It’s been a couple weeks since I am not able to generate any images with any Ai model in there. It’s very slow to load and after a while it says that there was an error

I am experiencing an issue where the “Generate” button is disabled and cannot be clicked while using Adobe Firefly.This issue is blocking my workflow, as I am unable to generate content despite following the standard steps. I've already subscribed to ur website but rhe moment I generate video with kling 3.0it always says can't load. Fix this to my account ASAP. Multiple times I've tried but won't generate content. 

None of my boards are loading. The background is just black and when I click “place on canvas” from the generation window, the image disappears. When I click “fit to screen” nothing happens either. This is on all my boards. Has been happening for about a week atleast

I’ve tried Firefly for 2 days now, the first day it worked beautifully. The second day it didn’t work at all. I enter a prompt and nothing happens. Then I got error message saying try again later. This morning, I decided to try it again, same thing happened - it doesn’t do anything when i enter a prompt and click Generate. I have a yearly subscription, too.

generator isnt working, says try later has been over 4 hours

While generating the image via AI, it gives a "A problem occurred, please try again" error and the image is not generated.

I submitted an image to animate into video with a brief prompt. Then I hit “Generate’ and 9 hours later it still says, “Generating video...Keep this browser tab open and your video will load momentarily. Closing the tab clears your browser session and all video progress will be lost.”

My prompt says: “After pressing the green button, he (the male model) will start pedalling forward”. he pressed randomly on the console, like it doesn’t know colours, and started pedalling backward.

Pretty simple really. I upload a video to firefly and type a prompt for edits to make using the edit tab under video generation. But it just says “something went wrong.” I’ve tried firefox and chrome browsers, different videos and prompts on different days. A few times it actually deducted credits but the result had zero changes from the original video. I have not been able to get this feature to work even one single time. 

Here is the prompt in Firefly - Extend the existing studio backdrop seamlessly in all directions (top, bottom, left, and right). Preserve the original backdrop colors exactly as they appear: one half vibrant green and one half vibrant pink. Maintain a perfectly straight, clean vertical dividing line between the two colors with no color bleeding, blending, gradients, or transitions. The backdrop should appear as a continuous professional seamless paper background with a smooth, uniform surface, no wrinkles, folds, creases, texture variations, shadows, seams, or imperfections. Match the original lighting, color saturation, and tone precisely. The extended areas should be indistinguishable from the original backdrop and maintain a flawless studio-quality appearance.

It’s been several days that I can’t make any progress with my project, I thought it was temporary but apparently it is not. I’ve had no such issue before Friday May 29, 2026. It is May 31, 2026, and still unresolved. Looking to get in touch with an associate at Adobe. But if anyone has any clue of what’s goign on in the meantime, please let me know. Both my computer and browser are up-to-date on my end. Occasionally it generates something, but then, it just has me wait for a really long time, until it gives me an error message.

When generating a video using Firefly AI assistant, it generates the video and then it wont load. It shows an error sign. Even when you ask the assistant to share a link to the video, it would do so, but the video wont load. Even if you download the video it would be 0 bytes. The workaround to this is to close the window and reopen it. If it doesnt work once or twice, third time is the charm. But this is a constant recurring bug that needs to be fixed. This bug is only for generated videos as images and voiceovers work just fine each time.

while I was generating a video, first frame option is showing but last frame option is not clicking to take image, also while i just generate it from first frame, it takes another by self and generate something different

I fed your machine prompts that normally work when using the models you claim to have in house yet get no result or minor results when put to use. some of them at a very large credit requirement.

Firelfly is the worst.  Why do I even bother to give it prompts when it does WTH it wants -  aI think every platform I have tried and that includes CapCut and other hokey jokes , are ALL BETTER THAN FIREFLY at following prompts.  Firefly is also the all time frontrunner for including unwanted surprises. I have my own creative ideas and don’t need these out of character, out of context, DOES NOT FIT THE PLAN silly ideas Firefly insists on interjecting.  its and insulting experience to use Firefly 

 I wait video generation with Sora 2 - reload my chrome tab and video gone - I can't find it anywhere and I have -250 credits - but video I don't get

Hello,I noticed that the Firefly Upscaler feature on my account is deducting 10 generative credits per upscale instead of 5.The interface clearly shows “Uses 5 credits” before running the upscale, but after processing a single image, 10 credits are deducted from my balance.I tested this multiple times with the same result.My Adobe account details:Could you please check whether this is a billing issue or explain why the actual deduction is different from the displayed cost?Thank you.

When I try to generate an edit, it shows for a few seconds then glitches and the generation disappears. This happens when I’m using the Firefly Editor. It’s burning through my credits with nothing to show for it.
