When I hit the share button I have lost the ability to schedule my content to LinkedIn.

I'm trying to blur something in Illustrate, but whenever I click on the options, (Specificly effects) nothing happens. I don't know how to fix it, as it was working earlier.

every time I try to export my work to a PDF it stalls. It will get to 90% then give me an error message. This is an inconvenience for me because my only option is to export as PNG and individually convert each page into PDF. This has been happening for about a month and a half now. I'd hoped it would've been fixed by now, but so far nothing.

Trying to upload a font from my computer. Unable to find where to do that even after looking it up on adobe website.

Please check this, I cannot use your platform and my subscription is running though, it's paid. I need to use your service. Thanks!

can't save as PDF. works fine and quick for PNG, yet when I try to download the project as PDF, it loads up to 23% and then fails.

the videos or reels i am creatingg cant be downloaded

I create poetry videos and every time I change the text to be larger and smaller, the app automatically changes the size of the outline. I have to go and change it back each time. It takes a lot of time. I also have had issues with the video going back to the beginning when I'm editing over and over again. I had to change it to fit so i could work in it. I love adobe products and have been using your products for 30 years now. I am excited to watch it grow to be the best. Ohhh and would love the typewriter effect for the text to be added. Thank you!!

too many social media templates. very few print template all of them measured in inch and corresponding sizes. where to set bleeding?

five files out of 48 refuse to remove the back ground. after I crop it keeps giving white background.........

when file is shared collaboratively it doesn't work for the other person who presses link or share. they cannot see the project file at all

Hi, I wrote in yesterday to report a bug which is affecting the work of my projects. Now, when I save a project and go back to work on it, the backgrounds chosen are replaced with ai files. It makes me want to never use the adobe AI ever again!!

I used to use Adobe Express in the course I teach to have students learn that they can use a tool in the cloud to create a professional looking web page with very little technical knowledge. However last Spring semester (May 23) the tool proved to be unreliable and I had to excuse students from using it. I noticed in this forum that many others experienced (and reported) the same issues as my students (and I) found. Now I've come back 6 months later and to my surprise the tool behaves in the same useless manner. I also see a steady stream of posts here where the Adobe tech support staff act niaive to the issues. Rest assured I will be creating a video documenting the issue along with screen shots of the months of related bug posts and then submitting it to Indiana University's IT leadership with recommendation that they cancel the subscription or demand a refund as there is no way 6 months to have such basic product features failing is an appropriate SLA. I'm amazed this prod

This version of the app is very slow to respond to gestures and screen taps. You press a button on screen and it’s 1-3 seconds for the app to respond.

when I click into "Your stuff", my brands often do not show up. It takes multiple times of refreshing to actually get them to appear

Continued failed posts using the scheduler app. Severely defeats the purpose of this app.

I cannot save or download videos in Adobe Express. I always get the message "We are working on your file. You can download it soon." Even after 2 hours it doesn't work. I also have the premium version of Adobe Express and it still doesn't work. I use the web version. What can i do?
