Bug Reports

When I scroll through my generated images firefly crashes everytime as im having to scroll through thousands of images, I need a bulk download function for everything on firefly

I wanted an image converted to Illustrator vector. It took my credits but did not do the work I made 2 attempts and it took 20 creditsno vector

I made one video. 8 seconds. 720p. My account is with Airtel. All credits gone. How?

Hi, after generating a first video, I ask firefly to edit it, according to new prompt informations. It’s generating the exact same video, and my credit goes down. Which is very very frustrating. How come this happens? Can I get credits back due to this ongoing issue (it happened 4 or 5 times already) between generation and edit. Thanks

In sufficient credit error showing when am not even use single credit after getting subscription on Adobe Express premium.

No deja subir ninguna foto, dice que tengo que tener derechos, había una que era una ilustración mía y ni siquiera esa, no generaba imagenes en base a una que elegía de referencia tampoco

The AI generation, using the simplest of instructions has gone off on a tangent, ignoring uploaded images and basic instructions generating content.  Previously, the system functioned much better.  What has happened lately?  In the last week?

I generated my first video from text. It took credits, but stays stuck in genareting last 25% already for an hour. There is a screen shoot: How can I get back credits and will it end generating at some point?

I can’t generate videos from the adobe fire fly. it shows something went wrong again and again repeated and in some my credits were also gone. Please kindly do the needfull

Hey I have a problem. When I access my adobe firefly, the account is very slow. Can you fix it?

All the AI video created has no sound. Should I request a refund?

dobe Firefly keeps reporting error trying to create image to video on Veo 3.1 fast, I think there were some credits not refunded. This keeps happening for days now. What's the problem??

While generating an image I am getting an error: Sorry, our servers are melting right now.Too many people are generating - standby and we'll be back soon. But in the meantime my credits getting deducted. What kind of scam is this ?

ived  used over 1000 credits just to make one video Its a continuous issue. Why should i have to use all my credits for one month to make one 8 sec video ? i need to be credited back my credits

Unable to generate the videos for past two days. Same error message keeps popping up.

I didn`t generate any video despite i lost my 240 credits please give me back them as i don`t have much credits to do my work please look into this and credit my 240 credits back

Again. Catastrophic ignoring of user input, both prompt and images. I hope this is what is happening is punishable, because can there be so much coincidence here?? To me this is a problematic business model that should not be tolerated.

Muchas gracias

Most of the time it shows "Something went wrong...The model you're using is currently unavailable. Please try again later."Why?

I keep trying to generate videos but a try again message keeps appearing.

I hvae prompted multiple ways and the video keeps generating the same thing. I'm wasting credits tryign to get it do something different.

Firefly shows a video creation but there is no visual.. Add comments in the editor and or allow a thumbs UP/DOWN system to help address AI generated Blanks, especially if there is a credit deduction!

I am trying to get Firefly to pronounce HAZOP correctly. Using the pronunciation correction to "haz-op" seems fine when using the test button, but when I click fix and then Generate Again, it renders this haz-O-Psuggestions welcomeBernard

I cannot upload any referance or composition image to Firefly, without usage restriction message, even if i'm uploading a blank page? The organisation I am signed it via has restrictions so I cannot use 3rd party options, could this be the reason?
