The message that "Unable to access firefly. Please contact your administrator for more information." was displayed.

Firefly is not taking into consideration the composition or reference image I'm uploading. It got stucked on its own generated image by prompt and is ignoring the changes.

I cannot access the images I saved earlier.

Hi there - received the invitation to the public beta... ...but when I go to the Firefly website the module card still wants me to sign up. Can someone from the Adobe team help?I am using the most updated Chrome per the email, too.

I was given access to Firefly's Generate Video, but so far I haven't been able to get it to work. I know it's new and probably being slammed with people getting access if I have, but so far anytime I try to run a prompt, I get either a error message, "Can't Access, Sorry Adobe Firefly isn't available in your region" or "Firefly is unavailable, Firefly is at maximum capacity due to high demand. Please try again later." It rotates back and forth between these two errors as I try to send the prompt.  I tried this with just a text prompt, and then also with an image + text prompt.  I am in the US, and double checked my region settings weren't wrong at account settings level, so that's not the issue.  I have also tried sending the prompt at different hours of the day over the past couple days, so I don't know if just the servers are being swamped at all times? But I would assume I would at least get one prompt through at some point.  I also notic

I have a problem with the site not understanding what I am asking it to do, even though most of my words are 90% clear. It is not doing its job well, and I don't want it to do 100% editing, I just want it to do as I wrote. Accordingly, it deducts from my credit.

I keep getting a message whenever I prompt that I use words thats not allowed.   my prompt is: "orange round pop up booth with magazines in a green park"   I've also removed words as "small" and "retro", and I can't understand whats going on.   I've used a iphone 13 pro max with chrome when running into this issue in firefly web

Hi! I am doing absolutely nothing run and editing my own photos that I took of snowboards and it keeps telling me I can't use generative fill telling me I am restricted. Like I said I haven't broken any of the rules and have nothing even remotely questionable in my photos. Why is this happening? 

Hi team, Seriosuly need help with Adobe firefly not working. Neither is Photoshop generative fill not working. Tried all the methods discussed in the community. It is still not working. Could you please check and help?

The last 10-15 attempts to use Firefly all result in error messages: "Ett fel uppstod. Den här bilden orsakade ett fel. Försök igen." (Error happened. This image caused an error. Try again). Not sure what else I can say.Firefox browser v.132.0.2 on OSX 14.1.1. Didn't save the previous prompts, but this was the last one:"Utopian, golden image of an athletic man and an athletic woman, looking up toward the future. Many pictures with people in them are misformed, which isn't charming to work with. Body parts are sometimes missing, or body parts are added. fireflyonline, safariexpected images I don't get

I don't know what technical problem this is but freezing and not continuing to Download image makes it very annoying so please fix it.

the options interface on the right side of the screen lacks all the options, there is no photo/art no effects, no settings.This happens under Windows 11 / Edge browser (Version 130.0.2849.68 (Official build) (64-bit))Under MacOS - everything is there and working.
