Does anyone know why I get an "Unsupported Format" when trying to export a PNG using a Adobe Illustrator file by drag-n-drop on a Custom Preset? It works fine when created a custom preset for a JPG. Would love if anyone has a fix for this. Thanks in advance.Cheers!

Hi guys, I´m trying to rename my images and in the batch rename window I select certain attributes and delete some attributes e.g. date/time. But when I save my workflow, the deleted attributes reappear and the file name always starts with "project". What am I doing wrong? I am using the latest Bridge version in Windows.Thx Armin

I'm struggling to use Bridge for our media library, I notice it's not great for video clips.Playback and scrubbing speed is much slower than VLCPreview playback control bar is very narrowVLC detects framerate and resolution in Codec info, IPTC video info fields are empty in Bridge Is there a way to get Bridge to auto detect the frame rate, bit depth and resolution?Is there an app for browsing video libraries that is better than Bridge? Regards, Peter

Is there a way that Adobe Bridge can integrate directly with Sharepoint Online? Currently, we have mapped a network drive to sharepoint online and point AB to the mapped drive. The connection between AB the mapped drive is intermittent and causes connectivity issues and we have to log into Sharepoint Online and 'Open with File Explorer' to reestablish to connection. Is there a way to integrate AB directly with Sharepoint online? Thanks  

Hi all, This has been discussed before and supposedly fixed but I am still having a problem. See attached video of the process. Bridge 15.0.1.412 My workflow is this.Select raw file folder in content panel and open in PS.Edit in PS and save in separate folder for processed filesView processed file in processed file folder.Switch back to content panel.Bridge then shows first file in content panel. I feel Bridge should go to last opened file in content panel.A workaround is to have two content panels open, then Bridge does not open to the first file. Messy workaround, but usable. Regards, Steve  

When using Bridge it seems to be constantly stuck in a never ending loop of Generating Previews. Is there a particular Preference arrangement or a certain combination of Preferences which will settle Bridge down and so that Bridge will generate previews one time and remember that a preview has already been generated for an image. Attached images show what settings are currently employed. Bridge version is v9.0.2.219.

Tried all version of bridge that I have installed and not display png thumbnails. Cleared cache, refreshed, checked associations... so what's the solution Adobe?

Hallo zusammen, hat noch jemand das Problem beim starten einer  Bearbeitung, z.B. "zu Ebenen zusammenfügen" aus der Bridge heraus? Ich bekomme jedes mal die Meldung: Adobe Photoshop führt zurzeit eine andere Aufgabe aus…Wenn ich den Auftrag nochmal gebe, funktioniert es oft, manchmal auch erst nach dem dritten oder vierten Mal. In Photoshop ist aber nichts, was das Programm vorher erst noch erledigen müsste.  OS Sonoma, Bridge 15.01.412, PS 26.1.0Ich freue mich über jeden Hinweis.VGKai

After updating to Bridge 2025 version 15.0.1, I have not been able to launch Bridge from my PC. If I go to Creative Cloud, I am able to launch it successfully. I have uinstalled it several times and have also uninstalled and re-installed PS as well as Bridge. I have checked the attributes and have Administrator has all permissions. If I try to run this as Administrator, it will launch and ask if I want to give permission to this program to make changes and I respond yes. It never launches. Photoshop and LR both launch successfully after their update. Has anyone else run into this issue, or has anyone any idea as to what would be causing this?thanks,Bob

Hi there! i have just changed to a new macbook pro (2024 m4 max) and when using adobe bridge to organize videos i come up with an issue whith the thumbnail preview.I see thumbnails decolorated in a blueish tone, but when i go mouse over them they show correctly.Is there any info about this?I was asked to install rosetta in order to run premiere, did this affect this preview?Thanks!

my files are labeled sequentially.  1, 2, 3, 4 I have it set to 'sort manually' however, when I move a group of files (1,2,3,4) to another spot, they automatically switch to 4,3,2,1  If I move it back to the orig location, it goes back to 1,2,3,4In addition, the window of files will "jump" a row so it's confusing to look for the location you were at. (hope that's clear) This is completely frustrating when i'm looking at a folder with 600 files, manually sorting them.Please help. This happened because of this update I did not ask for.It's now impossible for me to go back to the old Bridge 😞

I've had this across multiple versions now, bridge just can't keep up. Running a fully specced mac and it consistently wigs out then shows duplicates of one image. If I flick through on preview all the duplicates are there too. I need to force quite bridge and reopen it to get rid of the non existant duplicates. Farrrrrking frusreating. Why is Bridge so slow and horrrible these days!

