Simplesmente não consigo mais usar o Track Camera, a função só fica "analisando" e depois da erro, diz que "o tempo de conexão com o servidor do dynamiclink expirou". Já tentei de tudo, até formatei o Macbook Pro M3 Pro. Fiz Downgrade do After e nada resolve.

After Effects > juni 2024 update | Camera Raw import color issues   Hello, ever since the june update I've got a big color difference between Camera Raw and the timeline. It looks like a wrong profile, but whatever I do in the color settings (project) or RAW settings the problems stays. I've never had such a color/contrast shift before, this different than the regular profile problems. Photoshop does not have this problem and both my Mac Mini and Macbook pro 2017 have this problem. It becomes dark and purple in AE, it seems to have happened after the update on both macs. Is this a software issue? This is driving me crazy. I've been working on this project a lot and since yesterday there are A LOT of instances where some particular keyframes can't be draged. Only sellected, Can't even right click them, but others on the same properties can be grabed no problem. I tried zooming in and out, restarting the software, updating.... the issue persists

I've encountered a bug related to importing 3D files (GLTF and OBJ formats) into After Effects projects. Here's a detailed explanation of the issue:1. When importing 3D files (GLTF or OBJ), After Effects automatically creates a "Textures" folder.2. If the user renames this "Textures" folder, a problem occurs upon reopening the project.3. After reopening the project, After Effects deletes all the texture files from the renamed folder.4. The 3D objects in the project still retain their textures visually.5. However, when using the "Collect Files" function, the texture files are not included in the collection.Steps to reproduce:1. Create a new After Effects project.2. Import a 3D file (GLTF or OBJ format) with textures.3. Locate the automatically created "Textures" folder.4. Rename the "Textures" folder to something else (e.g., "Textures A").5. Timeline Context - Time Bar at top of Timeline auto-resets. WHY???It seems to reset after a render and/or switching between AE and other apps. Each day, I have to reset it for every come about 100 times; once for every comp in an AEP and for each time AE does this, all comps are affected. It's insane or at least it's driving me up the wall, ceiling, down and then back up again. I'm hopeful this is an easy fix.

Facing a oftenly happening issue here with the 3D camera. Whenever I try to change Camera type (Classic 3d > Advanced 3d for example) it either shuts down itself, or forces me to make a save file before it changes camera and closes the software or both. This happens when I turn a layer into 3D or change render options of a 3D layer. Once this happens, the last version of project file becomes unavailable to being used because that same error pops up every time i open it. This happens when I set a 3d camera layer (regardless of the preset or camera type) and turn a layer into a 3D. I actually need to solve this ASAP   

Seriously adobe: What we can do? I´m unable to work. This is serious.Crash evry 10 inutos (ram, memory, you already know what we are taking). You are about to make us really looking for an alternative. this is nuts.

After Effects froze my whole computer tonight. I did a force restart and when I came back up, I was greeted with these 3 errors (see attached screenshots) and After Effects refused to open. Errors:After Effects can't continue: internal structure inconsistency (g) ( 25 :: 2 )After Effects error: globals unborn. ( 21 :: 3 )After Effects can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup I uninstalled AE then reinstalled it. Errors persisted. I used CC cleaner. Errors persisted. I can't get back into normal AE 23.6. Please help!!!! Mac OS Sonoma 14.0, 64gb ram. update 10/15/23 this is the 3rd time in a 1-2 week span that AE has crashed on me and now i cant get back in again becaus of global unborns. In Dropbox you can set some files or folders to be 'online-only', which makes them visible in Finder and apps but physically they're not available to open unless they are made 'available offline' and downloaded.For some reason AE has problem opening mp4 files which were previously 'online-only', despite them being stored locally. Here are the steps to reproduce this bug:1. Make some mp4 file online-only using Dropbox.2. Open AE project file which has those files used in the project.3. AE will give you an error:1) After Effects error: The source compression type is not supported. 2) After Effects error: file 'XXXX.mp4' cannot be imported - this 'MooV' file is damaged or unsupported.this is understandable, since the file is online-only so it's not stored locally yet.4. Turn off AE, and make the mp4 file available offline using Dropbox.5. Open AE again. Despite the file being now already available on the hard drive, AE still gives you the same error and marks the file as missing. Reimport

BEWARE!If your projects contain .c4d files DO NOT upgrade to 24.1! They will no longer open.Luckily reverting to AE 24.0.3 alows to open the files so they are not really damaged as per After effects message. (File is damaged 33::7)  

I imported a composition from After Effects into Premiere Pro and got this bug. I don't know what to do, I tried to fix it in various ways, but nothing helped.All animations were imported as usual, but still the screen is split and the image is moving apart. I was able to get out of the situation a little bit only by pre-rendering the composition in AE.P.S Even rendering in Premiere Pro does not fix anything.

