Bridge

Why isn´t there a function "share" in Bridge...? Or have I just missed it? I would hlike to have function to easily be able to send images to friends etc., either by messages och by e-mail...That function is there in e.g. Photoshop, do I really have to open the desired image in Photoshop with a double-click on the image to be able to share it directly?Regards/B

Why Spring the grey Button when i delete an Folder on the Main Folder ?!Its for the long working not so easy.Sorry for my english its not so good but i hope you understand me ?! Here an example and please Please look in my Pictures : My Mainfolder is 123 Testordner : So i would like to delete The Folder  *Flughafen* Now the folder is deletet an the grey one is spring to the Top of Main 123 Testordner ;-(Now i must find the next ordner where i have deletet and start my work again !! When you have one Folder an there is for example 100 Folder in this you have to make after every Delete from Top to your next one in the Middle . In My Example when i deletet the Folder *Flughafen* then the grey one have to jump on the next Folder like in my Example *Haus*  I hope you understand this and im Hapy for help !! Thank You so much !! Holger Freudel      

Hi,I do not know in which way it is possible , to access through Bridge to  my Iphone pictures that are automatically upload to the Lightroom CC Cloud.Because, it's really convenient to have all of them stored in Cloud rather than in local drive ...  Don't you have any idea ? Thank you

When I view raw images in Bridge and open them with Camera Raw, I can edit for a short time, tweak a few things, then the whole computer freezes. I can't quit, force quit, or even shutdown. I have to force shutdown the MacPro with the power button.Opening the same images in Lightroom and editing works fine but this isn't my preferred workflow.Using other tools in Bridge (i.e. editing metadata) works fine but any time I open and edit in Camera Raw through Bridge, the computer freezes. MacPro (Late 2013), 3GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon E5, 64GB Ram, AMD FirePro D700 6GB, Mojave 10.14.6Photoshop v22.1.1Bridge 10.1.1, 11.0.1 (I tried both)Lightroom Classic 9.2Camera Raw 13.1RAW Images produced on a Sony a7sii, .ARW

For millenia users have been requesting Random Sort yet all we get every update is crickets.    

I have been using Adobe Bridge for some time and it worked fine. When I double clicked in a jpg or gif file, it would launch photos.exe and work just like it does from file explorer. I then reinstalled Adobe Acrobat XI which had been removed by mistake and when I double clicked on a gif, I got internet explorer 11 launched instead. I decided to upgrade the gif functionality by downloading from the microsoft store gifviewer.com. This works great from file explorer and when launched from the start menu (and I have made it my default for .gif files). However, it doesn't work on Bridge. Bridge has a file association preference and I navigated to the windowsapp folder, picked the exe and get several error messages (mrt100_app.dll, sharedlibrary.dll, msvcp140_app.dll and vcruntime140_app.dll ------- all missing). So I reset the default preferences and rather than getting photos back as the preference, I still get internet explorer 11? I tried to browse to the photos.exe app in the windowsapp

HiYesterday I decided to update to Bridge 2021 (from 2019), but it now keeps freezing my machine. I've managed to hone it down to the texture slider, every time I touch this the spinny wheel comes up or my screen freezes... (it's even just restarted my machine automatically) or it freezes like so:  I tried uninstalling and going back to the 2020 version but the same thing happens. Ideally, I'd like to go back to the 2019 version which worked fine (if it ain't broke...). Does anyone please have any idea why it might be doing this and is it possible to back to the 2019 version? I'm on an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) running Mojave 10.14.6 Many thanks

Since last update, Bridge does not show files by external HD or memory cards. Just show internal files.Do you guys have any ideia of how to fix it?I am a photographer and use Bridge a lot, but since last update, not anymore. 

Hello guys, I used Bridge since ever and now I am thinking about finally moving to another software. Since I updated to the CC 2020 version I cannot copy, paste or duplicate images anymore, since these functions are greyed out or not even there anymore.Can anyone tell me what happened? This is an ESSENTIAL feature for any program out there. Maybe I am missing something here but this destroys my workflows 100%. Thank you for your help 

I have the newest version (as of today) of Bridge 2018 and MacOS 10.12.5I have reset the preference by restarting with option command shift.I'm still getting the no valid files found.This used to work, I imagine it stopped when something got updated, but I don't know which.

Is it possible to use Apple script to add/update/replace illustrator files in CC Libraries? Would anyone know of any script like this out on the internet or this forum. I found a post using InDesign to upload assets to cc library but my assets are multiple types and bridge would be a better option. thank you for the replies.

