my firefly account dont produce images, i have 933 credits and dont have any idea what happened

When generating men I almost always get a beard even when prompt clean shaven no beard or unblemished. This was my prompt: mature blonde man clean shaven with a green macaw perched on his arm with a wrought iron fence behind them Mountains in the distance. Magical tone and feel, hyper realistic.

I don't know what happened to Firefly, because when I was working with Firefly on August it was perfectly generating the images as in the prompt. I am using the same prompt and same reference images, but I get really awkward non-relatable results. What happened to Firefly generating totaly unsuable things now?

What exactly are those "guidelines"?No woman is permitted unless only her eyes are uncovered? A woman is evil? A woman is dirty, a creature synonymous with shexx (you don't even allow the word sx!!!!!!) and prostitution? A woman’s skin is not allowed to be seen in public?Dear Adobe, you are becoming ridiculous. Only cultures stuck in the Middle Ages would agree with such guidelines.I'm a university student in cinematography studies and also a photographer in a civilized country in Europe, and I’m truly ashamed of the way your ethics describe the female body.Our civilization has fought wars and struggled for the right to be free in our own bodies.Choose a side.

I have tried to upload a phrase from illustrator in jpg to create an image using with a style reference and the entire phrase is not showing up. Most of it is cut off. I am on a google chrome browser and have tried all the aspect ratios. Does anyone else have this issue? How do you fix it? 

The image quality is very low, and I can't upscale it. That's why all my credits are gone. I have to keep generating images repeatedly.

Why is Firefly giving me identical options of the images I generate. I thought its supposed to give variety of 4 options to select from

Hi Adobe, I have issues today generating a prompt. It doesn't work.I'm unable to generate, since the button turns to grey. Hope you can fix this issues. Need to use this urgent. Thanks

I has generating imagens on the browser with firefly, after I download the image that I want, I open the image on Illustrator, when I went back to the browser the firefly website was blank, I refresh it and nothing happen, los all the option, that I want them to. Maybe a year ago I reported that the word "Zombie" was being blocked in Firefly.Funny, because in the first version of the app, the word was accepted, and then it was not accepted anymore.Today I decided to try again, see if the good folks at Adobe had come to their right mind senses and allowed the word in the prompts.Tried different variations because I thought the problem might be the word "invade", but not. I prompted "Zombies in pink suits" and it was also blocked.Its seems its still not allowed, and this baffles me beyond comprehension.Is it offending anyone? Did any undead complained or filed a report?Seriously... someone give me a straight answer because this doesn't make any sense.PS: Funny enough, the word "Undead" is not blocked and "Undead" seems like a heavier word when compared to "Zombie".

I am using firefly and due to an error, only credits were deducted and the image was not created.So I pressed restart and credits were deducted again. I have been experiencing this error repeatedly.Adobe, you should refund me a significant amount of credits because I was stressed and wasted time because of this error.

Why does this keep randomly happening? Firefly doesn't give you any indication of why. Was it something in my prompt? Was it an problem with the program? For example, I will enter a prompt and click generate. Then add some effects to tweak the image and click generate suddenly getting this error. I have tried updating my browser, signing in & out but it keeps happening.  

As of today (31/1/25), Firefly generate video gives a 'Something went wrong' message if you upload an image for the first frame (or first and last frame) that does not match the aspect ratio.Steps:1. Add an square image or 4:3 image to first frame area. 2. Choose Aspect ratio Portrait (9:16) or Landscape (16:9).2. Type in a short prompt.3. Click Generate.Result"Something went wrong. Please try again later" message (as below).This has been reproduced consisently with different images. If am image with a size that matches the selected Aspect ratio is uploaded, there will not be an error message. Previously, the frame image would be adjusted to fit the aspect ratio. This was often a cropped version to match the aspect ratio.Expected/preffered results would be that it keeps as much of the content from the orginal image (no cropping) and then using generative expand to fill the extra space to fit the aspect ratio.

How is it even remotely possible that images rendered ON Firefly can violate your terms when used as a reference image!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!!? What a ********** Joke!!!!  

Why can't I download images saved in my favorites folder?

I'd like to use the Custom Models feature, but the button that says "try it" only takes me to a instruction video. I'm not sure how to access the actual tool.

I am trying to generate artwork using "Text-to-Image" but there is some problem with Adobe Firefly as it is not generating the image. The page keeps loading and yet no results.

Even if I type to express it in Korean style, the pink color representing cherry trees and cherry blossoms representing Japan is always expressed in the background, so please let me know why. If you don't know the traditional Korean style, please reflect it in the AI algorithm. 

I've been getting the error "SOMETHING WENT WRONG, etc" when trying to generate images requiring drawing/illustration style prompts.I make some tweaks in the prompt but the problem persists, solely when trying illustrative type results (instead of photographic results)Anyone else getting this?

Je viens de générer une image avec Firefly et lorsque je souhaite l'utiliser comme image de référence j'ai un message d'erreur qui me dit qu'elle n'est pas conforme au critère de firefly.
