Greetings, Everyone,I created an Express page, and posted a file name in the box (but didn't notice that I hadn't deleted the original title e.g. "Untitled date and time".  So, after sending the link out, and spotting the error, I went back in, deleted the standard Adobe text, RESAVED the page (as I made other changes, too), but I still get ...https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/y6q5lguec07rT   Any ideas, please?Thanks,David

4 images in a slideshow. I schedule post. I select Facebook, Insta, Linkedin, X and TikTok. Facebook shows error, Linkedin shows error, X shows error and tiktok shows error. There should not be an error on most of these as it is only 4 pictures. When I un-check TikTok, the errors on the other socials disappear and I can post it.

Can't download image from Adobe Express on iPhone.  PDF works but not png or jpg.   Tried updating the app, no luck. Any ideas?

I have subscription of Adobe express AI design app but still there is not showing any option related to generative AI on the app which I have downloaded, even I have the same version that my friends are using too and the generative AI feature is appearing on their 's phone but not on mine... Hi, for a few days, the links of my online presentations work for a few hours and then go into 404 error, it's really annoying and very unfavorable for my business.  Does anyone have the same problem? I contacted the adobe express team, they didn't solve my problem... Thank you!

En Adobe Express, es muy molesto que, al abrir y cerrar las pestañas (las herramientas que están a la izquierda: Plantillas, Multimedia, Texto, Elementos, etc...), las hojas se muevan también. Las hojas donde uno está trabajando deberían estar SIEMPRE estáticas, sin moverse, sin importar que se estén abriendo y cerrando cosas. Si se soluciona esto y dejan fijas las hojas de trabajo, se mejorará un montón el flujo de trabajo y la comodidad. Espero se solucione pronto, saludos y muchas gracias.

Preview and full screen is not available on my adobe express presentations. It's just a white screen when I press the button

Each time I click away from an image or element within a design I'm working on, the left menu closes and the design shifts to the left. Then, when I click on an element in my design again, the menu opens and shifts my entire design over to the right, but not far enough to stop the left menu from blocking the element I'm working on. With long carousel-style designs especially, I end up having my design constantly shift back and forth throughout the design process. It gets really aggravating and imedes my work -- especially when this collapsing and expanding menu keeps blocking things. For the sake (and sanity) of the user, consider just leaving that menu open all the time.

This software is NOT for beginners , before downloading i suggest you take a week off from work JUST to learn how to navigate through the software. its NOT dummy proof and making a simple ad is NOT an easy 1,2,3 even searching for the topics on how to solve your problem is difficult. if you are NOT a cumputer genuis id suggest you go somewhere else.

Hi, I created a presentation, however, I cannot download a pdf.My operating system is Linux Mint. When I try to download pdf using Chrome, I receive information that an error occured and I should try again. In Firefox, the download process stops at 90%.My presentation has 46 pages without animations or videos. I used just photos from Media library, AI generated pictures and some uploaded png and jpg files.

Is there something else I can do to get the download to work? (backup plans are (a) to pay for some other pdf tool that will combine the smaller downloaded pdfs into one file for loading to Flowpaper, or (b) upgrading to a better creativity tool (hopefully one that can import Adobe Express files).For reference, here's some additional bg and workflow info:I have a 84 page flyer (8.5" x 11") project in Express. Ideally, I want to take 34 pages and send to FlowPaper app to create an online booklet. I never was able to get that to work properly. So my work around was to download pages 1-17 to a pdf file, then also download pages 18-34 to a pdf file. Using the Express Quick Actions "Combine Files" function, I can then combine and download into a single PDF. The separate pdf files are ~ 17MB each; the combined is 57MB. I then load this 57MB pdf into Flowpaper and that has worked great.However, the editing on the document is not complete. Since creating the 57MB file, I've updated and added i

Crashes mid work

I create a new flyer A5 size, using a template that I've used many times before. It says its the correct size in the app, but when I download the image, it's significantly larger, which means I'm having issues with printing.  I can't resize in photoshop as it messes with the resolution. Is there anything I can do?

Hello! One of the cool features that was available to Adobe Express is the dynamic layouts for text. Currently, this feature is not working properly with Arabic, as I have noticed that RTL (Right-to-Left) support is incomplete.Could you please help us by restoring these features? Best regards,Mahmoud

When I try to use any features, such as convert to gif, after the video is uploaded, it says waiting in queue and spins endlessly. Previous thread answers talking about some beta version are not applicable. I've checked my browser version and have tried firefox, edge, and chrome. Why does Adobe express suddenly have no functionality?

Hey Adobe team, i am trying to caption my video but it shows video analysis failed, can you please help me regarding this, thanks in advance.

A significant number of images are showing up as greyed out boxes when I try to insert them into a working file. In the attached screenshot, I tried to select the first image recommended under the "Wellness" media section and it shows up as a greyed out box. I have access to all these images, and the image next to it (pink and yellow ping pong image) shows up as normal. Can you help me figure out how to fix this? It's severely limiting my ability to create content for my job.

I cannot replace an image with another from my library. Image I replace it with is disappeared. Box is there but no image appears. Any suggestions?

my changes aren't showing actively in the erase tool anymore, I can't see them until i confirm and exit the tool which makes me not being able to make accurate changes. The same with all the other tools that would usually have a blue line whenever i used to brush over things. I can't see it anymore

a colleague shared a project with me, but I could not view it read only, the only option was to request edit access.  when clicking the button to request edit access, nothing happened.

Hello,It seems I can't download files from Adobe Express anymore. Does anybody have the same problem? Is there someone in Adobe family who can fix this problem? It says that they are working on my files to be downloaded, but it never gets ready to be downloaded, I've attatched a screenshot. Thank you to anyone for helping  

I need to publish a video I created to web so that I can get the express link to be able to put it back into a glideshow, because after all this time, Adobe still wont upload videos straight into the system. The publish to web option is gone, so I do not have this option and I don't want to publish confidential work to Youtube or Vimeo. Is there a workaround? Is anyone working on this or should we give up on Adobe Express?

Cannot publish to Instagram, but Twitter & FB are fine. Very flakey and have to refresh browser every now and again to restore some functions. Created one design some weeks back and successfully posted to Twitter, FB & InstaGram... but then it suddenly flagged up an alert that the Twitter channel stipulated the height of my design was above its limitation. So I changed the size to suit all and it worked. But now out of the Blue it's not publishing to InstaGram. It seems to send fine, but then I get an email alert advising it couldn't publish to my InstaGram account - offering a quick fix and giving me a link back to Express. I take that route and it offers me a button link to 'Refresh InstaGram Token'. I do that and get taken to a Facebook/InstaGram window and after verifying my log-in it advises it has successfully connected to InstaGram... and it shows that channel is connected. BUT when I try again and again, refreshing and restarting the browser it still doesn't send and se

The app doesn't start. Once you log in, it remains on loading on the screen I attached (same problem with app "Adobe express beta") I have a huawei p40 lite phone. I cleared cache, unistalled and reinstalled, i tryed with wifi and mobile netwrok. Help me, thanks
