Bonjour,je découvre le site grâce à l'essai gratuit annuel. Je suis sur ordinateur. Malheureusement les 20% de remise annoncés ne fonctionnent pas (pour les licences étendues et les fichiers premium). Au moment de payer ma licence le prix fort s'applique.Est-ce un bug du site ? Je ne comprends pas. Élodie
This contributer does not label any of thier ai generated illustrations (which is almost all thier entire gallery). Two view assets that were recently approved, seem to be broken. Both clips are 30 seconds, but neither will preview more than 1 second, in browser, or if downloaded. I have tried this on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, all threes seem to have the same issue. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
even though my account is set to English, I still get the adobe stock website in French.I live in Belgium, the Dutch speaking part and I absolutely do not want my site in French.No matter what I try, I can't change it.When is Adobe finally going to change this?
I save photos to my favorites, and when i go to my library, i can see them in the thumbnail for the folder they get saved to. However when i open it up, nothing i favorite is there, and the "display all" filter is set. The only photos that are in the library are the ones that i downloaded. I don't want to have to download every single thing i like before i decide if i want to use it. Where are they?
Hi! I have a free adobe cloud account! For over a year, if not more, I've been charged $29.99 for Adobe Stock. I have no idea how / why this is happening. My account doesn't have a card connected to it. I'm worried it's charging a different account, but I don't have those credentials anymore (as it would've been a college email). Please if someone could help this is so frustrating.

I get the whole Adobe plan through my university and I have an Enterprise account. Every time I try and download a paid Adobe graphics template this error occurs. The free ones I have no problem with. I logged out and re-logged back in and I still have the same error. Is this a problem on my University's end or is this an Adobe problem? Please help whenever possible. Thank You!

Hi,I have downloaded a corrupted file from Adobe Stock "AdobeStock_136174951". Illustrator gives me the attached error message "Illustrator could partially open this file" and then it opens an empty artboard.How do I go about getting my credit back. Sorry, but I will have to air my frustration: Why do you not have a way of reporting this and just get my credit back?I have spent 500+ Euros recent years and still cannot reach out to customer service. Accidentally licensed this before I realized it was AI. this is NOT a seamless pattern. Seamless pattern of hand-drawn curly lines and squiggles, black on white background. Stock Vector | Adobe Stock Can I be reimbursed a credit for this? This is misleading and unacceptable.
Hello,My problem is I can't use Stock after refreshing the payment methods. The former was wrong, Adobe couldn't get money from it but I can't use the new one either.
Some time ago I purchased licenses on Fotolia. Now a law firm has contacted me for compensation for unauthorized use of photos. So I transferred my account from Fotolia to Adobe Stock to show as proof in the case that I legally purchased licenses for these photos. The problem is that after the transfer, in the historical licenses I have the transfer date, not the date of purchase of this license. For this reason, they reject it as proof and claim that I purchased these photos after their report.So please help me change the dates on my account or send any other confirmation showing the date of purchase of the photos on fotolia (and not the date of transfer to Adobe Stock). I tried via chat but after 4 redirects the chat simply ended by itself and I was left without help...
Adobe, you're still including Generative AI in my search results despite me using the "exclude generative AI" filter option (see attached image). I wanted to flag this as a clear error. It's really important that AI stock images aren't bleeding into genuine ones; for my work it's very improtant we're clear about what images we're using and we're to avoid AI wherever possible. Thanks.
When I click "end your free trial", it keeps showing me error page.I need to cancel in 6 days in order to not get charged. pls help.
Can anyone help me...I have a full Adobe Creative cloud monthly membership. I paid for access to all the apps. With Adobe Stock In the app downloads it says I have access when I click to open in a browser though on the website although i'm logged in it tells me that I don't have access under my plan, wants me to upgrade or start a free trial. It is meant to be included in what I am already paying for. Anyone know how to fix this?

Our company has had an Adobe Creative Cloud Teams for a while now. We've been able to purchase single images $2.99 with no problem. Only recently, it has made us purchase subscriptions instead of single images for $2.99. I'm on the teams account, not the individual. I've tried reloging in. I had some time sensitive projects to work on, so I went ahead and purchased a subscription and I recieved a "Welcome to Adobe Stock" email, like we don't already pay for our teams account. We pay extra for the teams capabilities and when we tried to understand this with a customer service call, they were not helpful and rude. Please, does anyone know what's going on? Has there been a policy change? Here is the pop-up screen it's showing now. It used to be the "$2.99 confirmation" pop-up.
I dowloaded two "vector" images from Adobe Stock, using the right filters, they are not marked as AI generated, but when I see them I can note that they have made with an image tracing tool. The images are #855894220 and #550043535. The contributor (designer) provided false information and Adobe didn't review the image quality. I want my credits returned because the images are not useful for me.
Purchased this file 1026822240 as a PNG file but when put it in my artwork it shows part of the snomen are missing their faces and part of the actual body. Can't see this in the preview but when you put it against a color background it is very obvious. Wasted one of my plan credits for this.
Hello I used 33 credits to license a template that only downloaded as a JPEG. Can i get a refund? I used (1) credit for a standard license bu thte calendar template came in a JPEG i then used (32) credit for extend license and the same thing happened it was only a JPEG.
Recently discovered that some audio files I had done a search for and added unlicensed previews in a library do not play (preview), nor will they download in Mac Chrome. In Safari, clicking on an audio file will open another window and can be previewed.I checked settings in Chrome, and cleared the cache. Settings allow audio, and other sites, like YouTube will play sound just fine. This doesn't account for the beachballing of the file when download is clicked.These were selected as possibles for a project a year ago, and with a couple exceptions, are not licensed files.And downloading a file in Chrome gives me a dialog box to choose a format, but does not display any choices.This is just bizarre behavior. Clicking on "download" in the Safari library just downloads a preview file like you would expect.Sure seems like a great big bug in Chrome. Thoughts?
