I created a board and added photos to it, renamed it and saved. When I go back to relaunch, I receive the following error message:We’ve encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.UUID: 2be08543-f777-4f9b-8108-f2c1b57ae238

I spent a whole day and used all the credits for the perfect manta ray scene. About 1/3 of my thumbnails won't load and it tells me when I select one that is there, that I still can't load it. So? I can't use the work I've already done? It's not like I've waited months either so I can't imagine the timeline being overly extensive. iPad Pro, newest ios

Effects won't work in firefly. Trying to click on them and nothing happens.

I wanted an video with a statue of lady justice holding scales but the video I got had a statue with a dancing right leg.  Four tries and all had a dancing statue.  STATUES DON" DANCE FYI.

does not work withb downloading images and isnt working at all

In these days I can't generate any image on Firefly and I've enough credits

I've been using my Firefly credits (Nano Banana in particular) and my remaining credits no longer appear to update despite fairly regular use of Nano Banana, Generative Expand, etc. Do credits only update at regular time periods, or are they supposed to update in real time? I've seen the latter happen in the past, but lately my remaining credits appear stuck at 3890.

I download them. They say '(generated title). download, and photoshop will not open them. Am I missing a step?

Image 3 interprets the prompt as it should but Image 4 is giving me random results not relevent....

Just tried to use the new Firefly Boards feature but it doesn't seem to be working at all. Clicking on "Create new board" or "Remix file" under the featured projects loads a page which shows an error saying "Error cloning document". If I then try to drag an image into the browser I get another error saying "Edit access to Firefly Boards (Beta) is required to place files on the canvas". I'm on MacOs 15.6 and tried this in Arc, Safari, Edge and Chrome with the same results. Any help would be very appriciated.

Make it lightly shaded and mostly shades of gray.It just produced a generic picture of a tornado in the distance.  One tornado, it produced sideways.  So, I followed up with this prompt:A photorealistic view of the inside of a tornado. As if I were standing inside the tornado looking at the wall of cloud sweeping across my view. I want it to be clean with no objects in it.It literally posted the same tornados as the first time with little variation.  Imagine I'm standing inside a tornado - during the quiet part.  Instead of looking up at the sky into the top of the funnel, I'm looking across to the opposite wall of wind/clouds swirling around me.  I just want to see the swirling inside

I have plenty of credits. It is not working. The generate button is not lighting up to press enter.

Me he suscrito he pagado 9.99 y no me ha dejado en ningún momento generar ninguna foto. Ya me di de baja la subscripcion pero me siento engañada por perder 9.99 y no dejarme hacer nada 

It says unable to connect to Internet. Can't access historical generations or input keyframes.

IDK but it's on the phone now and it's been undesirable different than anything I have tried how about delete the Github  as well

Any time I try generative edit, I get an error. It is not working. I tried it on Firefly and within Photoshp desktop. I have rebooted. I'm on Window 11 using Edge

I cannot generate images that I am able to work with. This will not appear in the image generation window. They will appear in the Files section, but I cannot click on them to pull them up in the image generation window to do anything with them. I am being charged credits for creating things I cannot even use!

I am having problems generating any type of image image for YouTube shorts. A lengthy description does not help.

Hello, I recently generated an 8-second video using your AI tool, but it unexpectedly consumed 800 credits. I believe this is a mistake, since such a short video should not cost that much. I kindly request a review of this issue and a refund of the credits that were incorrectly deducted.
