Buenos días imposible poder utilizar adobe express, me dice todo el rato que se corta la conexión y eso que estoy conectada por fibra y que las demas páginas web no dan problemas. Una pena. Dejare el servicio

Hi, Not sure if it's a bug or not but I can't seem to get my 30 day free trail to show up - it did once, but seems to have vanished. I went though to live help and they told me I didn't have a 30 day trial, I thought I did - but anyway I activated a new one using legman1965@hotmail.com using my facebook to login - it showed up for about 2 mins and has vanished... do I have a free trail or not? I made a mistake ealier signing in with my google account to create a free trial, but live help say that's not active either - trial should be active under legman1965@hotmail account, the other google account attempted by mistake is bingogodz65@gmail.com - I just don't want to have two active trials so I can keep track of payments when trail ends. I have tried 5-6 times to make a template from a video for a brand library and I keep getting error messages

Ive tried to use stock images and my own images when trying to upload to my website and they won't upload. Once I've clicked on the image that I want to use nothing happens. I tried to upload computers onto a website on my dads computer and there was no problem. Could you let me know if there is a setting that is preventing me from uploading any images to my website please?

I have several web pages made with Spark, and managed to find one in Recents, but I can't find any more, and the one I just adapted and updated is not in my file either. I absolutely do not want AI anything at present and just want the work I have already made.

In adobe webpage jitter clicking right mouse button causes the page to crash but the amount of right clicks is not consistant. The app is in browser adobe express. My os is windows 10 and im on Brave browser.

When asking for duplicates, some parts of the original are not copied in good quality (as logos, etc.) so it has to be redone manually.

It seems impossible to use this template. Cannot change text or use formatting. Can't even drag the image into the box. Utterly unusable...

When I attempt to download my completed project I am met with a notification that states "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon." However, no matter how long I wait, the files never becomes available to download. Furthermore, when I have attempted to close Adobe Express and reopen my project, the project will not open at all. I am able to begin new projects, however, I still am unable to download them. I have tried many common fixes such as clearing my history, cookies and cache as well as using incognito or private modes on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox, however, the issues have persisted. Does anyone know of any fixes for these issues?

Why can I not actually publish anything? I've tried with both instagram and facebook, stories, and posts, but every time publish is disabled?

Folks, this has been an unmitigated disaster, I am teaching on Tuesday and spent all day preparing the material. I then duplicated the page and deleted half the content from the duplicate only for it to disappear from the original page too. Is there anything you can do? I do not have time to recreate everything!!!! I am so frustrated and annoyed right now, the new Express is massively inferior to the old one.

Everytime I try to download I get following error: cpf-temp-repo-ew1-prod.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
