Sharing my experience on Firefly visual quality lately. Not necessarily a bug but feels like a problem. I've noticed a quality drop in Firefly video in the last few days.About 2 weeks ago (10 Jan 2025), I created the following videos with Firefly Video. In the last few days, my computer crashed, when restarted and loaded my browser, it could not reload my Firefly videos (really wish Firefly had a saved history feature!). Anyway, tried recreating the foxes with similar prompts. The results from today are as below: The same prompt as above in Firefly Text to Image gives me: I liked the first set that I got with Firefly Video as they had a visual richness. The recent ones are lack that special quality.My tests in Firefly Text to Image are giving consistent, rich versions from my prompt. I'd expect Firefly Video to be the same in visual quality. It seems something has changed in the way it is interpreting and visualing information that is giving a very different result, and in my view,

Your site has become unusable with whatever censorship is in place. I cannot remove a child from the background of a photo. I'm not sure what it is triggering on, but it doesn't make sense.

Buenos días, intento mejorar las imágenes que he creado pero se queda cargando y no las mejora, eso si, ha consumido al menos los 6 último creditos sin crear ni mejorar ninguna imagen   

Every time I generate an idea for a prompt I get the outcome in a language other than English . Please fix as soon as possible 

I'm not sure if this is eaxctly a bug or just a deficiency in what Firefly video can do at this moment, but here is what I've experienced. The version of Firefly Generate Video as of today (23 Jan 2025) allows you to add images to act as the first and last frame. I have been experimenting with having the same image for both the first and last frame. My intension is to create a short loop with a subject that animates with a consistent visual character. I have not had much success on this front.Attempt 1 Steps:1. Upload an image to first and last frame in Firefly video. Image is of a colourful animal created as a static image with Firefly Text to Image.2. Add the prompt "Colourful bright animal talking".Result (after multiple attempts with different images but always first and last frame having matching image)A 5 second video with nothing happening. I did get an attempt with a subtle animation of the ears, another of the fur.Expected resultThe animal in the image moving its mouth wi

 

I cannot download my favorites directly from favorites menu. I also cannot delete a favorite.

I don't have a structure menu -And i can't  Generated Effects for Text 

Bonjour,Régulièrement mes favoris n'apparaissent plus. Pas moyen de les récupérer. Juste  un message sur la page qui m'indique que je n'ai pas encore enregistré de favoris.  Pour info, j'utilise toujours le même navigateur Safari sur le même appareil MacBook M1 et je ne vide pas le cache ni ne fait d'autres manipulations relatives aux fichiers sauvegardés sur mon poste et sur mon navigateur.Merci de votre aide.CordialementGilles Retière

Bonjour, Je rencontre actuellement plusieurs problèmes avec l’utilisation de Firefly. Bien que je sois connecté avec mon compte professionnel, lorsque je lance un prompt, rien ne se produit, mais mes crédits sont tout de même déduits. De plus, je souhaiterais comprendre pourquoi la fonction “être autorisé à utiliser des images tierces” ne semble pas fonctionner correctement. Est-ce lié à un paramétrage spécifique ou à une restriction ? J’utilise cet outil dans le cadre de mon travail, et il est essentiel que ces problèmes soient résolus rapidement. Je souhaiterais également que mes crédits soient réinitialisés à 100 %. Pouvez-vous m’apporter une solution rapidement ? Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide. Cordialement,Thibaud

Whenever I create pictures with people, the faces look really smashed and awkward.

generative fill keeps on giving error saying that the image has been removed because it goes against some guideline, even though in reality, it doesn'tive tried multiple times, but it doesnt produce an image

Adobe Fireflyで窓のない部屋を生成しようとすると絶対に窓がある部屋が出力されます。「窓がない部屋」や「Room,no Window」「windowless room」「部屋,-窓」など試してみましたが窓という単語に反応しているのか逆に窓が強調された画像が生成されます。「壁しかない部屋」と入力するとかろうじて生成できますが、他のキーワードを入力するとすぐに窓が出てきます。どうすればいいでしょうか？  

I keep changing the prompt but the images barely change. I'd like something drastically different from what it's giving me but it refuses to budge.

I do not see the button to upload an image to the Adobe Firefly video beta.

Yesterday I had 1500 credits... Generated some images...Today... 500 credits....Create 1 prompt: 350 credits....

From some months now I cannot have minimal basic result in adobe generative fill. All the background look very similar with what you find attached. In the past I could produce very good results. Now all the background have "dots" all over the image.

It was a assumption for me that firefly would save my previous prompts, as it have done many times before. Now, ive lost a few dozen images i had to upscale and, with no notice, the platform doesn't show what ive done previously. whats going on? 

There has to be something wrong with Firefly. I am an author of a fantasy novel and need to illustrate two medieval armies charging at one another.  I also need to show a sword sticking out of the ground. But Firefly refuses to comply, it says this is against it's terms and conditions.  There's no way that's correct.   Furthermore, everytime I ask it to generate a picture of a medieval soldier, It puts wierd metal objects in their hands that look like smears, or metallic laser beams. It's broken. Please fix this ASAP.  How are fantasy / historical fiction book illustrators supposed to use this this? Medieval swords are not being generated. How about spears and halberds? How about bows and arrows?
