Dear support team, Good improvements I have seen in adobe express, and great Arabic fonts added, but it is hard to control the arabic text because the RTL button is missing, please add it. Regards.
Instagram has rolled out a feature where it is now possible to post +10 photos at once in one Instagram post. So far Adobe Express is not in sync with this update. Thank you for implementing it.

This was working until recently. Channels are still visible and connected when I go to "Manage connections" within the project calendar, but are not visible when trying to share or schedule a post within the project or project calendar. All I'm able to see are the channels connected to my personal calendar.
While generating Ai images, the side "media panel" immediately switches to the "image panel" after clicking on generate. Therefore, click "generate more" does not appear, since the panel switches and can't switch back to the previous image panel.
I have been trying to download my project in PDF file format but have been unable to due to the below error message: Download failed. A network connection error occurred while downloading your file. Please check you internet connection and try again. I am on Windows and am using the desktop web version, have tried using different browsers (Edge and Chrome), have cleared my cache/cookies in both, have tried incognito mode on both and nothing has worked. I have internet connection with no issues accessing a network. I am on a work computer and have addressed this issue with our IT department (to no avail), have had others try and download the project in PDF format and they also are not able to. It seems to be a problem on Adobe's side. I am able to download in PNG and JPG format, just not PDF. Could definitely use some help on this.
Hello, This is my first time posting here, I can usually sort these things out on my own but this one is stumping me. I have a video project in Express and am running into a consistent issue with relinking images placed in a scene. A fellow employee also working on this project is also having this issue, so it isn't relegated just to me. Here is what happens:I place an image in my video scene - specifically a PNG logoRelinking the logo causes it to disappearImage is present in the layers, so Express seems to know it is there, but it is not visible on the canvas and is not selectableRelinking the logo via Libraries, Brands, or from my machine all present this same issueIssue is localized to this one scene, other scenes work as intended I am on a MacBook Pro 2019, running OS Ventura 13.7.1. I have attached a screenshot for reference but have blurred the logo for privacy.
I opened my Adobe Express yesterday (11-19-24), and all my files and projects are gone. Has this happened to anyone, and how can it be fixed?

Hello, I am new to Adobe Express and have spent days trying to learn the webbased app - creating and saving dozens of text to image projects. I have revisited the app multiple times and could see my files available. Today, the app asked me to "sign in" during the middle of one of my edits, had me verify my account email (I use a government account). When I signed in again, all of my adobe express files were gone. I was taken through the login as if I was signing up for a new account. I have visited the assets page (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents) as recommended on other threads - and still no files. Can anyone assist? Thank you.

Hi, After creating a post for Instagram and Facebook I have resized the image to "tik tok video" however when trying to post it onto platform, it doesn't download. When it did, it won't publish.Please help
Since Autumn 2024 I've been unable to access my past files or create new ones. It sticks at the loading screens below if I try to create anything new (e.g. upload a new image, create a square IG file) or open anything I created in the past. If I leave the tab or app open for a length of time it never loads. Over the past few weeks I've tried making a new Adobe account, using a different OS macbook pro, using the desktop app, upgrading via the free trail and clearing memory storage but the same error occurs. I was using this programme on a daily basis for light image editing but have had to switch to canva, but keen to switch back if anyone knows how to fix it?

Soy usuario Premium y estoy muy disgustado, he perdido mucho tiempo para NO tener resultado. No merece la pena usar Adobe Express pues no es el único gran fallo que tiene, CONTINUAMENTE comete fallos estrepitosos que no me apetece describir para perder mas tiempo del que ya me ha hecho perder. MUY DISGUSTADO con Adobe.
It's so frustrating spending a long time creating on AE only to not be able to download because there's an error with licencing an element. I've had this a few times and it's really hard to find when you have hundreds of elements on multiple pages.Why does Abobe let me add something if it's not licenced?[The elements in question are also NOT highlighted as the error message suggests]
When trying to open this file it keeps going on the loading screen and won't actually load.
Hi there, I didnt see any thing thst strict;y labelled my issues so i am creating s new post to do this. firstly i am finding the Adobe Express app scheduler to be very uncooperative, as i was considering using this instead of META's in built tools, i figured i would make the switch but found there are a number of limitations and bugs. firstly iphone 13 pro max on 18.2 IPad Pro 12inch 4th gen on 18.2 My issues: App resists posting images as stories despite this being standard on the META scheduler App will error out and not upload any images from my phone or iPad unless I go through the editor first which is time consuming when no edits are required, I post 30 posts a month and I wish to quickly upload images, with AI generated captions for my organisation, why do I need to create a new graphic each time? No META boosting support within the app or hashtag memory, manually typing out hashtags is tiresome! Please hel
First, I had students just sign in with Google, and then I made a classroom and tried to have them join. Nothing would work. It kept logging them out.
NONE of my webpages will publish. I keep getting an error message: Publish API response: 500 internal server area. I've tried troubleshooting with chat but keep getting disconnected with no resolution. This is negatively impacting my ability to run my business. Please help.
Hello, I expanded a picture for Adobe Stock using AI, but when I check the stock, it only shows the AI-edited version and not the original one. I tried to redo the process using the edit platform, but it doesn’t work after the image is generated. Additionally, when I attempt to expand the picture with AI, the app crashes almost every time, and I have to close and reopen it. I’m using a MacBook Pro. Could you please help me with the picture issue first? 😄 All the best,
im not able to access the layers tab on random projects for MONTHS now. very upsetting. you guys are slacking off over there. i cant change the order of layering when making changes now on random projects.i pay money every month to not get access to features that are availble to me. other feedback:eraser tool is terrible. deletes way too much than it implies its going to, and theres nothing changing the brush size can do. and the gouping tab is still very buggy.arent you guys like a multi million dollar company? and you guys update this thing once in a blue moon?and theres other complaints im sure i have that i cant rember at the moment cause i pretty much stopped using this. starting to feel like im not sure why im paying you every month.

Still not working. Been a Good 2 weeks going onto a month with this problem. I'm considering cancellling Adobe software. Too expensive and the cheaper alternatives are doing well to compete with graphic designs and editing. Ill give this issue a week before making a move.Hoping someone can help me out with this, but I'm not stressed to be leaving paying $90 for software I need to relearn when they update to newer buggy versions.
