Hallo, ich habe Substance 3D Painter von Steam, aber das Programm startet nicht mehr.Das Programm ist aber auf mein System schon mal gelaufen.ich bekomme keine Fehlermeldung nur den Hinweis:Substance 3D Painter 9.1.2 reagiert nicht, wenn sie das Programm schließen gehen möglicherweise Informationen verloren.Der Fehler tritt immer bei Neustart auf.Ich habe es mehrfachdas Programm in Steam neu installiert oder reparieren lassen ohne Erfolg.Meine Hardware entspricht den Heutigen Standard. 3080GTX Nvider 10GBVRamIntel Core i/ 10700KFASUSTeK PRIME B560M-KDDR4 32 GB
Hi there. So i loaded my low poly to substance painter but I get this strange shadow or shade issue and i can't figure out. This is without any baking or so it like this when i import it to substance painter so it has to do with the face. Here is the issue and i'm including how i showed the wireframe and the face orientation

Hello Friends, I originally purchased Substance Painter on Steam but noticed that I couldn't upload any files so I purchased a license from Adobe. I go to File> Import Resources> Add Resources> Click on a file and it won't upload. I've also tried Dragging and Dropping but it won't load. I've used Substance Painter before and never had this issue. I've tried multiple files including obj and fbx. Same result. I'm not doing anything extraordinary like UDIM's. All very simple files with the UV's properly layed out in Maya. Please help. Also, I've removed and re-uploaded Substance Painter three times with the same result. I can open tutorials that have sbsar files. I'm on Windows 11 running a GeForce 3080. Thanks much
Hello! I've come across this issue multiple times and others have posted about it online, but still haven't been able to find a solution. Attached is an image showing the issue. A simple sphere divided into 3 uv islands, with a simple metallic material applied via cylindrical mapping (which should not have any visible seams). Isolating the normal channel shows no seams, and actually none of the channels have any seams visible as one would expect. However the material view shows clear seams where the uv islands meet. Exporting maps and taking them into a separate rendering application results in the seams being visible just as in the substance material viewport. "hiding the seams" isn't always possible, especially when dealing with large metallic surfaces that have to be divided into separate udims to produce an acceptable level of detail. Please help!

I spent hours on this problem before finding the cause. I'm trying to create some decal materials but for some reason the normal map kept looking wrong. It seems the issue is "Warp Projection" which seems to be the default when holding alt to add as a decal. in the below image the top is warp pojection while the bottom is UV. The issue also does not occur in Planar Projection mode.,

When I tried to open a new file, it crashed immediately after I select the fbx file and click open, tried many times to uninstalled and download but issue didnt fix, able to open sample files and spp files.
Good afternoon, please your help please with this.I am subscribed to the "Substance 3D Texturing" plan, (it is not a trial, I am already paying)I have been able to download several materials from the asset store, but when I try to download a 3D model, and press "Download" nothing happens, I can download free 3D models, paid materials, but not 3D models.I still have 23 assets available to download.Will there be any payment barrier or will it be a mistake?
So I'm building a model in maya. There are a bunch of repeating parts, except they are mirrored. No problem, duplicate, transform -1 on the appropriate axis, freeze transformation, delete history done!Everything looks fine in Maya, but when I bring the models into substance painter, the buildings that I duplicated and flipped are showing up as transparent: https://imgur.com/fPXAdWS Now I know what you're thinking, your normals are flipped. But here's the thing, I don't think they are. Hello, I have an issue with launching Substance Painter. I have installed and attempted to launch it with all program versions, but the same error occurs. When launching, the program begins to load, then immediately crashes and fails to launch. I have tried running the program as an administrator and it does not fix the problem. Substance Painter is not listed in the Task Manager window when launching, it appears the crash is happening near the beginning of the launch process. I also have tried to update my graphic drivers and reinstall them. Has anyone else had this issue and if so has anyone been able to fix it? Since I have tried to use all previous versions unsuccessfully, I don't see how it could be a hardware issue on my end.
Hi! I'm a student and already have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription with an email that my school gave to me. I got the student Substance code and also have an Adobe Substance 3D Education subscription. I received the code via email and redeemed it. Both subscriptions are visible in my Adobe account but I can't install any of the Substance products (I mean, I was able to install them but it seems that it is the 30-day trial).Neither from the desktop app nor from the website, and I can only test them or buy them. If I click on the Download Substance 3D apps link, I'm instantly redirected to the site from which I can install the products. There I only see the Install button for 2 seconds and then the site refreshes itself and I can only see how it changes to try or buy.
Alright guys,I am experience this issue every time I reimport the slighty changed mesh.So here the smart mask (dirt) is as it has to be: This is the same smart mask after reimport the same Mesh: Do I something wrong on the reimport process?Is there some setting to do?So I hope you can help me, this behaviour is driving me crazy:D
Hello, I have been having an issue for a while with the MatFX HBAO filter and painted normal map details. Whenever I erase the normal map details I painted, the ambient occlusion is left behind and it is almost impossible to get rid of. The only way I have found to get rid of it is to paint on the normal map somewhere close by, and this seems to make it refresh. Nothing else makes it go away, not even removing the filter and adding it again. I haven't found any other reports of this issue. Seems like a bug to me?
Whenever i use warp transform my substance painter crashes after a few pulls to reshape.The only error in the logs is this. but i am not getting any licensing errors doing anything else.[err] substance painter "an error occurred while retrieving global node information: the HTTP request took too long to complete so it was cancelled."
Is there any way to attached this color window on UI? Like in Photoshop. It's not convenient to open it every time.
Hello, I have a terrible situation. Substance 3D Painter froze and crashed while I was working with it. I wasn't saving anything at the time and literally the file was saved half an hour ago, but somehow it got corrupted and now the file won't open. It's a complete failure... I have to hand in a project today and I was finalizing the final and now the file won't open. It's horrible. No program does this to a file that hasn't been saved for more than half an hour. And by the way, it's not the first time and I see the problem stretches back to the 2016 version. I'm angry because I won't get paid for my work. What should I do? Error: Cannot load this project: Cannot decode data

Reading from Substance painter files on a Google Drive mapped drive.After updating to version 8.3.1 from an earlier version, I can no longer open files saved on GD. I get the error: [Scene 3D] Failed to load 3D scene. No suitable reader found for the file format of file.It's inconsistent though, sometimes a file will load, sometimes only if I double click from the windows explorer window. The issue seems to be related to another bug report, regarding saving files to a NAS drive. I've saved files to a mapped Google Drive for many years without issue, it appears to be some new lower level file action that Substance Painter is doing in this newer version, which is the issue. I can open the files if I copy them to a native drive. So I'm able to continue working, but don't have the added benefits of my previous routine. QUESTION: Will this issue be fixed in a future version?
I have created a scatter layer in substance Painter.Enabled in the shader the SSS.Export: added a grey 8bit channel and put the scattter in it.In the layers and preview there is a scatter channel visual.But the export is giving all the channels but not the scatter.what is the problem
Hello, last year I registered for a student license which would provide me free access to substance tool. It worked and I did indeed have free access for a year.This year I renewed the license but now I am being charged 290,25 €/year for it. I've done everything the same as the last time. It's not written anywhere that the license is no longer free. My license is still marked as the license for students and teachers.What's happening here? Thank you.
Hello, my UVs are outside the canvas and not able to be edited, I've tried enabling UV Workflow to paint across tiles, but when I try to do that it causes errors and fails to load.
