The page keeps freezing. I can't create anything.

My Firefly native models work, but GPT Image, Flux, Ideogram, and Upscale fail with "We have encountered an issue." I've updated apps, reinstalled Creative Cloud, signed out/in, and tested multiple networks. Please check my AI entitlement.

i have done through AI several calendars and are paying a HUGE premium in credits through Adobe, YET the calendars are almost ALWAYS INACCURATE!!!!

I cannot use long prompts when generating an image or video. 1800 characters is way too low

I’m wanting to use the video editor and the optoin to create a new timeline is giving me errors here is the URL https://firefly.adobe.com/video/editor/new I’m getting to this by clicking on timeline editor in the left panel and selcting create New Project. I then get this chap that is about how I feel. haha   

Hi,The reference-adding section is not working and is not clickable in Adobe Firefly video creation. So I can’t create a video with my paid credits, and it’s been almost a week since this issue has been occurring. Is anybody looking into this ridiculous issue, and when are you going to patch it?Can anybody from Adobe answer me and my kind of users?Thanks. 

edit video option giving wrong output

I'm trying to create a talking-head video from a reference image. I first used Adobe Firefly's Image-to-Video tool with Google Veo 3.1 Fast, but every attempt failed with the "Unable to load again" error before generation started. I tested multiple prompts (simple and detailed), different images, browsers, refreshed sessions, re-uploaded files, and shortened the prompts, but the issue persisted. I also tried the same workflow using Kling 3.0 with similar inputs to verify whether the issue was prompt-related. The reference image is a standard professional portrait with no restricted content. This appears to be an issue with the Image-to-Video generation workflow rather than the prompt or image itself. Please investigate the model loading or generation pipeline.

I understand that the program isn’t perfect. I just don’t want to pay for it’s mistakes. I haven’t subscribed yet but I am at the point where I need to subscribe because my free points are almost used up. I want to know  what will my options be in the future when I don’t get what I asked for from the program.

Firefly was supposed to generate audio in Spanish (Latin), but generated in English. Additionally, the audio that was generated is not usable as common words are mispronounced. This cost 75 generative credits, which I would like returned please. Thank you.

I cannot click anything, even in the header - buttons don't work. On the 30th of August I started my trial, was able to generate one short video, after that I was not able to click “Edit” and the issues with interface appearted. This is the second day of my “free trial” and the issue is still not resolved. Gosh, even when I reopened the browser and just clicked “submit a bug” it gave me errors. The pop-ups momentarily appear (with the desctiption of the new tools) but they dissaper before I can close them and MAYBE this is the reason. I did try to fix pop-up from my side but now I am out of the options on how to troubleshoot it.VPN is off, browser extensions deleted, cookies/cache cleaned. Incognito doesn’t work. 

I can’t access the Firefly video timeline editor. When attempting to open the video editor, I am seeing a 'Page not found' error. I've heard others are having this same issue. This occurs when I try to open a new project, and also previous projects I’ve been working on.  After opening new video editor project, this appears. 

In Safari, I cannot type in the prompt window at any point. It simply won't let me click inside that window.

asekd to upscale a video, using Topaz, then error message said  SOMETHING WENT WRONG.I keep attempting to do simple upscale of 2d animated loop and it wont do it.

i am Using a paid version of Firefly with 6000 credit, i am constantly getting the notification that "Our servers are melting" while generating ?? What is the purpose of Paid version if the error coming constantly!!!

That pop up keeps blocking the text I am writing. can you let user dock it? it is able to always block what should be visible.it is a bug. same for the pop up in photoshop. you can’t find it when you need it and it keeps block your view when you don’t need it.

Video generation is not working

I am currently using Adobe Firefly under a free trial. Whenever I try to generate a video, the process fails and shows the error message “Something went wrong.” This issue occurs every time, regardless of the prompt used.Steps to reproduce: Open Adobe Firefly Go to the video generation feature Enter any prompt and start generation Wait for processing Expected result:The video should be generated successfully.Actual result:The generation fails with a “Something went wrong” error, and no output is produced.This issue persists across multiple attempts and prevents me from using the feature during my trial period. Please clarify whether this is a bug, server limitation, or a restriction of the free trial, and provide a fix or guidance.

I ordered about 15 videos (spending a lot of credits) and all of them had speech errors. I had already made another one some time ago of the same genre and although it took me a while to correct it, I managed to, but this time it didn't work in any of them. This is a waste of company money. 

The video is not created, I don’t see anything on generation history as well. My 120 credits are used. Refund back my credits. 

i have total 4000 credits but still i cant generate my images why? 

I am trying to upscale images and it fails due to an error pin all occasions.
