Hello! I'm currently encountering a problem, When I use Adobe stock's free image gallery, When pressing free authorization, it will not respond and cannot authorize normally. However, images that have been authorized by the original database can be downloaded normally. I can not download any assets while these two days...

I can't download image from Adobe Stock.

Hi, I've started the free trial for adobe stock but everytime I try to download an image with one of the 10 credits I have nothing happens. 

It says that I have exceeded download limit, but I'm downloading free assets

After I got scammed by you to try the "free Adobe Stock trial" (thx for the dark pattern) I ended up with a monthly plan for 35€. I tried to cancel the plan but it is IMPOSSIBLE as there is no button for it. Any Help page says there is a "Manage Plan" Button which is a scam by itself. There just isn't!It has to be possible to cancel online (EU law since 2022).Next step is going to the consumer protection center in Germany. Luckily they deal with things like this. For anyone considering getting an adobe subscription: RUN!

I purchased a license for the image: "Children around the earth high Generative AI." Asset ID: 625319593. The image was very poor quality, roughly the same as the (lowres) preview. This download is unusable. Is there a better (crisper, sharper) version available?

Wanted to report a stock file listed as vector but when you download and open the AI file, its actually just a embedded jpeg and has no vector elements. Thanks File #: 355359945

Hallo, bei der Migration meiner Fotolia-Daten zu Adobe gibt es unter dem Punkt Kontoübersicht übertragen einen Fehler. Der Balken bleibt lange bei 5ß% stehen und später wird "Bei der Übertragung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten." angezeigt. Der Support hat mich jetzt an das Forum verwiesen. Gibt es hier bekannte Fehler?Windows 11 mit Chrome

what is the concept behind letting low quality and misleading AI images into Adobe Stock library? Tried to find today images about the hungarian parliament, and run into these monstrousities on the begininng of the search results page: For the record, this is the real hungarian parliament:

For the past few weeks, Adobe Stock search results are returning images not relavant to the search term. For example, when I search 'pen', the results only show 1 image of a pen, all the other images are of completely irrelevant images such as product stages. When I search "woman on beach" the first image when I sort by relevance is an image of woman in a corporate setting, no beach in sight.Thinking about changing image banks as we are losing too much time with search lack of relevance.Version of app - web basedPlateform & OS - OS 13.4 

There really should be an "confirm" message when you click "License". I accidentally clicked "License" today when trying to scroll downward on #96617348. I didn't want this image. At all.

Hello, I downloaden a few vector maps on Adobe Stock Photo, and most of them are wrong, or have bad shape-modes so I cannot use them. How can I get my credits back for those wrong maps? Thank you! Frans

Today I can't download image or vector free asset from Adobe Stock. After I clicked download, It just keep loading and I get nothing. 

J'utilise les applications premier pro et premier rush, et je suis censée avoir un accès illimités aux incrustations numérique et aux images qui viennent d'adobe stock. Cependant à chaque fois que je veux en utiliser une il est écrit " Une erreur est survenue pendant le téléchargement d'adobe stock. Veuillez réessayer"Comment faire pour que ça marche ? 

Recently downloaded a vector stock image and when I opened it, an error for missing linked .jpg file came up (in russian) and shows an un-expanded tracing result.  When you expand the trace results it just turns white, due to the source file being missing. The file was supposed to be vector, but even so, it's unusable in its current state either way, so the file should be removed for improper file specs or something, right? Is this a common occurrence? Hi I liscened for a file that when I download the JPEg is fine but the ai/eps file is pixelated and useless (it doesnt have layers or anyhting). I'd need either the ai/eps file fixed or the liscence back. Unless somehow its me but I havnt had this issue with any other asset liscences.   [moderator deleted the original stock files. Please do not post the originals here]

I purchased image #14575915 and downloaded it as and AI/EPS file. When I open it, some of the gradient patterns in the leaves do not display properly. But when I open the same file in Photoshop everything is fine. 

I'm logged into my Adobe account and trying to download non-premium stock photo assets but the system is not recognizing my account or Stock subscription. Click on an asset promps me to sign up for a plan, and clicking "Continue" pops up a "Error: We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." despite having a record of paid invoices for the last year+.

Hello Adobe,I recently licensed image #582849278 Meditating Budha ( VirgoStudio) - the picture has a fault which I realized only after generating a full-size canvas print. The raised hand of Buddha has 7 fingers.  I at a loss now, and not sure how I can proceed on this. Can Adobe allow and download to find alternate pictures for Buddha without any additional payments?ThxRithesh
