Hi, When i opened  after effect cc preset at preview window on Bridge CC 2018 is always freeze. And my preview window cannot show the movement of the effect, just only appear the name of the ffx file (ex: Flip up.ffx). How to fix this?looking forward for your advice & solution.FYI : im using MAC OS High Sierra.Thanks,

- Photo Downloader won't download Olympus video files.- When viewing downloaded photo files, previews look soft, unsharpened and out-of-focus until viewed at full size. Why? This didn't happen on the previous version, and effectively eliminates Bridge as a valuable quick-selecting software.

Was there a logical reason to remove the Export function?I noticed on an Adobe page it said use the features in Lightroom, but many of the photographers I don't want to use Photoshop, Bridge for Media Management & Lightroom for Exporting...Bridge has an absolutely huge advantage over Lightroom that it can work on a networked drive. It was great being able to save decent presets when exporting to HDD in bridge also.These don't allow you to save good presets, but they're better than nothing at all.All I need; is to batch color correct images on a network drive and export them into a sub-folder. Been doing this for many years. It's not like LAN's are new fancy technology Adobe lacks the understanding to grasp.The current workarounds I know:• Select images > Open in Camera Raw > Select images > Save Images• Select images > Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor• Install an older version of BridgeDoes anyone have any better workarounds that don't involve another monthly f

What happened to Bridge Web Portfolio that was part of the Output module? -- How can I make the Web Portfolio?

Help! Recently whenever I do batch image processing the files turn to untagged colour space. Im not sure how this has changed as I have not changed how I process my images. I highlight desired images, click image processor, choose which action I want to perform (or sometimes no action) and regardless of if my action has a convert to sRGB or I click off the little "convert to sRGB" box, my files end up becoming untagged. I found under the edit tab, there's preferences, and I made sure the "preserve embedded profile" was checked off. Im not sure what else to check, or how to change it back. Im certain it has to do with bridge. I've tested my actions on an individual, already opened, file in photoshop and saved it manually, and the sRGB was successful. What gives?! It's driving me crazy. Thank you in advance.

Bridge CC 2018 does not see my external drives (MacOS High Sierra), but Lightroom CC 2018 does.  Problem occurred after restarting system, it worked right after install.

Hi, I just downloaded Bridge 2018, sadly took the process where it deletes old versions.this version locks up within a few moments of use. Working on a mac, all current OS, the Force Quit does not show as not responding. Nothing will respond from the menu bar at the top to any selection or slider bar. different mice no affect. Only way to quit is to use force quit. Any one else have this and solved it?thanksMark

Does anyone knows how to eliminate the duplicates in the "Open with" list of Adobe Bridge?As you can see from the attached image, there are a lot of duplicates of the same version of the various software.Thanks,Claudio

After years of happy usage, when booting up CS6, the usual prompt to launch bridge has ceased to appear.  The program hangs and I have no images visible with mini-bridge???  Has anyone had this happen? and how do I fix my issue?  Maybe uninstalling and re-installing is the only way???  Hope someone has the answer.  Cheers Doug Hollaway.

I have Photoshop/Lightroom/Bridge CC and I can´t see any previews for tiff in Bridge (probably after the latest update). You can still see a thumbnail of the picture If you save the file in JPG, but not in tiff.  Does someone here have any idea what I can do, or if I have done something to Bridge's settings that I can change back?

Hello,I used to used the old version of bridge.I used to be able ot go to Tools, photoshop and then transformmy files to jpeg, psd or tiff.This function does not seem to be there any longer?Could someone let me know how and where to find this function, in bridge?Thank youClement

I am trying to save edited colour images (.jepg / .tiff) using Bridge but Bridge is saving them as black & white. When I open the folder where they are saved I can see the thumbnails convert from colour to black & white before my eyes and when you open the image what was colour is now black & white also. Any advice as to how to prevent this? Is it a Bridge settings issue or is it camera related? Thanks

I was in the process of moving 162 photos from memory card to external HD, using Bridge. It froze on me, so I cancelled the move. File "8302" was moved successfully, but there is a 6-minute gap between photos, and the next photos successfully moved were "8456", "8457", and "8464"+. I tried searching through Bridge and then through my External HD, when the app quit unexpectedly. I have a new iMAC computer with Sierra OS, so I do not have Time Machine set up yet. I ejected my memory card in hopes the photos would appear on my camera's playback, with no success. Currently, both the memory card the photos came from and the external HD are plugged into my iMac. How do / Can I retrieve these missing photos??? I will do it manually if I have to, I just have no clue where to start.

