when i am downloading the file in PDF format the background colour chnages. But when i download it in the JPG or PNG format, it remains the same.

when I create a project, then when i search i can't find it, i think that many projects have been deleted, that creates a big problem for me work

I keep getting this error when I try to use the scheduler. Whether the graphic/video is right from Express, or downloaded and then try to upload it. I have 1 png attached here (which was created using Adobe Express originally) , which would appear to be within the limits of Facebook as outlined. I can't get past this error to schedule and have to post through another medium. I have tried on different devices and browsers. How can I better upload my images?

I'd love to use the new Adobe Express but it is super glitchy

I can have an image that is perfectly crisp in the editor but when exported  event as a supposedly uncompressed PNG it becomes very blurry. It is not an issue of image scale. I can recreate the same image in photoshop and when exported as a PNG it is nice and sharp as it should be. This issue has been widely reported in the discussion forum for over a year. Is there a timeline to fix this critical issue as it essentially makes Adobe Express unusable for anyone who wants a professional finish to their images. I have attached the PNG outputs from Photoshop and Adobe Express of the same file for comparison. Notice how grainy and distored the text in the Express image compared with the Photoshop. Yes, I have seen the work around by exporting to pdf and converting to PNG or JPEG using the adobe quick actions but they always seems to result in a final image that is either much smaller (which is unusable) or much larger (which needs downsizing) than the original. Adobe Express, that's an irony the one thing it isn't is 'express'.  It's not quick for start and because of that you are unable to communicate your message.  There are tons of posts on this and yet nothing has been done.  Less with the new featues, more about making it work better.  This is a cloud based app, so is Lightroom and Photoshop and i can do edits on my phone no problem.It takes seconds for the font size to change by that point you've put in several options and then trying to resize and move when the lag is so bad makes a simple task so difficult.  I could of made a simple square with text in PS on my phone about ten times faster.There must be a simplier way.  Don't reply with large file size issues, there are none just text and a colour background generated with in Express.   Not internet speed isues.  Tabs are closed. Computer is fast and for editing photos and videos.  The issue is 'Express'.

This  onine documentation says I should have 5GB of Cloud Storage. I thought I permanently deleted files, but do not see a link to check for deleted files.

Attempted to Edit the text in this PDF and received an error message that it cant convert the text of a scanned document. The bug is that the error disappears before I can read it or even get a screen grab. The error should persist until I close it out. I attached the actual PDF that Im trying to edit so that you can recreate the problem

We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.UUID: b6a1ebdf-4d46-4fe7-aeaa-0c9f38af489aworking on simple image and keep getting above message when editing ANY layer. 

Every time I try to open one of my files, I get a message saying I need to hit "refresh" to update or "back home" to return to the home page. "Refresh" does nothing but bring the error message back. This is obviously a problem.

When I go to download my video it says the video will download in the background when ready, but never downloads.

J'essaye de télécharger une vidéo depuis 1 semaine sans succès! Je ne vois pas l'intérêt de nous laisser créer des vidéos pendant des heures et avoir un abonnement premium si finalement nous ne pouvons pas télécharger les vidéos!

I can't have multiple layers of audio and it bugs me because that means I can't have both sound effects AND music in the background of my video.

Cela fait 2 ours que j'essaie de télécharger ma video et j'ai toujours le même message " un fichier est en cours d'enregistrement, veuillez attendre avant d'exporter". Mais là, ça fait 2 jours et visiblement, le fichier continue de ne pas être téléchargé.

I have never had this issue before. I click on publishh, republish, or create link and it all generates the same link that leads to nowhere but a 404. I cannot publish anything. Please help.
