There used to be an option to add firefly files to my library. However, a month ago, this option disappeared for me. Attached is what I currently see. I am on Windows 11 Chrome browser.

after insert the text (prompt), the video cannot be generated

I've been logged into my Frirefly account for two days now and this is the screenshot that appears. It looks like there's some kind of CSS bug and the way the elements are displayed, with giant icons and no possibility of interaction. Is it just me or is something else happening? I'd appreciate a response.

Dear Adobe Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly. When I attempt to generate an image, the application freezes, and I can no longer click the “Generate” button. Is it a bug? What do you think? Prompt. "man and woman driving car with 3 dogs 2 cats and 3 chickens a trailer behind with a large monstera plant." Is this going to be upgraded any time soon? I get that it's early in the evolution of AI, but, Adobe; considering our monthly payments and for years now, you'd think the glaring issues would be top of mind when considering what kind of things to fix. I attempted using this last year and had similar "monster" type issues with faces that looked like cancer and genetic mutation issues. I thought I'd give it another shot. Not useful at all.  This would be valuable if it worked properly. 

Buenso días, las últimas 2 semanas estoy teniendo problemas con el Firefly para la creación de imagen con texto. Subo unas imagenes de referencia, escribo el prompt, y cuando le doy a "generar" la pantalla se queda en blanco con algún icono superior y poco más. Os adjunto foto de lo que me ha hecho esta mañana.

I was using Google Gemini to create prompts that i could use on firefly, but the images generated on google were way better. So i tried to get Gemini to write it specifically focusing on how firefly would interpret the prompt, and it got worse, so i started cutting out requirements and ended up with something ludicrously incorrect. the two images by themselves were what i was expecting based on what Google generated, and then the screenshot is what happened with firefly.

Firefly is stuck generating an image, I can't cancel and can't create a new one until it times out I guess. Still waiting.

I'm exporting at 108-p but the are all exporting as 540, and I'm wasitng all of my credits. 500 credits.

My prompt is: woman lying on a cloud, realistic watercolor illustration. I got this message five times in a row: Can't load. We can't display the generated image. You can edit and try again.

It gives the impression that they are sourced from a stock archive rather than being AI-generated based on the description.I've tried using various prompts, including detailed ones, but the issue persists consistently. I’d like to report a bug I’ve noticed in Adobe Firefly's recent outputs. Compared to earlier results, the current image generations consistently include very complicated and detailed backgrounds—even when simpler or cleaner backgrounds would be expected based on the prompt.This change in behavior makes the results harder to use, especially for design and compositing purposes, where a less distracting or more neutral background is preferred.Please look into this issue, as it significantly affects the usability and efficiency of the tool.Thank you for your hard work, and I look forward to future improvements!
