When I searched "paint well" in design assets, the search and asset area gliched out, going back and forth with kind of transparent images. It only happened with that search - "paint wells" worked but came up with different results. I can select the visible art but can't scroll to see more.

I am having problems transferring images from firefly to Express, the image is just moving over as a white screen

whenever i create a character with audio, i cannot download the created character, it always display a dialog box that says Access to this document has timed out, please upload the media again

I have been using the Adobe Express app for years and all of a sudden im unable to load any documents or templates. When I try opening a document, the screen with the loading image freezes. I am unable to load any new, existing files or Adobe templates. I have tried refreshing the app, deleting the app and re-downloading it, deleting the storage and data in the 'general' settings and turning my phone on and off again as well as signing out of my Adobe account and signing back in to try to fix the issue. I have checked and my software is all up to date for the app as well as iPhone.  I'm still facing the same problem of the files freezing when I try to load them and it has been going on for over 2 weeks now. Any assistance is greatly appreciated as I love this app and I'm really behind in my workload not being about to use it.

The only time I can download a video project from Express, is when I use ONLY the video footage media provided by Adobe Express. I have cleared my browser cache 10 times. I have cleared my cookies 10 times. I have restarted my computer 10 times. Browsers:Google Chrome Version 129.0.6668.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)Mozilla Firefox 131.0.3 (64-bit PC Computer: Lenovo ThinkPad P5364-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Windows 11 Pro This issue started happening this week. Please advise. When converting Illustrator files to Express, the elements either lost their structure. Which means: no layers, no groups, no clipping masks. Text objects got separated into lines, but sometimes not. It is unclear what makes them get separated.   When I first made a symbol out of elements I wanted grouped, they weren't imported at all.   When I left the expanding of appearances to Express (and didn't do it ahead of importing, then colors were off for objects that had a classic 3D effect applied.   Hidden layers get imported as well, so that I need to delete everything that I do not want imported. Or move it outside the artboard.

Hello, I used QR codes from Adobe Express to generate mailto links for physical nameplates. If someone was to visit an office and the person was out, it was a quick and easy way to send an email without much effort. Now the Adobe Express QR code generator requires an https link which makes mailto links invalid and now I can no longer use it. Can this be included or should I move to a different QR code generator? Hopefully I just need to update my process to accomplish the same thing.

Hello I have my Adobe Express scheduler linked to a Premium Twitter/X account, however when attempting to schedule a post longer than 280 characters via Express I receive a character limit warning and can't schedule the post, even though I should be able to post something longer than 280 characters.  Is this a bug or just something which hasn't been built into Express yet?  

The website for the new adobe will not load properly and will not let me upload files to rearrange pages

Received storage full message for months. I only have 114 stock photo assets saved yet I'm unable to delete those. Error message says unable to delete, try again later.

I've created a design file in Adobe Express. When I download it as a PDF, which I need to do because I need to have 4 on a page, it rotates the middle image sideways. I've tried the following and it did not work: Started with 4 on a page and changed it to 2 in case it was too big of a file. Tried replacing the imageTried to take into Illustrator to manipulate, but it got too pixelated and poor quality.Tried downloading as PDF Print and PDF Standard and received the same results. Images below show the design in Google Chrome as designed in Express and the other image is the PDF download in Acrobat.  Please advise.

Can Adobe Express stop auto-checking the AI expand feature when I resize? It's getting very annoying to have to redo the dimensions every time. I have not even wanted to use this feature once.

I think that's a bug. I have been posting one post after another using Sharing button, type Instagram/story and post right now. Eventually the post is not going in order that was published.

Hi, Since the update every animation goes back to a white background? I have no Idea why, but i definitelt can not use it like that. 'grow' should just zoom in but not end in the white background color. Please fix this.

Issue while generating preview after audio upload during creation of animated characters. Enhance speech feature also not working.

Product is good but there are too much error in loading and network connections. It should free for students.I took a trial but now from 6 days i tried several time to deactivate my trial. but i failed. Even I am unable to  watch my subscription. Stll some product are  not good.

We use notifications as a way to get team members to review designs.  It seems like these emails have stopped.   Is this happening elsewhere?

Something happened in the last month or so where if I export a pdf version and print it is super blurry. This HASN'T been a problem before this month.Using on the web on a Windows computer in Chrome.

I frequently use Adobe Express for my work. After the recent update, I was required to sign up, which I did. However, I'm unable to access any templates let alone edit them . I reinstalled the app and cleared the cache on my iPhone 11, but it still doesn't work. The app has become very slow and lags significantly. It keeps redirecting me to the beginning, displaying a message that says, "Your file recovered successfully." I am extremely frustrated.
