I can’t add fonts, it gives an error (an error occurred while loading the font) the manipulations in the article https://helpx.adobe.com/ru/fonts/kb/font-activation-errors.html were performed, everything is useless!
Ive been using adobe creative cloud since 2014 and this is a long standing issue. When moving video files to creative cloud, they will often show up as 'octet' and be unusable for syncing or downloading. Recently I tried to upload a small AE project (4.4) GB that has numerous short .mov files. probably 70% of them showed up as octet. They were all shot the same way, at the same time, and with the same format. I sent the project via my Icloud account and had no problems. The 'octet' issue has been an on going issue for years and is unique to the creative coloud service. It has gotten so bad that my self and other professionals in my network use any other service to transfer files and sync projects. Please fix this years long bug.
So the apps aren't going to the hard drive i have designated to it. For some reason or another they keep going to the hard drive that is full. I've changed the designation to the empty hard drive and try to download yet it keeps telling me it's full. i have 4tb of space left in the hard drive so i know it's something wrong with the app. how can i fix this issue?
When I open Creative Cloud, it shows a popup: Creative Cloud update available. I can turn off the toggle 'Always keep Creative Cloud up to date', but there is only one option to continue to the app, labeled: [Update]. So it seems to be missing a [Cancel] or [Close] button. While this popup is in view, the menu is inaccessible, I also can not quit CC from here, besides going into task manager and kill the processes until they stop auto-restarting.I have a limited data plan at home and can't be wasting the data on this many updates.At the same time I am a paying customer and I should have the right to access the software I paid for, not having it locked behind an update screen. Hello. In CC desktop, I have to be very deliberate and slow when clicking the left mouse button to launch my Adobe apps, otherwise the clicks will sometimes not register. The longer I hold the mouse button down, the more reliable the clicks seem to be. The quick release clicks are the ones it seems to miss most often. I often have to click things 2 or 3 times before CC desktop actually takes action. I don’t think it’s a system-wide problem or a mouse problem, because I haven’t noticed this behavior in any other applications. I’m running Windows 10. As a former software engineer, I’m wondering if some kind of periodic input polling is being used, rather than responding to queued mouse click events. I’m not certain, but I believe I’ve seen similar behavior on the launcher pages of the various Adobe apps. I’ve never seen it in the main functionality of the apps. Bonjour à tous,Je rencontre un soucis relativement gênant vu que je viens tout juste de payer une liscense mais que je suis dans l'incapacité d'utiliser n'importe quel logiciel dont, le portail Creative Cloud, l'élément essentiel. Lorsque je le démarre, il charge et va rester bloqué sur "Initialisation de Creative Cloud" sans rien faire, bouger ou même mettre un message d'erreur autre que pour me dire "ça prend trop de temps".Je tiens également à souligner le fait que j'ai tester quasmient toutes les solutions existantes tel que:- Réparer le logiciel.- Désinstaller/réinstaller.- Redémarrer- Utiliser l'outils de nettoyage- Changer de connexion internet- Désactiver l'antivirus au moment de l'instalation- Supprimer l'intégralité des fichiers dans programes files, AppData (Roaming, Local, LocalLow)- etc etc Mais rien n'y fait.Dans l'attente de vos réponses;- Wiliam

Hi World, Is anyone else having it where they sometimes need to log in to Adobe CC every day in order to use their apps? I've had it sometimes its fine for a few days and then sometimes even between shutdowns Adobe need me to sign in again on the same PC.It's really quite annoying when "but it was fine just before lunch" and the extra time required to "log in with Google" wait, , choose account, wait, "You're good to go!", continue with Premiere. Any ideas how to "trust" this PC in my account or similar to reduce/remove the need to frequently re-sign-in please?Cheers!
Ao tentar criar um documento mesclado a partir do documento original, nada acontece. Eu clico pra gerar e não acontece nada, não gera nenhum documento.
I'm running the full suite of Creative Cloud on a Macbook Pro and an Ipad, a shared library that I can access on my desktop will not show up in my library list on the ipad. There is even a notification on the ipad Creative Cloud app that I have joined the library but when I click the link it only shows my personal library. I went through all the suggestion on support chat; reinstalling the app, checking for updates, logging in and out but no luck. Until this is fixed I will have to copy all the assets to my personal library and use that instead which won't be ideal for everyone else in my company. Thanks
Bonjour à tous, Je souhaiterais me connecter à mon compte Creative Cloud sur l'ordinateur de mon compagnon or celui-ci possède un ancien compte duquel il est impossible de se déconneter depuis l'application : une fenêtre s'ouvre pour inviter à l'achat d'une offre qui ne peut être close. Nous avons désinstallé l'application, l'avons réinstaller depuis mon compte mais quand nous l'ouvrons surson mac, c'est à nouveau sa session qui s'ouvre et ce même problème qui recommence... I got the license for students for Substance Painter approved. However I cannot download it. It only gives me the option to buy or test it. How do I install it? It's not shown included in my subscriptions in the creative cloud app.