I am most concerned dabout retaining labeling on my folders and files in Bridge.  I can see where the preferences are in User>Library>Applifation Support>Adobe>Bridge folder, but I am not sure which one handles this?  Is it possible to replace the ones on my new mac with the old ones to get that labeling back? I should note, on the old mac all the info including worksspaces is in a folder: Bridge 2025.  On the new mac there is an "Adobe Bridge2025" folder and a "Bridge 2025 Extensions" which does not exist on the old mac.  Can I just replace the Adobe Bridge 2025 with the Bridge 2025 from my old mac?  Or maybe just the contents? Any helpful advice would be appreciated. thanks.

Ich habe eine Frage/Problem: wenn ich aus Bridge eine Auswahl an Bildern via "Benutzerdefinierter Export" exportiere, habe ich die Möglichkeit im letzten Abschnitt verschiedene Optionen zu wählen, wie mit den Metadaten verfahren werden soll.U.a. steht mir die nachfolgende Option zur Verfügung:_ _ _ursprüngliche Metadaten einschließen- Alle außer Kamera- und Camera RAW-Informationen√ Ortsinformationen entfernen_ _ _ Wenn ich diese Option wähle, gehe ich davon aus, dass in meinen exportierten Bildern KEINE Kamera-Informationen und Ortsinformationen mehr enthalten sind. Aber die Kamera-Infos bleiben in den Bildern enhalten! Wo liegt der Fehler? Bzw. wie kann ich die Infos über die verwendete Kamera, Optik, Blende usw. in einem Stapel entfernen?Vielen Dank.

How do you filter images by resolution using Adobe Bridge (e.g. I only want to look at pictures with a resolution of 1920x1080)?

Let's see if anybody can help...I have a Bridge script that renames and move the visibleThumbnails to new folders.Easy like this: I have 15 visibleThumbnails, then the script will creates 15 folders and move each visibleThumbnail to its own folder.BUT...I need another function to run over the new created folders.This another function is being called after the loop that create the folders.But this another function never runs unless I put an alert at its beginning. Any help?

hi!there is any way to resize metadata field in side panel? On screen Description (Opis in polish, seen on screen) is smaller than Header (Nagłówek), but frequently I need to see all data in desscription and I can't resize that field.I know, that I can press commmand-I and see all metadata with resizable fields and widows - but maybe there is a way to resize it in side panel?Best regards,Mateusz.

Bridge is crashing when trying to search, using CMD+F. i have tried restarting my Mac Pro and rebuilding preferences. this is happening in both Bridge 2024 and 2025. Running Sequoia. Does anyone use an alternative to Bridge that they are happy with? Would be nice if Adobe would step up and fix Bridge, the crashing and freezing is nothing new.

Is there a way to show anything other than the filename when in thumbnail view.  I pretty much always want to work in thumbnail view.  However, I also pretty much ALWAYS want to see the file creation date. Is there a way to accomplish this?Thanks

I want to only change the first - to _ like beloww=xxx_sometext-sometext-sometext-sometext_.tif How to do this?  

Hi Community,I've filenames like YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_D750.NEF, and others like YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_MS_D750.NEF (extended with milliseconds).I want to find (not batch rename, not find and replace, just find and display) only filenames with the milliseconds extension.Works easily in Windows Explorer search with wildcards ("*_??_*") but not in the Bridge search.So Bridge search cannot be used with well known wildcards?Thanks for your feedback or ideas for a workaround.Martin  

Whilst the vast majority of keyword operations work faultlessly, I have encountered two which do not.They are Deleting and Renaming a keyword from within the Keywords Panel.This first came to my attention when I created a new keyword and made a typo. I simply could not delete or rename this misspelled keyword without either Bridge crashing completely or freezing for a good 5 minutes before becoming responsive once more. In either case the offending keyword was neither deleted nor renamed on the first attempt.  A second attempt was successful but Bridge still froze for several minutes before completion of the operation.I wonder if this is an issue with my system or a universal problem.Please note that I am not referring at all to applying keywords to images which has never been an issue, but to the editing of keywords within the Keywords Panel.I am on Windows 11 and Bridge Version 14.0.3.200.
