Hello, I am trying to export a project from After Effects 2021 by selecting Add to Media Encoder Queue and the Dynamic Link Connection is loading forever so it is not working. Thank you in advance,Robert
I'm trying to render a comp from After Effects using Adobe Media Encoder and it's taking way more time than usual, normally no render passes the 10 minute line, but it's taking more than one hour to render a 56s comp with no effects other than Lumetri Color. I'm using 1080p videos, 2.7k and large JPEG photos(as image sequences). I have a Ryzen 5900x 12-core CPU and an RTX 3060 as GPU. When i check with task manager it shows the pc is using 1-3% of the GPU and less than 20% of my CPU. Everything is set to render with CUDA and it renders normally with Premiere Pro
Absolutely heartbroken. My workflow for two years now, has depended on Media Encoder's ability to interpret footage, and now, a day before fathers day, I have a project I've been working on for 48 hours straight. Why, just why?
It would be nice if the latest version (2022) had been tested properly before being released. 2 hour H.264 export, audio totally screwed up when playing back with QuickTime player (Mac). Thankfully it didn't happen on an important project. Not cool though! Playback of first few mins is OK, but then, or if you jump to any point in the file, no audio. Totally mute.
When encoding a ProRes QT to an H264 MP4, AME will sometimes incorrectly interpret the file as VR, which completely messes it up. For some reason, the resulting file looks distorted when viewed with some apps (eg: VLC and PotPlayer on Win10), but it looks normal in others (eg: when viewed on Dropbox.com)The fix is seemingly to check and uncheck "Video is VR" under the Video export settings. I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue?
This appeared to be a bug and a rather frustrating one to work out.Exporting a sequence from Premiere 14.9 would result in audio effects (applied in audio track mixer) being rendered out properly, but when the sequence was sent to a queue in Media Encoder 14.1, the audio effects weren't applied.I couldn't figure this out initially and had to re-render my hours worth of material via manually exporting from the export window. After speaking to someone on the Australian AVPUG on facebook, they explained that it can happen if there's a mismatch between versions, and indeed there was.Updating ME fixed the issue. However I don't know if this is a bug or not.Seems to me that it could easily happen a lot to users.
After updating to version 15.4 all rendered videos are damaged. There are either glitches, black horisontal bars or the file complete damaged. There is no way to render video on Apple Silicon in any format (H264,H265,PRORES...). Intel version running via Rosetta works fine.
last update crash program!!!
In Premiere, I can export a sequence with motion graphic templates and it renders correctly. If I send the same sequence to Media Encoder the media asset in the mogrt goes missing and does not prompt me it is missing it renders it with the media as color bars. I only noticed it in the render preview window in Media Encoder.
Media encoder files rendered from AE have a gamma shift. Contrast is washed out. Please FIX IT ASAP.
I tried exporting to MP4 in Windows. I created a new cut but new file will not overwrite previous version, even after deleting old file from output location.
When encoding using the Media Encoder, I routinely have to kill it's AE instance because it overruns the RAM limits I setup in preferences. If I don't kill the instance, it quickly pushes my machine to 100% RAM usage, and both causes my main After Effects instance to crash, and then also fails its rendering.Killing the AE instance will, cause it to stop rendering until I kill the replacement AE instance, cause it to eat up all the memory again, or about 1/3 of the time, actually behave correctly (at which point it's stable until it moves onto the next item in the queue)The issue makes it so I can't render big scenes overnight without them failing or stalling most of the time.
I updated to the latest version the other day but it seems that the drop-down menu won´t stay on mouse-click. it disappears after mouse button release. See filmclip.
I had this issue at Adobe Media Encoder with 3 differents computers (1 Mac and 2 Windows): if i send videos to render at Adobe Media Encoder, all the audio effects doesn't worked. They just disappear 😞Today I tried something stupid: I changed the language to English. (Edit / Editar > Preferences / Preferências > Appearance / Aparência > Language / Idioma > English)I'm brazilian, but all my Adobe CC softwares is in English, but AME was in Portuguese.I changed that and worked just fine.I'm happy (and angry after all these years hahahaha)I hope it bring peace to all who struggle with that. God bless you all.
After the updates 22.1.3 Neither Premiere or Encoder will export a project. It just sits there. I've cleared cache, prefs, reinstalled... I have projects just sitting here. And when I try to stop the rendering, I end up using "force quite". I had to install version 22.1.2 to get it running normal again. The Log's from Adobe and Apple are attached.
Trying to add 3+ clips for stitching in the ME queue and it shows that there are more than 2 source clips, but when I go into the encode settings, the TRT is only the first two sources and doesn't show that there's any footage from clip 3 on. On encode only the first two sources are present.Sources used are windows screen capture files3440x1440 H264.Version 22.3.1 (Build 2) just updated to the latest in hopes that this was fixed, but alas it it is not.Sys info: Windows 11, Intel 9900k, AMD RX590
Every time I send out an export from premiere to media encoder it is not applying a lumetri color effect I have applied on Sony a7iii 4K 30fps footage. I don't get it. It doesn't show the color grade I have when I apply the affect either on an adjustment layer or on the file itself. But the color affect I have on an adjustment file to my A cam Canon R5 footage is exporting fine. Please fix, this is adding headache and delaying my projects for my clients.
I doesn't properly reads CSV files, some times I need to stop and again start the queue to make it work. Some times it just crashes (after effect crash while rendering with media encoder).
Setting CBR for encoding mp4 h264 files doesn't use the chosen data rate. Files are much too small tried AME cc17 and 18
Hi,My PC crashes when I try to render a master file of our VR/ 360 movie from Premiere/ Media Encoder (technically for Adobe the VR filme is just a normal equirectangular video 8192x4096). I try since a week.Strangly the single clips in the video are already sorts of master files (8K 60fps ProRes4444 files rendered in Media Encoder but from After Effects - rendering those worked, even with many masks, pre-comps, also lumetri colours too but even with NeatVideo and other effects). On some of those "sort of master files"I put lumetri for a final colour correction and on single ones little other fixes. Also most chose a new center of the 360 image (the image stays almost the same but is shifted). There is no error code, as the PC crashes or restarts at some point. It always stoped between the filesize of 60-85 GB.I tried:- Installed the latest Nvidia studio driver.- Deleted all Cash files- Cleaned to project so only the files in the timeline were left- Copied all data from the external SSD t