Hello,I am on a 2013 Mac OS 10.15.7 - 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 - 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3(with a recent factory reinstall of the OS)- I am running Adobe apps; Acrobat, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (older versions approved for my OS)- I have set Creative Cloud to - 1) not launch on startup 2) not auto update apps 3) Not to sync cloud filesYet, the background processes still running in CC are making the software above completely unworkable - as they are bogging - giving the spinning lollipop?Please let me know if there is a fix for this problem. Hello, I live in Russia, I have the same problem, I recently bought a Creative Cloud subscription. after that I downloaded creative cloud to my laptop, then launched it and entered my login and password, after which the following message appeared: you have logged out of the system, you must log in to continue. Damn, I already wanted to go in.: what should I do, friend? help please
Searched this issue on this forum and there are no solutions. As a tech, I have seen this for years across various clients and I do not know why it has not been resolved. However, as an issue it is insanity how much time and frustration is caused by this when you need to WORK and before you can read a PDF or work in any app you have to sign in... often and also sign out of the same device you're already technically signed into because Adobe doesn't want to bother to deal with how it handles sessions and identify devices. I'm finding after installing updates or rebooting my system I'm promted to sign in much to often. If it were once a month I could deal, but it can be multiple times a week.Once signed in I'm again prompted with a device activation limit, even though it's the same device that has already been signed in. I'm going to keep this short. These are professional products, with high monthly subscription fees, that people depend on to work
I have deleted every single app that 'requires' Creative Cloud.Yet your program continues to tell me I have apps that 'require' Creative Cloud. I don't even have a Creative Cloud account to log in with. I'm sick of seeing the software running in the background, and how you guys force me to open the window to exit the program. It is deceptive to not give me a simple option to uninstall your software. A company of your stature should have issues like this taken care of. This is just obviously keeping your software installed on peoples PCs. I don't see myself using your products as a go-to in the future if this is how things are. I would like a solution to uninstalling your software, other than spending the next two days getting my PC ready to factory reset. Thanks.
Hello,I am on a 2019 Macbook Pro 16 Inch, MacOS Ventura, 13.5.2. 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9,Graphics Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB,Memory 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4I was running Adobe PDF Reader, and in order to get a specific feature I needed, I upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud Acrobat Pro. Immediately after I installed the app, it COMPLETELY blocked my computer. I couldn't access other apps with Commnad-Tab, I lost access to the Finder, so I couldn't even attempt to delete the App from my computer, It wouldn't allow me to access the Force Quit utility, and it wouldn't start Creative Cloud Acrobat either. It made the computer completely unworkable. I couldn't even turn restart the computer, I had to turn it off.I turned on the computer again and it was STILL blocking my access to Creative Cloud and Finder, and I still could not access the Force Quit utility. Creative Cloud was acting like A VIRUS !! The Creative Cloud UNINSTALL ut
This is a longstanding Creative Cloud issue (happening though many versions over at least the past 2 years). I am currently running Windows 10 Pro version 21h2 on a Dell 2 processor desktop with 48 Gb of RAM. After a period of working correctly for a few weeks, I receive an unable to verify subscription status error from one of the apps, usually Acrobat, Bridge or Photoshop and am unable to use any of my Creative Cloud Apps. This situation is permanent until I log out of Creative Cloud and log back in...a tedious process. Then everything works again for some time, usually a week or two. This is a very annoying bug because it usually happens when I am in a hurry.
I cannot get the new quick actions tab to appear on my Creative Cloud app. I have made sure I have the latest version and also tried reinstalling from scratch to no avail. I have also tried going to "What's new..." and clicking the "Try it now" button. I get a red pop-up that says "Something went wrong." I have a MacBook Pro 16-inch 2021, with an M1 chip. I am running Ventura 13.2.1. The feature is working for my co-workers, and I'm pretty mystified. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Crew, I work on a team of 4 creatives, all using individual .indd files for magazine layouts.Our magazines (2) usually run about 128 pages each, every month.We have a proofreader, a production coordinator and two designers all accessing the documents.We all work in the same office on the same internet speed (high speed).We are having (increasing) issues with file sync.Sync says it's up to date on each Mac, we assume we're ok to open pages as the file sync is up to date. Then, the file conflicts begin. It's like Sync is going to sleep on some of the Macs and only forced to check/sync when a page is opened and saved locally, then sync "wakes up" and conflicted files pop up. We've restarted, all Macs and repaired all Creative Cloud apps. The next step would be to uninstall and reinstall all Creative Cloud on all machines? Is anyone else having the same problems? Thanks
Hemos creado una biblioteca design system que está vinculada a un archivo. De repente los componenetes han dejado de vincularse bien. Seleccionamos alguno de los componentes que está dando error para reenlazarlo a la biblioteca y tal como me dice en el mensaje vuelvo a vincular la biblioteca. Una vez que lo hago me sale un mensaje que me dice que vuelva a publicar la biblioteca desde documento origen. Después de publicarla de nuevo lor errores no se resuelven. Adjunto imágenes.Necesito saber por qué está pasando esto y cómo poder solucionarlo.
just installed new photoshop with generative ai features in my new mac m2 but its showing CCLibrary is damged and can't be open . photoshop is working fine but this errors keep on poping on my screen. please help me out form this situationthanks and regardsHitesh rastogi
Hello, I can't download Substance Painter to my device, Creative Cloud is telling me it "doesn't work on this device". The download button is replaced with a grey warning that reads "Not Compatible". I checked the hardware requirements page and all of my specs should be compatible with Substance Painter. Any ideas? System info:Intel i9-9900K 3.6 GHZNVidia 3060 ti32 GB RamTwo 2TB SSDs, one m.2 and one SATAWindows 10 home build 18362.1256
