Having a problem downloading the image button does not work in generative images.

I'm facing multiple problem now a days, lack of connectivity, poor operating, sometime didn't fulfill command, generative tool didn't work properly, expand tool didn't work most of the time, hanging alot , kindly solve such type of issues

Ich möchte mein erweitertes Foto speichern, das aber funktioniert nicht. Auch Download klappt nicht. Ich finde keinen Ordner auf meinem PC, wohinein es evtl. doch runtergeladen wurde.

Promot option is nit coming in background removing part

Wenn ich beispielsweise im genrativen Füllmodus war und auf "zurück" klicke, lande ich auf der Startseite von Firefly. Die zuletzt erstellten Grafiken und Promts sind dann verloren. 

Wenn ich erneut auf Generieren Clicke ohne den Prompt zu Ändern, weil beispielsweise ein Eichhörnchen ständig zwei Schwänze bekommt oder trotz mehrmaliger Hinweise im Prompt auf einen farblosen weißen Hintergrund eine Schattierung gemacht wird, werden mir immer wieder die exact gleichen Bilder angezeigt wie zuvor, aber dennoch Credits abgezogen. Wie kann das sein? das ist sehr ärgerlich.

There is a bug I m facing right now . When I try to brush ( add ) something the brush is minimise and if I do brush size it is behaving same I can't increase the size of the brush 

While i click on share button, share button is not working. Please fix this problem. 

Whenever I want to download a stock image or something I have created in Firefly I am not able to download it on my macbook pro.  when I press the download button the download symbol only appears for a split second and the file does not download.  I am able to download from other sources such as Wetransfer etc no problem.  This only happens with Adobe.

the platform doesn't allow to upload style refernce or composition refernce image to firefly, neither does allow to use generated image as 'use as style reference'

Whenever I switch from Firefly to Generative Fill I see a huge decrease in quality and effectiveness of response. This obviously increases the number of credits used in order to obtain usable results but this decrease in quality also impairs workflow.Most of the times instead of using Generative Fill I end up doing some old fashion Photoshop compositing.I would like to know if there´s a workaround so we can make generative fill more accurate, realistic and useful overall.Thanks a lot

I keep going back to Firefly to get a project done and this is the screen I get, and it freezes, it looked & worked normally for a day, now back to this. Is anyone looking into this?  It's been going on for weeks, I thought it was on my end but it's not.

Can't download pics in firely generative ai 

I have been using Firefly for only a day and I am no longer able to add a reference photo from my library. It shows up blank everytime and it just started happening all of a sudden. I cleared my cache and logged out and still no luck.

Any prompt that includes "girl plays guitar, guy listens lovingly" or similar will result in 99% images of a man either playing guitar for a woman, or a guy teaching guitar to a girl. This isn't the beach scene in the Barbie Movie where everyone sings "Push". Let's make "plays guitar" a less gender-specific ML trigger phrase please.

Firefly keeps cropping my structure reference image "And I don't know why."  Any ideas? Thank you.Cropped  

Firefly will not generate images.

Selecting effects in the mobile version of Firefly is problematic.Some categories are more touch sensitive than others, and close the panel without selection being made.possibly more space for touch scrolling is required?

After removing background im not finding an option to write the prompt.Is it a new update or issue with the software?

After entering a prompt, the images are generated but within the settings on the left everything is missing...- No Photo/Art selection- No Composition Gallery- No Styles Gallery- No Effects  This issue is effecting both Chrome & Safari. All my other collegues computers are working as normal. I have restarted my computer, cleared my cache and nothing has worked.  I am running a Mac Studio M2 Ultra, macOS Sonoma V 14.5

It is the strangest bug I have ever seen.I have written several prompts to draw the Statue of Liberty with some changes, including an empty prompt to draw the Statue of Liberty; Firefly hasn't.I used Firefly to draw it in March 2024, and it worked well. What have you done in the code that prevents it from drawing the Statue now?I tried opposite words: force and socialism. The prompt with 'Statue of socialism' provides the Statue of Liberty.Why is the Statue banned in Firefly under its original name but stored as the Statue of Socialism?
