ソースより小さいフレームサイズでエンコードする際【レンダラー：GPUアクセラレーション】にした場合「最高レンダリング品質を使用」にチェックを入れてもまったく機能していません。 下記のように「3840×2160」で撮影した動画をPremiereに読み込み、編集で映像の一部分をスケールアップし「720×480」でエンコードします。 【ソース映像】  その際【レンダラー：ソフトウェア処理】であれば「最高レンダリング品質を使用」にチェックを入れれば綺麗な画質でエンコードされます。 【Mercury Playback Engine - ソフトウェア処理】  しかしGPUアクセラレーションでは「最高レンダリング品質を使用」にチェックを入れても画質が荒れてしまいます。 【Mercury Playback Engine - GPUアクセラレーション（CUDA）（OpenGL）】  MediaEncoder 23.0でエンコードするとこのバグは起こりません。23.3か23.4以降から発生しており、最新版の25.0でも引き続きこのバグが起こります。 なお、PremiereProでのエンコードでも同時期から同じバグが発生しています。  【使用環境】Windows 10Intel Core i7 10750HGeforce RTX 2070 Super

Hey there, Have had a look through the forms and couldn't find any solve for this but I'm having troubles adding files to the Media Encoder Queue. I don't get an error or any signs of loading, it just seems like both programs fail to connect.Mac system: 15.6 (24G84)After Effects version: 25.5.0Media Encoder Version: 25.5Trial and error log: -Reinstalled both applications-started Media Encoder and AE after-Adding an AE file manually using the "+" icon results in an endless loading loop, as if the 2 can not connect-Saved AE file under different name and location-Uninstalled any betThings to consider:-AE render queue is working as intended-Im viewing the queue tab in Media Encoder-Adding to Media Encoder through Premiere works fine.Any help would be appreciated as this is needed for a current project where I need to dynamically render different versions of the same comp and doing it through the render queue has proven to be quite tedious.

Problem Converting an audio file from any format to MP3, including MP3 to MP3, AME removes some embedded metadata and alters others. Environment macOS Sequioa 15.7.1 (but has been occuring for several versions of macOS now) Adobe Media Encoder 2025 (25.5 Build 13), 2024 (24.6.5 Build 3), 2023, and all versions from the last 3 years at least Steps to Reproduce 1. Create an audio file (examples below use WAV and 320 Kbps MP3) 2. Complete the audio file's metadata using Adobe Audition or a third-party metadata editor (Kid3 shown below, but confirmed results in four other metadata editors, including Adobe Audition) 3. Add the file to Adobe Media Encoder's Queue directly, or via a Watched Folder 4. Set conversion options to be some type of MP3 5. Start the queue and wait for it to finish 6. Buenas. Vengo con un nuevo problema. Resulta que cuando abro Adobe Media Encoder, voy a la pestaña "Editar" y selecciono la opcion "Preferencias", no pasa nada. No se cuelga el programa, ni deja de funcionar. Directamente no me hace caso, como si no hubiera presionado sobre la opcion "Preferencias". A alguien más le ha pasado? Lo pudieron resolver?

I have a QuickTime MOV file that has an embedded EIA-608 caption track. I need to convert it to a format our broadcast servers can play (XDCAM MXF OP1a with embedded captions). Added the file to AME (with the "include captions on import" flag enabled). This would be the easiest solution for transcoding. AME does not recognize the caption stream. It recognizes the video and audio and exports those just fine. Just no caption track.As a test, I tried importing the file to Premiere Pro and it recognized the caption track just fine (and displays correctly in every part of PPro). I'm wondering if there is some setting I am missing in AME, or whether media encoder is just not working properly. I don't want the workaround of having to import to PPRO every time. I just need AME to transcode in a watch folder, or via drag-and-drop. I can provide access to the assets, upon request, for analysis. PPRO VER: 25.5.0AME VER: 25.5 Thank you

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing hangs between Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder (AME). I already reinstalled, updated, and cleared caches, but the issue persists.- What happens:I send a sequence from Premiere Pro to AME.- AME starts rendering, then randomly stalls.- Progress stops and, in Windows Task Manager, AME drops to 0% CPU.- If I close Premiere Pro, AME immediately resumes and continues rendering.-Sometimes just clicking the AME window or switching focus makes it resume for a while, then it stalls again.-Exporting directly from Premiere sometimes works, but sending to AME is unreliable. What I’ve tried: -Changed Project Settings > Renderer. It was initially stuck on “None” with a tooltip saying the playback engine was active; after stopping playback and restarting I could change it, but the problem remains.-Toggled GPU acceleration on/off in both Premiere and AME.-Cleared Media Cache in both apps and deleted the folders manually.-Reset Premiere and AME preferences (

