  Quiero comprar más créditos para crear imágenes con IA, y no me deja. Cuando hago click en "Comprar créditos", siempre me aparece el mensaje de la imagen. Estoy obligado a esperar 1 mes a que se me restauren los créditos mensuales, no puedo comprar más si quiero.

When image has been generated I click on the Download option in the top right corner.  Download button shows up but nothing happens after that.

i am trying to download my images and it keeps on displaying the “downloading” message and nothing happens 

Last week it worked beautifully, this week totally fails. 

I started a video generation and I can’t find it anywhere, it consumed the credits, but i can’t find it, i went in Your Stuff > Generation History and it’s not there.

“Your plan is eligible for unlimited generations on select models until May 20” Unlimited? I haven’t ever been offered a model to use for this offer.

I login in Chrome or Firefox. I have 1000 credits. I post in this prompt:  South Florida stucco home at pre-dawn, soft purple-lavender sky, warm golden light just beginning at the horizon, lush tropical landscaping, hopeful and calm mood, cinematic photography, dark upper sky area clear for text, no people, no text, no signsNo matter how I try, I get Something went wrong. Please try again later. I wait, come back, logout, log in same issue. I was able to get one image out 23 minutes ago, but I need 11 more. Not sure how long to wait, what the bug is. Tried different prompts - same thing.

I need my prompts to be followed if this service will benefit me in any fashion.  Please stop allowing to distort shapes of images when expressly told not to.

also when i ask for a window pull it puts items that are not there

MENSAGEM DE ERRO IMAGEM UTILIZADAO que vem acontecendo é que eu já criei diversas animações com essa imagem e hoje o FIREFLY não funciona. Diz que está com problema de ‘’diretrizes’’ mas também não diz o que. Esse projeto faz parte de um trabalho remunerado e agora está parado por problemas da própria ferramenta. Já criei quase 100 cenas com essa personagem anteriormente. Uma coisa que me chama atenção é que quando vai para um motor mais caro ele funciona de primeira, isso é inaceitável e corro risco de perder o emprego por causa de uma falha da Adobe. 

I love firefly and Adobe but this is getting bad, I keep getting charged for credits without getting an output, as you all know credits are PRECIOUS. I do not think its fair for paying users to be charged credits when there is no output and this happens semi often. I am using a macbook pro, this happens in safari and brave, even if i wait an hour before refreshing the page nothing happens and I still get charged. Please at least give us our credits back when we get no results. I am a loyal user and this is starting to really effect my faith in firefly. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like while waiting for an upscale that never happens and if i reload all is lost with no result besides missing credits. 

Don’t offer unlimited if you can’t handle it. I don’t care that your servers are overloaded, and I HATE that stupid dog. I paid I expect to get what I paid for. 

Olá. Estamos sistematicamente a ter problemas na geração e edição de video. Este problema não deveria acontecer recorrentemente, porque temos outros geradores de AI como referência e que nos têm permitido manter um ótimo feedback. obg

I am trying to have an image generation for a book jacket, and it’s adding copy that is misspelled egregiously. And getting worse each time i try to edit/update.

I was trying to create a good devotional picture of God and Goddess of Natraj Dance. But Adobe made some kind of unwanted and non tolerable pictures which actually hurts my sentiment. The Indian Goddess have always covered body with saree. But it made unwanted picture without understanding my prompt. Even when I was trying to make any kind of devotional pictures it could not understand and disfigured the faces of Gods and Godesses which is very sensitive issue and exposed the upper part of body without covering the upper part of the body of a female Goddess which really hurt my sentiment while I had given command for the Goddess wearing Saree and jewellaries. I would reccomend to delete the God related photo  from your AI storage cloud. The adobe must be sensitive while generating the pictures of the God and Goddessess with the cultural ethos and if the platform can not produce absolute image considering the cultural sensitivity then it shall not allow any users to generate pictur

HERE’S MY RESULTS FOR 400 CREDITS.

Even simple type can not be properly inserted into the video. To be charged for errors so obvious makes the service very difficut to consider using.

As I have generated the videos from Adobe firefly model but unable to download the video as it's saying something went wrong please fix it as soon as possible 

 It gave an error 4-5 times and the credits were not restored in any way. I request a solution and the restoration of the credits.

I keep getting the pic of the monkey that says “Can’t load. We can’t display the generated video. You can edit and try again.” every single time I go to use a reference picture. I just need a simple video for the intro to a movie I’m doing.

When tagging a collaborator in a Firefly Board in a comment with the ‘@’ symbol, they aren’t receiving any kind of email notification letting them know.

Few hours ago I activated the Adobe trail but now after doing an video edit .  loading when I tried to download. It is saying Download failed report an issue

Love your stuff but firefly is a mess - attachments show the mistake that your AI would not fix This bug reporting is buggy too
