Hey there, now im missing image processor in bridge on my mac m1 after i updated the bridge.If i install older version 12.04 i have IP in tools menu. Every thing is updated.Startup Scripts are all checked in.Preferences are reseted. 😞

Hello,   I can't use keyboard shortcuts to label or rate an image. I checked "use Ctrl for labels and notes" but no action, neither using "CTRL", nor unchecking ""use Ctrl for labels and notes" and typing the number on the keyboard It was working perfectly before the 2023 version change.   Bridge version: 13.0.0.562   System configuration: HP ZBook Studio G4, I7-7820HQ, 32 GB RAM, Windows 10 pro 64 bit Version 21H1   Many thanks for your support   Jean-Jacques Massey

How can I access my shared published files within bridge? For example, an Indesign file with comments?

About 2 days ago Bridge crashed so I reopened it and since then Search function doesn't work. This is pretty much the only feature I use in Bridge so without it the program is worthless to me. macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6, Retna Early 2015Adobe Bridge CC 2018I have found lots of other threads but none with solutions that work.Find Criteria: Find "search term" in "Computer" and all subfolders with Spotlight Search: Computer.No results no matter what is searched.I have tried the Fund "Include all subfolders, Include Non Indexed Files"I have also tried deleting cache.I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.No luck. Thanks for your help.

Hi All, I just upgraded to Mac OS Sonoma and am trying to run Bridge 14. So far all I get is a mostly white screen with some menu items at the top. What is the status of functionality between Mac OS Sonoma and Bridge 14? I see it listed in Adobe support as compatible but so far, that does not appear to be the case. Thanks Kathryn MacDonald

Derzeit archiviere ich meine Fotos neu und um.Ohne mein Zutun entstanden plötzlich neue Bezeichnungen.Dies wäre eine "normale" Filebezeichnung: _HH17865. Doch irgendwann änderten sich einige Hundert Flnamen in z.B. auf: _HH18115#2678! 18115 steht bei jedem Foto und nach dem # beginnt eine 4-stellige Nummer welche ebenso in keinen Bezug zu irgend etwas im Foto steht.Hat jemand bereits von so einem Problem gehört!Jedenfgalls der Support von ADOBE ist RATLOS und servierte mir ein Märchen, dass die Bridge dies automatisch so macht um gleichlautende Fotobezeichnungen zu vermeiden.In Erwartung keiner Lösung 🙂Helmut

Is there a way to get Bridge to show a thumbnail on some less common file types? Specifically .cgm, .idr or .iso (these are PTC Isodraw files)Thanks!

I am thinking about a Bridge script that creates a new folder on the content pane and then runs an AppleScript on the new folder. I went through the Bridge scripting documentation and found examples of folder creation using a hard-coded URI.  Rather, I am wondering if it is possible for the bridge script to run the New Folder menu item. Alternatively, perhaps using the app presentation path variable to set the new folder location. Script sequence1. Create a new Bridge folder2. The new folder is selected on the content pane3. The new folder name is highlighted on folder pane4. The user inputs a unique folder name manually using keyboard5. The script runs the external file function AppleScript on the new folder The questions:1. Can the Bridge script execute the New Folder menu item?2. Can the Bridge script wait for the folder creation to complete before executing the run external file function? Thank you for your help!

In the past, when I had a group of thumbnails stacked together in Bridge and I expanded them, all of the thumbnails were selected. This is desirable. Now, I have to go all the way to the end of my group and shift + click back up to the beginning to select them all. Little things like this add up in a workflow... Additionally, in order to select an entire group, you used to be able to click + drag over a collapsed stack. Now, you have to expand the stack and shift + click to select them all. I don't know why this has changed, but this user here would be grateful if Adobe would revert to the previous behavior.  In case anyone knows a way around this, please comment.

When I am navigating via the file tree in Bridge, I can usually double click to "open up" or reveal the nested items/folders within a folder. Now in the new Bridge, this works very unreliably, and it is often unresponsive causing me to have to make a very precise click on the little arrow. Double-clicking is much more efficient. Please bring this back.

Hello everyone,  I have recently update Adobe Bride to v 12.0 and Photoshop v 23.0 on my Mac OS Catalina (v10.15.7).Now I'm not able to use the batch processing out of bridge anymore. I get a message which tells me to "install the newest Photoshop version". However this is what I already did. Creative Cloud tells me Photoshop version is up-to-date. I followed the instructions to give secutity and full access to the system, but this didn't solve the problem. Is anybody able to support me on that?Thanks a lo in advance. I have been  having an extremely frustrating experience of the filter panel not adding or removing the filters I select from the drop down menu! Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Bridge CC 2019 to no avail...Message was edited by: Akash Sharma

Windows 11 Bridge 2024If a select a set of photos I can FILTER on exposure time but I don't seem to be able to use FIND to search all pictures for all long exposure photos (e.g. with exposure time >1 sec).There is a criteria option for exposure in the FIND dialogue but the search criteria don't seem to be appropriate.Perhaps this is not possible? Any wisdom welcome! 

I don't get it, is there a way to turn on anti-aliasing for thumbnails? I tried all settings for preview, nothing changes. When I open Bridge thumbnails look normal for a second, and then they start to look like this (the first screenshot - Bridge, the second - ACDSee), just look at the lines.Please help.

Every time I start Bridge (the latest) I first need to go to finder to open a network volume (a driver attached to another Mac) where my files are. Of course I would like to open it directly in Bridge. It is not just that. Thereafter, I need to search for the particular folder, as they do not stay as Bridge's favorites! So, there is unnecessary trouble just to get in to work. Is there any solution - that is, just to pen Bridge and then find the network volume I want, instantly?

For a long time now, when plugging either of my cameras in, which automatically opens Downloader, it ALWAYS highlights the 2nd card in the camera... all cards are the same make and size, and I have also swapped them round... as well as having lots more drives plugged in, which means that the drive letters of the camera change...What am I doing wrong...?TIA for any suggestions.Windows 11 and Bridge 14 fully up to date all the time...

We always use the “prefer embedded” thumbnails preview – as any other option is far too slow for our use-case. Unfortunately, Bridge cannot even serve this simplest option properly – all thumbnails are needlessly blurry (lower quality than one should expect from the default thumbnail).Switching any search result to a higher quality preview mode and then going back to the lowest mode retains the good quality – even after reload (F5) or switching to some other context and re-establishing the selection. To me, it seems that embedded thumbs aren't properly read, initially.[Personal content removed by moderator.