Please help! Every time I hover over any thumbnails in CS6 the button description appears and stays on until the program is closed.This is happening on every thumbnail and is creating a sea of yellow description dialog boxes across my page, the software is fully up to date  and this has only just started occurring since a recent Apple Software update has taken place. Reposted on Adobe Tech Support Advice after no offical comment. Sorry for the Spam.I'm forced to use Bridge CS6 since Adobe removed to function from CC. It's been working as expected until this morning. In the panel view, all my presets have disappeared and I can't make new ones as all the panel options are shaded out. If I right-click on an image and try to export, my presets are there but nothing happens when I choose one. Its happened on 2 separate installations so isn't isolated problem. I've restarted the software and PC and tried resetting the to factory default with ctl- alt on restart.If anyone can suggest a fix would be great, but please dont waste your time suggesting Image processor or raw save as an alternative. Nether help work flow and stop me using Photoshop while they are processing and arntfit for purpose. Lightroom is also unusable because of the way we work. I know its an old version but the feature is gold dust to me and saves hours per day.

Years ago, my job was to batch file jpegs to websize. We had our version of Bridge from early on and it was pretty simple. I'm still using it today (membership on cloud) and wonder a few things:-do I really need to shoot 7360 X 4912 @300ppi for anything on the web? I havent printed anything in over a decade is why I ask that question-what is a high quality image on the web (paysites, etc...) Like is 1920 X 1080 @ 72ppi too little or too much?-can I get matching densities from differently exposed images in a batch or do I need to learn Lightroom (so far, I havent understood that program.Please let me know what I need to do to catch up and be able to output clean, sharp images that have similar or matching densities.Thanks and looking forward to your responses.

Two changes/losses- The 'file info' dialogue box does not retain any adjusted shape/size i.e. widened to view relevant information, when Bridge is closed and re-opened - as it used to do.  Tiresome to re-size the dialogue box each time it is opened.  Surely this is not an improvement, or have I missed a new setting in preferences ?- The last used template appeared for picking again when a new set of images were picked for adding metadata, etc.  Now, like a Ps, you have to click on the templates button and scroll to the template of choice - a lot slower if the last template if to be picked.  Why has this gone ?

Hi, I have a problem with Adobe Bridge CS6. Anytime when I will open the file information of a Picture I see only a white window. After deinstall and re-Install CS6 it functions for a while. But it can't be, that I have to re-install CS6 every week. Do you have any tips? Cleaning the Cache didn't solve the problem. Any other ideas?

Output works correctly for portrait pages but fuzzy (hardly legible) for landscape. Any solutions?

Windows 10 - CC 2017WHENSince I upgraded to Windows 10 I cant seem to consistently get Bridge to bring up the photo downloaderIt works instantly on my Win 10 Surface but not on my home PCWHATClicking Get photos from camera or on the little Icon, makes a blue circle and then 95 times out of 100 nothing happens at all.If it does eventually pop up like 10 minutes later - then it sits on detecting devices or whatever the message is for another unspecified amount of time. Like 10 minutes to infinity. TRIEDI have uninstalled bridge and photoshop and reinstalled (keeping my settings option) with no change to itObviously restarted computer etc. My computer is reading the CF memory card slot, as it comes up in File explorerMy autoplay option is set to download with bridge but that isnt happening, it doesnt pop up like it used to in Win 7 with cc 2015I am at a loss apart from asking for help here as even as a paying customer I cant get the standard chat or phone help with Adobe (pathetic setup)C
