Nel generere immagini con i modelli Ai che hanno l'opzione "Argomento" come GPT Image e Nano Banana non si riesce a caricare l'immagine di riferimento nella sezione Argomento

i made 4 or 5 videos, not a single one was correct.  But all of your mistakes used up my credits.   I should not have to pay for this.  Total garbage

Just purchased the monthly subscription, but after generating 2 videos it's displaying out of Credits, as you give 750 credits per month. Useless & Worthless app in the name of Adobe.

Despues de probar de diversas formas, no pude lograr que firefly me genere un loop de video. Exceptuando la estetica "general" no capta el resto de las indicaciones. Llevo muchas iteraciones y estoy pensando que es imposible que haga un loop, ya ni las indicaciones esteticas le estoy dando 🤷‍♀️.

I made an image in the Adobe online Firefly apps and I am trying to use the feature (Send to app) "To Generate Video in Firefly" and nothing happens the image never loads and the screen is stuck on loading items.

Veo 3.1 will not create a 'caucasian' version of individuals in a video. Only forces dark skinned females. This is not diversity, it is forced DEI. This has happened many times in all versions of Firefly when requesting Scandanavian or other typically caucasian inidividuals to be represented. 

Dear Sir/Madam,I am new to FireFly and was looking forward to creating creations I have written down and want to turn into artwork. I have just paid for a subscription a couple of hours ago. I received confirmation from both Adobe and PayPal it has gone through. I have refreshed the screen, I have even logged out and in again but when I go to make some creations I am receiving a message I have insufficient generations. The outcome of this bug would be to rectify the insufficient generations error and show that I have in deed purchased this. I am using Windows 11 Google Chrome. If this could be rectified that would be great so I can start creating. Thanking youRegardsSheralon

Ich habe bisher noch kein einziges Video mit Firefly generieren können, weil alle Versuche bisher mit der Meldung: "Wir können diesen Prompt nicht verarbeiten, da dasReferenzbild nicht unseren Benutzungs-Richtlinien entspricht." abgewiesen werden. Ich werde das Abo daher nicht verlängern. Die generierung mit den anderen KI's funktionieren. Franz-Josef Werkle

i was trying to create a uncomfortable, scary photo with adobe firefly image ai, giving different promps until i get what i wanted. then it created my ghost as nude scary woman. maybe it's just a normal generation but i wanted to post it cause i think this is maybe just a filter bypassi give my promt and uploading the image (firefly image 4)An extremely disturbing jinn-like creature emerging from a dark corner of an abandoned room. Everytime i submit a prompt I get a something went wrong response. It is taking my credits away even though the program fails. I am trying to generate a video. The same thing happens no matter which operating system I use. windows 11 or mac.  Please resolve and return my credits. 

When i log in to firefly with my user account the ability to select different generation models goes away and i can only select from Adobe's models. When I am not logged in, I see them all.

Dear,i find to have alot of dificulties on working on my urbex photography with firefly. it says guidlines but i dont think its an issue. i dont violate any laws, since these photos are taken on abandoned places and streets. i would like to iuse my photography coz that is my art, so i would like you to pls consider this issue and fix this so i could work as i should. i am poaying this so i would like to be able to use it to my benefits,. 

i already have more than 900 credits available for this moth and it shows insufficient credit, also some of the image created doesn't even match prompts

You biy the fcing credits and still cannot generate a video with music. Only 8 seconds, Billshit. Make it work or give the mo ney back.

I uploaded an image to create a video and the footage came out looking distorted. When the comedian is talking his eyes get really large. 

Firefly will not open generates image in the generation history when I want to edit them again next day. That is very annoying if you want to continue working on a project. This seems unusual to me. How is this possible?

Hi, I've been testing the product with a batch of approximately 80 photos and encountered an issue. It appears that several of the photos are being processed incorrectly, as they are "half cut" or appearing cropped. I attached original and after background removed.  Could you please look into this? The money was withdrawn at the end of October for the monthly use of Adobe InDesign and Firefly, but there is nothing in my account: no subscriptions, no invoices, even though I pay monthly, and no 500 units of AI usage. How should I understand this: was my subscription stolen?
