I just pressed the Generate button once in "generate video from image" but it went and generated the SAME video clip 6 times instead and charged me 6 x the credits in 1 go. This is not fair! I want a refund of credits.

For the past three days, I’ve been trying to generate a video with Veo 3.1 Fast, but I keep getting the error message: “Unfortunately, it didn’t work.” Is the program no longer supported?   

While using the RAY3 module, the credit was deducted several times, and then she tried for a long time to generate the requested video, but in the end no video was created, only an error message was displayed, and the system did not credit the credits despite the missing video.

I purchased the premium version, but the website throws so many errors that I can't generate a video from the prompt because it keeps having some kind of problem. The credits are downloaded, but the video isn't generated, so I lose money every time. I don't have any credits or video.

Generating video with Firefly, I only get the "something went wrong" error. I've tried multiple times on three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safar), cleared my cache, updated to the latest version. Nothing works. I've tried about 20 times and only get the error.

Pido cambio para alargar el video, me lo acorta. Pido que ponga solo logo sin textos porque no sabe plasmar el texto y me cambio los colores corporativos del logo. Una autentica perdida de tiempo.

I’m facing an issue while using the Adobe Firefly Image 5 model for image generation. The same prompt works correctly with other models (like google banana etc.), but when Image 5 is selected, the generation fails and no image is produced. I have tried multiple prompts, different browsers, and different sessions, but the issue is consistently reproducible only with the Image 5 model. I keep getting the same image I used as a reference. Literally zero change to the image, just a complete copy sent back to me while my creidts get used. Maybe the prompt is too detailed and long for Gemini to comprehend but it's pretty annoying. Please fix

Hi! Why my credits were withdrawn though the model i used was unavailable?I pressed ''Generate" several times, each time getting message "The model you're using is currently unavailable. Please try again later." and my credits reuced from 3600 to 2800 

Firefly for speech generation won't load.

Trying to open and use text to avatar functionlity results in the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support for help."Used Firefox, Chrome, Edge on Windows 11. Cleared the cache, restarted, asked other users from my organization. They all have the same issue. I tried also on mobile phone (iPhone 15, edge). Same error. So it would be professional to address and inform users and sys admins on this issue.

It deducted my credits even though I did not get any image I requested, because of the melting of the servers. I request refund of credits

Problem mit Firefly Image 4 & Firefly Video, Betriebssystem macOS Sequoia 15.7. Es ist nicht möglich ein eigenes nicht von Firefly generiertes Referenzbild hoch zuladen.Hallo, ich habe in letzter Zeit Einschränkungen bei der Nutzung von Firefly. Das Problem tritt beim Hochladen von Referenzbildern wie folgt auf. Zuerst erstelle ich mithilfe eines ausführlichen Prompts ein Foto, wenn ein passendes Bild dabei ist, verwende ich es als Kompositions- oder Stilvorlage - dies funktioniert. Wenn eines genau dieser von mir generierten Bilder nicht ganz passend ist, bearbeite / retuschiere ich es in Photoshop 2026 und möchte dieses erstelle Bild dann als Kompositions- oder Stilvorlage verwenden. Diese Bilder lassen sich nicht hochladen, was bisher immer problemlos ging. So ist mir ein genaues und schnelles Arbeiten NICHT möglich.Gestern, am 21. I've created a few videos where I upload the start and end frame, and it works just fine, however, today when I try to do it, it doesn't seem to be referencing the frames at all. Though I've uploaded a start and end frame, it's creating something completely different that doesn't look even remotely like them. I've tried a few different times, tried closing out of firefly and restarting, and tried different prompts and frames all to no avail. It was working this morning, but now it simply won't.

Generating Video is not working

H estadod esde ayer 12 de enero tratando de generar videos una y otra vez pero solo he podido generar 5. Casi todasla veces me informa con la imagen de un perro que ha habido error y que pruebe más tarde. Sin embargo, la app ahora me dice que ya me he gastado casi todos mis crédito ¡Y sólo he conseguido 5 videos de 300 créditos cada uno!!!!!
