This happened despite following the platform instructions and keeping the browser tab open.As a premium subscriber, this is very disappointing. I paid for credits but did not receive any output. Every time I try to generate a video, I receive the error shown below. Firefly enhances the prompt, but the generation still fails. This problem started after I subscribed. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will need to cancel my subscription, as the app is no longer working for me.

Unabhängig davor, welche Einstellungen für die Hochskalierung auswähle, wird kurz nach der Ausführung "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten." angezeigt. Es erfolgt keine Hochskalierung.

Estou usando uma imagem de referência e o video não é gerado.Na primeira vez deu certo usando a imagem de referência no quadro, mas já tentei mais de dez vezes com prompt curto e direto e nada de dar certo.Qual seria o problema?

Hi there,  I find myself arguing with Veo 3.1 about the traditional devotional tilak markings on the foreheads of Hare Krishna devotees.  Sometimes it will let me put simple two line gold tilak, but often it will insist on putting red markings, even if I specifically tell it not to, repeatedly hahaha.  It seems minor, but it's an important detail for Hare Krishnas and for Hindus more broadly, because these markings denote different religious beliefs, etc.

I have started giving other platforms my money and continue to buy more credits from them because of your over the top censorship.  Whether it is a realistic view in orbit around Earth or a realistic Cistercian monk in a monastery in the 12th century... like really??  COUNTLESS flags for sensitive content when I simply want a fella to write in a book.  If you are going to censor, you absolutely need to be better with details.  It is beyond frustrating to use.  Now, for THE BUG:  At least I hope it is.  If I generate an image and then format that image to be the ratio I want for the best possible starting frame, you won't accept the image.  It is as if there is a copyright issue.  I will no longer buy extra credits from you guys until this is fixed.  If it doesn't get fixed I will quit using your platform altogether and simply use ComfyUI. Already downloaded the platform and ALL AI models like Wan 2.6, I.   I have not taught myself

I keep getting the "something Went Wrong" error and it eats up all my credits each time it does this which made me loose quite a bit. Why does it do this, I tried a different browser, I cleared all the caches and went out and went back in and just keep getting this error. What a waste of money!!!

The recent Firefly iOS update has limited the available video models to just three (Veo 2, Veo 3.1, and Luma Ray 3). I’ve lost access to the 'Fast' and more economical models that are still available on the web. As a mobile user, I rely on those models for rapid prototyping and testing ideas on the go. Please consider bringing the full model lineup back to iOS.

I am unable to access nano banana on Adobe Firefly using my corporate account. Would you be able to look into this please?   

images not populating continuously 

I need a way to eliminate partner models from Firefly AIgeneration so that I do not accidentally use a partner model to generate nor edit. I am not seeing a way to lock partner models out--or to delete that option
