When I click play, it says the video is still loading, but it does that all the time and I still can't play th evideo even after an hour. How can I fix this bug?

My videos don't open and some have gone from my library!!!!!!!

Mon soucis est que je ne peux pas utiliser Adobe express...Comme sur la photo , ça mouline et le squeleton tourne sans rien retourner.Probleme c'est que j'ai pris adobe notament pour express. Mais si je veux arreter l'abonement je dois payer... ça fait deux semaine que je fis des retour de bug mais rien, aucune info de la part de Adobe..J'aimeraisjuste que l'on me fasse un retour ou que l'on arrete mon abvonement. Mais aucun contact... que dois-je faire ?

My brands are not syncing across my mobile app, ipad app and the Adobe Express web version. Why are they not syncing? The Express app on my phone will not show me multiple brands it only shows one brand. I no longer need the brand and want to use another brand or be able to have multiple brands.

Hi, The search is not appearing for anything but 'add-ons' when I'm working in Adobe Express. This obviously makes the platform unusable if I cannot create new content or even edit my old content. I am using chrome on my desktop to access the web version of Adobe Express. This first started on 10/18, is anyone else seeing this issue? I've refreshed the page several times and logged in and out several times as well and I always get the same result.

While working a new project my uploaded videos will not play. I can make all the edit but when I try to watch the video it just loads and never plays.

When using Adobe Express in the Chrome browser, colors are displayed incorrectly. The output color of a created PDF matches the proper color, but while on screen in Adobe Express the asribed HEX color is displayed incorrectly - in this example 00bdf6 is displayed as 4bbbf2 within the app, but correctly outputs to 00bdf6 in PDF form

This problem continues. Everything is cropped and can't be resized. Attaching a video. Again: this used to be the MOST useful feature of Express. And it worked pretty well when this stupid new version was first unleashed upon your unsuspecting users.

Wenn ich links den Reiter "Elemente" öffne, sind nicht wie gewohnt alle Elemente zu finden. Es bleibt einfach nur weiß. Internetverbindung ist laut Google "Sehr schnell" und Pc ist auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik.

Ich habe in meinem Dokument immer die wichtigsten Schlagwörter FETT markiert. Beim Export als PDF-Datei sind dann nicht mehr nur noch einzelne Schlagwörter, sondern ganze Abschnitte FETT markiert. Auch wenn ich die Schriftart ändere, tritt das Problem immer noch auf. Ist das ein Bug?

Ele não deixa postar imagem, somente vídeos, sim, eu tentei vários formatos diferentes de imagem e todos deu este mesmo erro, coloquei um vídeo e deu certo, hoje seja tem algum erro no sistema de vocês.
