Hello, I just lost my Firefly Board, where I had stored all my workflows for several months for use in my training courses. I don't understand! My latest images in ‘files’ have also disappeared. My subscription has also gone from 2,000 to 4,000 credits. Hi there I am trying to do a transparent background png illustration that I made.  I gave it one very simple instruuction and 2 times it wouldn't move and on the other 3 it just jumps the image in fashes.All unusable and I have lost 1250 credits and nothing to show.  Im afraid to keep trying as it keeps using the credits with no results.Any tips on either fixing the issue or reclaiming the lost credits.Thank you in advance.

O prompt está bem claro , mas a imagem gerada não respeita o que foi solicitado e a qualidadeda da imagem está muito baixa. 

Image to video failed many times without error message and used up all my credits. Actually it failed more than it generated  

I'm experiencing other languages other than the English Language when generating images

i had 50,000 credits and spent the day making 40 videos and they were all used up - that doesnʻt seem right. We need a way to track usage as we go... or this is a bug...

I asked it to render a lion protecting a sheep, and it clearly rendered a lion and its lion cub turned into a sheep because it still had a lion tail and lion legs. Pretty awful and this cost me credits? that's terrible.

Acabo de inscribirme ya pague y ahora resulta que no se puede usar esta herramienta, y necesito hacer 3 videos 1 de 3 segundos como la intro otro de 52 segundos y el ultimo de 5 segundos para luego unirlos todos para montar un video de 60 segundos para promocionar mis camisetas de navidad  necesito que me enseñen como hacerlo yo mismo por favor y como se agregan las imagenes los audios y como se le escribe a la caja de textos por favor. saludos wall

This is my biggest complaint. If there's some way to make little items more fully developed, that would be great.

While using boards extensively preparing for my Adobe MAX presentation, I seem to have come across a corruption that can occur when certain images are used in video creation. After a couple of uses, you can no longer target the image as a reference image, the eyedropper tool stops working and the board itself becomes unstable.   Has anyone encountered anything like this?  Can someone reach out to me and help?

Bonjour,Il est impossible pour moi de me servir des board dans Firefly. J'ai consulté plusieurs forum mais trés peu de solutions sur ce problème.J'ai réalisé toutes les mises a jours possibles sur mac mini M1 et i pad pro 2022,j'ai essayé sur les navigateurs safari, chrome, firefox,j'ai un abonnement pro sur adobe créative cloud, Rien n'y fait ! toujours le même message qui apparait à l'écran et ce depuis une 10zaine de jours....Même problématique pour consulter des boards dans la gallerie adobe, un message apparait me disant que le clonage des fichiers est impossible et me renvoie à la page d'accueil. Quelles sont les solutions svp ????

I submitted a prompt asking to create a monogram logo for my name and it returned a giant mess.  Create a monogram logo for {NAME HERE}. In a masculine, modern, professional style, colors should include RGB(134,206,188) or RGB(139,201,170) with accents being complamentary colors. Should be on a white background to be used as part of my letterhead. I got a bunch of garbled text that did not match my name, there was no monogram, it was a mess. It did not even use the colors that I clearly specified which are greens - it gave me royal blue.
