duplicates and, until this is fixed, I have to copy via file manager.

I "upgraded" to the latest version of Bridge, an application I've been using for decades.  Now absolutely nothing works.  I cannot open a disk that contains, of course, all my photos.  The folders sidebar shows the disk, but no caret to open it and the folders in the subsequent hierarchy to get at the files I want to work with.  What in the world is going on?I will be ignoring many of the too-frequent "updates" to the suite of apps in the future.  I'm getting tired of starting from scratch each time.  I need to get some work done.

Hi! I've just updated to Adobe 2020 and when using Bridge, I can't make the preview image big enough... it just appears as a small image. It shows you how to make the miniature size bigger, but no the Preview image.   ..any tips? thanks!

So, when I go to rename a single .mp4 or .mxf files in Bridge it (seemingly randomly) comes up with the "the process cannot be completed because it is open in another process" error prompt. For some reason, it seems that trying different ways to rename it helps. For example, clicking the clip and hitting F2 brings up the prompt. Click ok. Right click -> rename will bring up the prompt. Click ok. Hit F2, and it will let me rename the file successfully. Oh and the error comes up AFTER I type the name and press enter. I'm so lost at how and why this error keeps popping up. Eventually, it allows me to rename the file after cycling through a few times. Also the annoying part is I don't know if the rename will work until after I press enter. I've tried to "open in Explorer" and rename there and it allows me to rename. A previous post suggests that this means it's a Bridge problem, not a Windows OS problem. I also tried mapping a new keyboard shortcut to rename, and it didn't make a differ