Howdy, so recently I did a walk cycle animation for my class in After Effects. Went to Media Encoder to render it, and while waiting for it to render I accidentally clicked on my extended harddrive. Immediately, got a, "major hardware failure", and couldn't access it from the normal files option. Safetly ejected it, and plugged it back in, and everything seemed fine.Later, started working on my video game project I have on Monday, Sunday was the previous one, and it randomly failed then too. Had to erase an hours worth of work because of how bad it cramped up. I bought a new extended harddrive recently just in case, and honestly didn't think I had any damage as most files were opening okay after I ejected it and plugged it back in again. Then I started copying stuff over, and so far have lost 60+ files of videos and pictures. So far, its mainly memorabilia I've lost, like old game clips, but I have all my graphic design work from junior highschool to sophmore college on this thing

I've had this happen on multiple software versions over the years trying to send an After Effects Comp to Media Encoder. Media Encoder opens when I click, "Add to Media Encoder", but it never links the comp there to be able to export. Even tried manually "add source" from Media Encoder, but it gets hung up trying to connect.I tried closing both apps and reopening, but same issue. I don't really want the solve to be, "just restart your system" becuase that's just a waste of my time and resources. But I'll give it a go and see if that works. I'm using: AE 2025 v25.5.0 (Build 4) and Media Encoder 2025 v25.3 (Build 73)

Hi, for some time now I am having this persisting issue with Adobe Media Encoder. I think this issue started after the Win11 update few months ago, but I am not able to confirm that. I am using the last version on Win11. My issue is that after installation, the program can be opened without issues. But when I close it (for whateve reason) I am not able to open it again. I tried to open it directly from Creative Cloud, from apps or from After Effects for example. But it always does the same thing - shows that it is opening (loading wheel next to mouse), but then it stops and nothing happens. The Encoder is then listed between the backgound tasks, but it just does not open. Few times the reinstall of everything helped - but it still worked only until first time I closed the app, then I was not able to open it again. (I used creative cloud cleaner to remove all data. I also manually removed appdata and related documents.) But now even after the complete reinstall I am

Hi there, After updating my OS, I've been trying to open ME 25 on Macbook Pro running OS 26 and I keep getting the following error:"Adobe Media Encoder 2025" is damaged and can't be opened. Eu nunca tive problema com o render, mas de umas duas semanas para cá eu simplesmente não consigo renderizar mais do jeito que eu renderizava. O que vocês fizeram com o programa?Eu já limpei cache, já codifiquei arquivos e nada ajuda. 

Hello everyone,Since the last update, Media Encoder won’t launch properly.When I try to run it, the loading icon shows up, but nothing happens. In Task Manager I can see that it’s running in the background, but the application itself never opens.I’ve tried several different versions of Media Encoder and the result is always the same. I’m on Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2.I searched for solutions but couldn’t find anything that worked. The only workaround I have is to repair Creative Cloud every time I want to use Media Encoder. After repairing, it launches correctly, but once I close it, I have to repair Creative Cloud again before I can open it next time.Has anyone found a permanent fix for this issue? I’d really like to avoid repairing Creative Cloud over and over again.Thanks in advance!

Experiencing some weird phenomenon I've never seen before. Anyone have this happen? All I do is hit render and this happens. The render turns out fine its just the UI that wigs out. It happens on both monitors.

Hello Adobe, can you please have a new update on creative cloud, that will solve the exporting issues from Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder. It is really important for all of us having the same issues right now.

I had a 5070Ti and trying to export video kept crashing my machine, I now have a 4080 and although hasn't crashed yet, exports extremely slow when there is any rendering that needs to be done. When it manages to get past the renders the speed picks up. I've used the same .mogrt files since v25.0 and I've tried rolling back drivers and PP/AME, even got call outs from CC directly. Even  Can anybody tell me what's going on? Is there ever going to be a solution?

Hello my fellow creators and Digital Yodas..I am not the most tech Savy but i need major help...I have been creating long form travel vlog content for 3 years now ith Adobe. PP and Media encoder..My usual export time with encoder is 20 to 40 minutes..Even with 60 minute UHD file sizes..I came home from 4 months at Sea and updated all my systems....Now, a simple 31 minute UHD Vlog says it takes 10 hours!?!?! I tried everything i know and can research, updated settings, cache cleared, quicktime> UHD 60mbs, 60 bitrate, maximum rendering, everything... Nothing is working and i cannot work like this with these times.  what is wrong? i read about some major bugs in the new update perhaps?  my system is a DELL XPS 17 2023 16gb ram 1020gb SSD with Nividia Studio updated and all apps clean and up to date..  I need help, Please.
