On multiple boards, I am not able to pin comments anymore. It used to work and now it doesnt. I am on the latest version of chrome and using MacOS Tahoe 26.0.1. See video of screen record. 

I want to see the full video mp4 file I drop into the board, but it only gives a preview. 

I have a text to avatar that I'm trying to create and the Generate process keeps failing. I've tried twice now. And if that wasn't enough, in the process Adobe has forced me to use up all my A.I. credits and now I have ZERO. So I can't even do anything else until I hear back from Adobe.I created another text to avatar about a month ago and it went fine. Not sure why I can't do it now.PLEASE ADVISE.

I just purchased 2000 credits and I can't work. Have the credits already been deposited into my account?

Firefly, Cropping images, cropped one image clicked a second image, selected crop, dragging corner, WHAM! changes crop from first image. Hopefully this explains it animated enough. Goodluck!

I created a QR code in Firefly a few weeks ago, which worked then but doesn't work now. Now this is a problem because a lot of material has been printed with the code.

they took a 400 credits for one image generation request and dublicate the request 10 times

I asked for a video of an easter bunny shooting a jumpshot. The original video had the bunny facing away from the basket and I have asked twice for the bunny to be turned around facing the basket but the video keeps getting made the same way just with different lighting. 

Video looks fine on platform but when downloaded it plays back corrupted and has lines on lower half of video Would like 130 credits back

This has happened three times now, my partner was kicked out of a board when he already had access at one time and nobody kicked him out. See screen capture attached. 

“Something went wrong - please try again later error”. Would like to be refunded all the credits that were taken due to this error. 

So I am trying to generate a video using a frame with Veo 3.1 fast. But it’s giving me error again and again. What is wrong? I have plenty of the credits left. 

I keep getting this error message while editing. please help…. I’m under deadline!

Whenever I upload one of my vertical images, its comes in rotated and cropped, showing only a small portion of the image.   Using Safari Version 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.13)on OS Version 12.3.1 (21E258)Importing an image that is 3024 × 4032

Hey guess what it’s me again!  Back on this platform because once again, Adobe Firefly is not functioning. Am I surprised?? NOPE!! I am begging you to please ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT FUNCTION CONSISTENTLY ENOUGH TO MAKE PEOPLE PAY FOR IT.  AND TO PLEASE PUT AN ACCURATE STATUS BAR ABOUT WHETHER THE SERVERS ARE WORKING OR NOT - SO I DON’T JUST SIT HERE AND GENERATE AND GENERATE SUB PAR RESULTS FOR HOURS

When upscaling an image using Topaz Bloom, I get an error message about 90% of the time that “something went wrong, please try again later.” Also Adobe Boards seems prone to crashing as well.
