Cuando pagas la suscripcion no te deja usar nada de la app 

Hallo! Soeben habe ich das Probeabo für Firefly abgeschlossen kann es aber nicht nutzen, statt aus dem "Prompt" Textfeld einen Film zu generieren, erscheint erst kurz ein Textfeld mit der Aussage "Meine Credits reichen nicht aus. Ich brauche mehr Credits. Und dann öffnet sich das Reklamefenster und die 3x Preismodelle werden angezeigt. Was soll das?

Hello,Like several other users, I’m posting regarding the Firefly “unlimited generations until January 15” promotion. I also received an in-app message stating that I could enjoy unlimited Firefly generations until Jan 15, however this promo ended for me on Dec 14th (screenshot attached).I read a post confirming that the other user has had this offer reactivated after bringing up the issue with Adobe so I'm posting here so that my access can be restored like was done with them. Much like this other user who had their access restored, I am an EU consumer and am protected by the same EU Consumer Protection Laws that motivated restoring their access to the generation features that were promised/advertised.  I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution consistent with how this matter has been addressed for other users. Thank you for your help. 

Veo 3.1 Is not generating video, 400 credits. Credit Balance 750

Hello, I signed up for a monthly subscription today. I switched to a paid plan. But after about 10-15 photos, the limit ran out. What does this mean?

I was attempting to virtually stage a space and after 5 or 7 attempts i got one that i liked. I then needed the ai to fix a material chang eit had made to a wall behind the bookshelf and asked it to fix it on4 different occassions only for it to not do what i told it to. I pay good money for this service and find it amazing but unresponsive to quite simple instructions. I'd like 500 credits refunded to my account as i now have to hire an editor to fix my request. 

Adobe firefly is ignoring the prompt of "omitting any buildings".

 I experienced an issue with Adobe Firefly Video where credits were deducted, but the video did not generate at all.Firefly charged 400 credits for a text-to-video request, but instead of a video, it only displayed the error message:“Ei voi ladata – Generoitua videota ei voi näyttää.”(“Cannot load – The generated video cannot be displayed.”)No video file was produced, even though the credits were removed from my balance. This seems to match the known Firefly Video rendering bug where the backend fails but still consumes credits.Details of the issue:– Task: Firefly Video generation– Result: Missing video / “Cannot load” error– Credits lost: 400– Browser: (add your browser)– Time of the event: (add approximate time)I kindly request that the lost credits be restored to my account.Thank you. Week ago i was creading in firefly and it did not charge me credits. Now I am charge ,. I am using the same settings. Do you know why I am charged credits?

1. Runway Aleph is not accessible in the generate/video windoweven though it does show up on the firefly main page (but no option for video upload)and also mentioned in the "Partner models in Adobe products" page(https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/web/get-started/learn-the-basics/non-adobe-models-in-adobe-products.html)2. Runway 4.5 doesnt have even a first-frame upload possibility

I am having an issue with downloading the board as png and jpg, it shows the download button on the board but I cannot download it even after clicking it multiple times, Can you help? 

I am using the Adobe Firefly web app on a MacBook Pro Sequoi version.   When I first created a video in Firefly it was the answer to my needs!  Since there  is a limitation of 8 seconds for each clip,  I was able to generate numerous clips of the same AI model and setting with the different dialogue and then merge the clips into a long video using the same AI model and setting.  I have waisted about $40 trying to continue creating. For the male model I was using, when I tried to recreate, I got 4 different models. I then decided to go with a female and try again. once again every female model was different.  

Firefly viddeo model rejects literally every image as not meeting guidalines. I'm 100% positive that all my images are meeting guidalines. Adobe's video model is literally unusable. Are they actually spaming users claiming that the model is free for use until 15th Dec while they reject all the images and don't allow anyone to generate anything?

I am trying to use Adobe Firefly's "text to sound effects" feature, however whenever I open the webpage I am greeted by a popup which explains the usage of generative credits.   The button "Get Started" does not do anything when clicked. This has rendered the "text to sound effects" webapp currently unusable.    I am running Safari Version 26.0.1 (20622.1.22.118.4) on a Macbook running macOS 15.6.1 (24G90).   I have also tried to utilise the application on Google Chrome version 142.0.7444.176 (Official Build) (arm64), but that is yielding the same results. I have also tried running both of these browsers with the incognito version, but once again, this does not solve the issue.   Any help would be much appreciated.

i tried to genearte video but didnt got any images or generated videos they just took my credit

The Gemini 3 with Nano Banana Pro doesn't understand my prompt when I use several reference photos. I tried adding numbers to the reference photos, but it also doesn't get the numbering that I wrote in my prompt.

Hello.This month my card was charged three times for Adobe Firefly Standard. I did NOT authorize these purchases. Why am I being charged three times for one month?I urgently request a full refund for all unauthorized charges. Adobe charged my card without my permission.I only purchase the additional 2000 generative credits once per month, so these charges are a mistake.I attached the receipts.Please refund the money and disable any auto-purchase or auto-renewal options. Thank you.

I deleted all my pictures from "My Stuff" and Generation History on Firefly. But still my photos are visible from Generative Edit prompts history (bottom panel on screenshot). (Generation history is empty and everything deleted permanently)(But it still exist in the bottom history panel)
