I cannot download an image from adobe stock - this has never happened before and I've been using it for years. I've tried all the basic fixes - different network/different computer/logging out and logging back in/clearing cache and nothing seems to work. I have licensed an image but it will not let me download it? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Dear Adobe - I don't want to see all your AI images, ever. I want the DEFAULT to be "Don't show me your AI steaming piles of dog turd".And now you've removed the filter too? And no - it's not just "hard to find" which would be bull anyway, it's just gone.  Seriously, how unethical can you be as an organisation?  PS - You've made me edit my post by telling me the word I used... The irony. Pot, kettle. So, I edited to "steaming piles of dog turd", I hope that's more acceptable.

I've come across a well known contributor that has pages and pages of copied videos. As far as I know from Adobe TOS, his account violates at least three rules. Adobe doesn't allow public domain contentAdobe doesn't allow illustrative editorial videoAdobe doesn't allow copied, cropped video taken from YouTube I would love to hear from an Adobe employee as I've been trying to report this through multiple channels, without any sucess.

Hello all, I have submitted an old photo I took of a CPU chip with its pins facing up. Adobe however thinks it was AI generated, and flagged it as inelgibile because it lacked the AI tag in the submission. How do I prove that it was not AI generated and have them review it again? Probably a long shot though... I have attached it for reference. 

Apparently these are vector illustrations only, which include people. I don't know whether the users are doing this or automation oro what, but it really needs fixing if the library is to stay viable. Thanks.  

This morning we phoned up and migrated my personal account (of 12 years!) over into a Teams account. I had over 100 Rollover adobe Stock credits which have not been carried over, how can we get those back? Thanks.

There is a user who keeps turning up in my results who is producing obviously AI-generated stuff and not labeling it. SOME of the content is so labeled but a lot is not. This error occurs inexplicably/randomly/intermittently and interrupts workflow. When purchasing STOCK assets with Photoshop open (either on the webiste or within Photoshop) most of the time we can simply double click the item and edit it, however, when working with a team or when team members are within a shared folder at the agency we have this problem when trying to download the assets: When this popup occurswe can not double click the assetwe can not drag/drop it (it keeps the Adobe watermark) Instead, we must quit out of photoshop, reboot and then try again.Or, we have to download the asset from the Adobe Stock website and manually add it into the library. 

This AdobeStock_917971553.ai is opening flat in Illustrator.  I've never had this problem before, it gave the option to download as vector file vs jpg and saves as .ai file, but is flat like a jpg.  Any insight is appreciated.

I have found Adobe's implemention of purchasing Adobe Stock video clips inside of Premiere frustrating. For example, today I purchased 3 clips within Premiere and no matter what I have done the clips still have watermarks. In the bin where the clips reside the shopping cart icons in front of the clips are gone. I have deleted render files many times over. Quit and restarted etc. Clips still have the watermark when I preview the timeline.   Mod note: Edited for content. Rants are not allowed here. Please avoid doing so.

Hi, I'm on the free trial of Adobe stock - 10 assets a month. I'm able to download the licensed images in  my library, except for asset ID #537359767. When I click download on the asset page/from my library, nothing happens. When I try to download from license history, I get the following error:{ "error": "Internal Server Error", "code": "000", "case": "2001d57cd99059068e90736d5fec5102" } This error does not occur with any other licensed images. I have tried different browsers, logging in and out of my account, and clearing my cache/browsing history. Starting yesterday stock images won't download. It moves them to one of my libraries. It has a Re-download for Free button next to the image. But no matter how many times I click it, the image won't download to my computer. There is nothing inside Google Downloads when I check my browser so it's not even making it to my computer.I've downloaded 100s of images from Adobe Stock before and never had this issue until yesterday. I've tried logging in and out of my account. I've tried a different browser. I've logged off and back onto my computer and nothing is working. 

I keep getting this error when I try to buy an image I generated. This has never happened before. I logged out and signed back in and tried to contact chat help but they just left the chat.

It looks like they find a prompt and just upload every variation of that it outputs. Definitely quantity over quality approach  - all of it is untagged AI images 

Downloads from Adobe Stock are slower than dial-up!I've got 500+ Mbps fibre download.Getting similar stock from multiple other companies is done in seconds - Adobe takes FOREVER!!I've just signed up to a subscription - if this is best that Adobe can do, its getting cancelled - there are enough other sources of images without battling with Adobe.As things stand, this is not a usable service and is not fit for purpose.Any fixes you can suggest?I'm on a Macbook Pro via Safari.Yes, I've restarted computer, emptied cache etc etc. Speed test says download is 525Mbps. Other sites work just fine.

The text in file 697635608 is supposed to be editable, but it is not - the text has been flattened and rasterized. How do I report this and get my credit back?

Hello! I am a newbie and I can't figure it out, please explain. My portfolio has stopped growing.I upload works daily. The works accepted by Adobe in the last week are not displayed in the public profile. At the same time, some previously uploaded works are displayed there twice.So, the public profile does not display all the information about my works. I am worried that a potential buyer will not be able to see all my works. How can I fix this?Thank you in advance for your answer.
