Firefly crashes no matter what I do — whether I’m creating a board or inserting an image.The error code it shows is UUID: a3d93be9-3f8d-4bc1-bc03-fdff46e2a663.Browser: Chrome, updated to the latest version 141.0.7390.123 (Official Build) (arm64).

Dear team i want video ai generated but everytime its shwoing 5 second or 8 sec video not able to create more than this.and Here I also lost lot of creadit plz help.

Generative Fill is not showing uploaded images. I've tried multiple files and still nothing...it acts like its there but I don't see anything

Estimado Adobe la calidad de las imagenes que ahora se generan con adobe firefly a bajado la calidad de una manera brutal, cada vez mas pequeños y una calidad desastroza, solia mejorar una calidad muy buena pero esta vez esta terrible, que pena que esto este pasando era un buen recurso creativo de 2000px a 500px es lamentable como se ha perdido la calidad de una manera tan abrupta.

I have clearly instracted the AI to generate the video without changing the person, but always create a new character and apply the prompt on it, not the actual person in the image

Bei dem nachfolgend zitierten Prompt, sowie Variationen davon, wirft mir Firefly Image 5 (Vorschau) zuverlässig vor, es sei ein "Künstlername entdeckt" worden, mit dem Hinweis: "Die Einbeziehung von Künstlernamen in deinem Prompt entspricht nicht unseren Benutzungsrichtlinien. Ändere deinen Prompt, indem du zum Beispiel einen Kunststil hinzufügst."Ich habe nicht die geringste Ahnung, was Firefly zu diesem Streik anstiftet -- die Meldung ist offensichtlich entweder gänzlich unberechtigt, oder aber zumindest völlig irreführend.Vorlage (Beispiel):Siehe Anhang "Raster2.png"Prompt (Beispiel):"Erstelle eine Fotoserie, basierend auf dem Referenzlayout, aber mit einer anderen dargestellten Person.  Hello Adobe Support Team, I purchased 750 credits, but I was only able to create two videos before my credits ran out. Each video was only 7 seconds long, yet all my credits were used up. keep trying to use this feature it completly messes up our logo, but eventhough I tell it was not acceptable it still uses the credits as if it was worth someting. That really seems messed up as there is no value to what is being created. 

Won't generate a video, simply doesn't work

Desde el jueves 23 de octubre el relleno generativo en Photoshop dejó de funcionar. Cada vez que intento usarlo, aparece un mensaje de error y no se completa la acción.Además, al intentar generar imágenes directamente desde Firefly, ocurre lo mismo: no se generan las imágenes solicitadas.Agradecería mucho su ayuda para resolver este problema lo antes posible.Saludos

I was before but now im not able to create images, who disable it, when did they disable it? Why did they disable it? How do I enable it? im speaking of the generate image with Ai

Firefly refuses to generate video, with the first frame being the famous "Ophelia" painting. No matter which model is selected, it either returns an error or message about not adhering to content guidelines. Gemini will generate this video, with identical prompt and first frame. Firefly won't - even if Veo 3.1 is selected. Veo 3.1 will generate the video without a problem in Google's AI Studio.  Is Firefly really this buggy?

Hi!   This worked this morning but around 9:30am is started to say it couldn't generate and to try again in a few moments. Ever since then, it keeps failing and showing that message.     title edited by mod KR

The aspect ration I selected at the startuo was 2:3 but the properties/general settings show the aspect ration to be widescreen(16:9)

I just purchased the Adobe firefly, made some pictures and all of a sudden it says i don't have any credits.. how can it be?? I didn't used 700 credits! Please assist ASAP.Thank you,  Sivan 

Hello, I encountered a bug while using Ray3 HDR.I didn’t even finish the video creation process, but my credits were still deducted.Now I’m left with no credits and no video.

Immer wieder werden bei Firefly prompts abgelehnt. Auch hier stört sich das Tool an:"A we group of managers standing around a small stone well that is foverflowing with hundreds of toddlers in diapers". Eine Visualisierung eines gängigen Sprichwortes also (Kind in den Brunnen gefallen). Das ist nicht nur sehr nervig, sondern lächerlich und eines jeden kreativen Tools unwürdig. Es kann ich tun um das zu vermeiden?

Pague ayer la cuenta premium y no he podido generar un solo video a partir de una imagen, pues me marca error y dice únicamente: hubo un error inténtelo mas tarde. Si hoy sigue igual pediré mi reembolso. 

Hi i am trying to recreate a picture with a different dog, but when i put in the same prompt it gives me a completly different picture. How do i create same picture?