Hello, I'm currently working on two projects and I noticed that the fonts are no longer available when I saved, closed and reopened the project to continue working on it. Version of AE: 24.5Windows Also the second screenshot attached shows the list of fonts not available that I have used so far on one of the projects. I have cleared my cache and restarted by PC but nothing has worked so far.These are Adobe fonts and they are active on my account from Adobe Creative Cloud. Please what other solution should I consider as I'm stuck at the moment. Thank you. 

Every time I try to install this plugin AE stops me telling me it already exists. Every time I check for the duplicated plugin AE says I have the folder for it doesn't even exist as show in the image above. Any idea for what I can do? I am on Mac 10.13.6

Situation: The shortcut for setting a keyframe will always display as whatever property is selected under Animation → Add Keyframe . So, if a Position keyframe is selected, it will appear as Add Position Keyframe in the Animation menu. If a Time Remap value is selected, it will display as Add Time Remap Keyframe. Issue: It will also display as Add Time Remap Keyframe in the shortcuts manager (if selected before opening up the manager), implying one can set a custom shortcut specifically for Time Remapping. The shortcut manager will display the keystroke for Add Keyframe as Add WHATEVER VALUE HAS BEEN SELECTED Keyframe. So it tricks you into thinking one could set up shortcuts for specific properties. It probably simply references what the Animation Menu is showing, whereas it shouldn’t (in this specific case at least). Hey guys! So I need to add a sun and the flares here, I am working in Aces 1.2, 32 bpc. But whenever I try to add it to the scene, The color values goes to infinity or -inf, How do I fix this please without a bad looking clamp, Like not using levels clamp since its too bad. 

Hi there everyone .. Does someone know how  can if fix this issue it that the 3d models i created  in blender and then save it as .glb file ,and importing it to aftereffects  only shows controlsand  not the object.Ihave  tried ver 24.1  and  now 24.5 the same  problem  presists .The  advanced 3d renderer is not working for  me .here  is  the screenshot attached. 

Aparte de que no me aparecen los controladores o puntos de anclas en mis trazados para poder manejarlos, tambien esta este problema de que por ejemplo quiero hacer una forma lineas pero se auto curban mis figuras y anteriormente no me pasaba eso, y quisiera saber si hay alguna solucion a estos problemas.Gracias.

It is a long known problem, but not solved yet.Often the preview is not working, until i change the Audio-Hardware to another device.Then the preview behaves as expected. After some time this happens again and i have to change the audi-hardware device again to another one than already selected.

Hi After Effects team, I recently got into the world of expressions, and I noticed something that feels like a bug, so I'm reporting it here 🙂 When you try to rename an effect name that's linked inside an expression, using a try catch method. Using Ae 24.1   I imported a tracked .jsx camera exported from google earth studio which came into After Effects with the classic 3D renderer. It kept the tracking data and looked beautiful. When I switched to the advanced 3D renderer in order to add a custom 3D model (GBL), the camera shakes. Also, the extruded text and models don't appear correctly—  as if the fields are separated. see picture. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? I can of course, use the C4D renderer to extrude the type but I cant import a gbl 3D model directly into Ae and using the C4dlite to accomplish the same feat seems like overkill. So I thought I'd inquire here. Thanks! 

I apologize if this is a double post. I can't seem to find my first one. "Include project link" is not working--specifically with Prores 422LT Quicktime outputs in AE 24.5. It works in other Prores options, such as 422 vanilla and 4444, just not with 422LT. It worked in all previous versions of AE, so this is specific to 24.5. The issue is confirmed on three different Win 11 workstations.

Since a couple of weeky some scripts suddenly stopped working. I was able to tackle down the problem. I created a script with just one line:  alert(Folder.userData) // null I am on a Macbook Pro M1 / OSX Ventura 13.2. Problem appeared in AE 22 & 23. I deleted everything and only installed 23.2.0.  Same Script works within AI and PS and outputs:~/Library/Application%20Support   

How long has this been going on and you still haven't come up with a way to stop it???   Instead of annual releases of garbage new features that we didn't ask for, just fix the basics and do your jobs!