I am in Mac Catalinac10.15.4 and Bridge version 10.0.4,  Ive had a previous version of Bridge and updated recently. I have already re-installed it, everything seems that is working but the interface isnt. Camara Raw preferences's seem to be the only thing ok.

The Export in this new version of Bridge is great and saves a lot of time in one respect and not in another.I have a preset that I use for batch processing of images into jpg of a specific size and colour space.However, the only option is to select either JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or DNG.I am windows based and I want JPG and TIF because some applications will only  accept a 3 lettered file extension not a 4 lettered one. I, therefore, have to use another process to convert JPEG to JPG.Lets have more options, please.

After downloading Bridge to mac catalina, it froze with the error message (attached)I did authorize it to read all files and folders, nothing helped.

I have photographed a lot of old film positives which somethings where photographed mirrored (wrong side up). In bridge I can open the photos is Camera Raw, fix them, crop them and flip them. I also add Meta data such as description and when the original phot was taken. Bridge are showing these changes but when I choose to Export the originals/DNGs to JPG and preserve all Metadata and as high quality as possible the cropping, adjustments and added text follows to the JPG but the horizontal flip does not. How come and how do I fix it? 

I want an organized and mostly automatic way to sort photos by luminosity and color. My goal is to export luminosity and color data from a lot of files into a spreadsheet. Any help will be appreciated. First step seems to be to see the data into Bridge. Is there a way to see mean luminosity and mean RGB numbers in Bridge's metadata? Here are the luminosity and blue numbers from Photoshop's histogram for a photo.   Are they available in Bridge?  

Bonsoir,J'ai changé d'ordinateur (Mac à Mac) et passé de Mojave à Big Sur.Lorsque j'observe mes photos dans Bridge, dans l'onglet "Infos essentielles", à la rubirque "Mots-clés", j'ai la mention ""Valeur Mots-clés inexistante" suivi d'un chiffre. C'est comme si tous les mots clefs que j'avais affectés à mes photos étaient regroupés sous cette appellation.J'ai mis la liste de Mots-clés à jour (en les important de mon ancien ordi). Donc je les ai mais plus rien n'est coché.Comment puis je récupérer mes mots clés, affectés à chaque photo ?Vu le temps que j'ai mis pour le faire, je ne me vois pas tout recommencer.Merci d'avance

Hi, I can't access CameraRaw through Bridge.  When I do try to, I get the following error message,"Camera Raw editing is not enabled. Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been licenced."Which is what I don't understand as Bridge was a free download and there was no place to input a licence during the installation.I downloaded Bridge from this link;https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/bridge/get-started.html#:~:text=Click%20Download%20Bridge%20below%20to,version%20once%20you%20sign%20in.) Which is obviously for Bridge2020 but I am running Windows 7 SP1 64 bit and I'm sure that during the install process it said that version couldn't work on my OS and asked if I wanted to install an earlier version, to which I clicked "yes". So, if anyone can help me get CameraRaw open through Bridge, I would be very happy.

I have generated some files with certain exif data, and I want to delete some of this data. In the Metadata Template I can only mark the data referring to Video. I have created templates, I have tried to modify them, but I only have a choice with the Video data. Thank you.

Hi there Adobe community. All of a sudden my Bridge (11.0.1.109) has begun crashing after a minute's use. I am on an M1 Mac Mini with Big Sur.  The software is completey uselesss. Any ideas?  Cheers, Marc

I've been using Bridge 2018 and 2019 successfully but decided to upgrade 2019, the only one that would continue to allow Camera Raw Usage, because of a bug.  I upgraded to the latest Bridge 2021 (11.0.1) and also 10.1.1 which I hadn't used yet. The results of this upgrade border on UNBELIEVABLE.  Neither of these latest versions of Bridge have an inclination to produce thumbnails of my Nikon D810 .NEF raw files.  And yes I have the latest ACR with it's lame new interface installed.I've got the file association in Bridge set to Photoshop 2021 for these raw files, I've deleted my entire cache, I've reset work spaces. I've rebooted and still neither of these versions of Bridge has any idea that Camera Raw even exists.  (The Camera Raw Settings menu option is GREYED OUT).Two hours of useful production time along with multiple Gb of photo cache is gone.  I've read all about this problem in the message boards. We're all having problems like this, yet it just continue

Just updated my mac desktop to big sur 11.1 and review mode has stopped working. When I use the command+b shortcut bridge and my dock disappear off screen and I have to hit escape to return and then every item in my folder is suddenly selected. I tried manually going to review mode through the view menu and the same thing happens. I checked keyboard shortcuts to make sure there wasn't a conflict in the new update and also purged my cache.  HELP! I can't review photos!
