Ich habe u.a. ein gültiges Foto-Abo und ein Illustrator-Abo. Bis vor ein paar Tagen war alles in Ordnung. Heute sind Lr und LrC mit einem Schlosssymbol versehen und ich werde aufgefordert, die Programme zu laden und zu testen. Dies ist unabhängig davon, ob die Programme schon gestartet sind oder nicht. Hi, we are having troubles with InDesign lately. It started yesterday when the application started to respond really slowly. We cleaned the cache, then reinstall the application and the problem is still the same.Could you please give us some advice, what to do? Thanks,Zuzana
hello, for years now I have a payed plan including all apps, but today as I searched for upgrades it looks like despite the plan is active and regular the apps arre not available( they are working on my device- I checked the plan, I checked the connected device, it looks ok, - any suggestion?

Bonjour, Mon appli de bureau Creative cloud ne s'ouvre pas. La roue de progression tourne indéfiniment, je relance mais cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai redémarré mon PC, désinstaller les applis, utiliser l'outil uninstaller etc... bref ! J'ai essayé toutes les solutions trouvées sur le site d'Adobe, rien à faire, le problème dure depuis plusieurs jours et je ne peux pas réinstal
The files in my sync folder are not the same as the files viewed from Creative Cloud app. The folder on my hard drive is showing me green checkmarks and everything but when I attempt to open files from it, it does not appear in the Cloud file viewer. I have to access them as if they were on my computer. I turned off Windows Defender as well as entering command line netsh winsock reset. The alert went away in the app but I am still facing 2 different file folders. What is with this? Thanks!

Talking about the Notifications bell icon in the Creative Cloud app:1. I now have 3 identical notifications about "Some fonts need an update..." and none of these can be removed/dismissed so they are just going to stick around forever I suppose?2. On notifications that I CAN dismiss, there are two bugs...2a: first, the 3 dots to click on to dismiss it always pop up overtop the rest of the UI, so that the user has to click the dots, then move the mouse up or down, then click the selection... it's hard to explain but it's just clunky UI design. And from a company that makes software to develop UI this is very ironic.2b: on notifications about a render finishing in AE, when I do dismiss them, the notifications each pop up on my mobile device AGAIN instead of just going away quietly.
Die Adobe Hintergrundprozesse verlangsamen den Computer unnötig. Am besten wäre es wenn man die Hintergrundprozesse in der Creative Cloud App deaktivieren könnte.
Bonjour, Mes espaces de travail sont régulièrement réinitalisés. Je ne sais pas si c'est lié aux mises à jour mais c'est très désagréable de devoir remettre en place l'espace une fois par semaine pour tous les logiciels de la suite Adobe. Suis-je le seul dans ce cas ?Merci

I'm using a 16" M1 Max MacBook Pro with a 10-core CPU and 32-core GPU from 2021, and ever since I got this machine back in 2022, Creative Cloud has this really irritating bug that when it launches as soon as you start up the computer, entering the Creative Cloud application is incredibly laggy and choppy. As soon as I quit the application and open it again, it works as smooth as butter. Why could this be and could this issue be fixed?
I've reported a bug on the Photoshop community as I thought it was with PS CC, where in cases that the user directory on a Mac computer is located on a different physical drive than the system (common when newer Macs have smaller NVME drives and users' directories add up to more space required than the physical drive can store) the Plugins menu is grayed out and no plugins can be used (such as from the Marketplace, etc.,.).An employee, BrettN, reported in this thread (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-ps-cc-24-1-and-later-plugins-menu-goes-dark-in-a-certain-configuration/idc-p/13726878#M81563) that it's a known problem that has to be fixed by the Creative Cloud app team and since it's been almost 10 months since this issue became a problem, I'm losing patience and wonder why it can't be fixed, since we're using a multi-user OS where for decades we could depend on user accounts being somewhat mobile relative to the System folder. HelloRecently I was hired for a new job in a small agency. Althought I have my personal Creative Cloud plan, all softwares are cracked versions here on agency. After installing the Creative Cloud app I received a limited acess error alert, and when I try to open any official software I receive this two messages: I've tried to uninstall the cracked softwares and to follow all solutions that I have found here on community support, like the Limited Access Repair tool and others, but still have no sucess.Can anybody help me with this?
Prezados,Desinstalei o Creative Cloud e também o Adobe Genuine do meu PC Win 10/ 64bit. Utilizei também o Adobe Cleaner para fazer uma limpeza e reinstalar novamente os produtos da Adobe. Minha surpresa o Premiere Pro e o After Effects não eram permitido instalar, o botão que apareceu foi comprar. Achei muito estranho. Fiz o processo todo novamente. O Premiere Pro e o After Effects voltaram ter permissão para instalar. Mas agora o XD que não é permitido instalar e sim comprar. Muito estranho pois a minha licença permite instalar todos os aplicativos. O que houve?Segue o print da tela.
I've been paying for my Creative Cloud All Apps subscription on a student discount since 2019. I need to install After Effects for a motion graphics class I'm taking this fall, but when I attempted to install it I was greeted with a screen that just says "Try" or "Buy" buttons for After Effects, unlike my other apps which have links to install them. Is this an issue or does Adobe not offer After Effects with their "All Apps" subscriptions anymore?
Took my money and the program will still not install. I know you have the ability to check if a application was installed so why would you bill me if you can not deliver. I can't even edit or add text to a PDF.

Very anoying pop up spam from adobe creative cloud after uninstalling photoshop. I get the pop up every 2 minutes. And I cant uninstall adobe creative cloud which is the most frusterating part. It's been like this for 2 days now. I tried relaunching it ctr alt R. I tried repaireing adobe. Frusterating.Found and downloaded the uninstaller and uninstalled this trash.
I keep running into the same login issue - I try to login to creative cloud to use photoshop and then get in a cycle of validation errors where it tells me to sign in, then tells me i've been signed out. Attaching pngs of both screens/the login screen. For additional context, I'm trying to login using my google account via the "Continue with Google" button, which always reports as successful. Any idea how to resolve this? Completely restarting my PC will often solve the issue, but I am sick of doing that EVERY time. Is Adobe's authentication just that bad? Can you just let me skip the auth and use photoshop offline? This is ridiculous
In Creative Cloud v. 5.11.0.522.1 I cannot change ordering of fonts on the list. I can pick whatever sorting order but to no avail. Please refer to attached screenshot. Font names should be in alphabetical order but these are not.
I am reaching out as a concerned customer, on account of a disturbing phonecall I had with Adobe's customer support staff (case #: ADB30135898 - G5Q9) I spent an hour and a half on the phone with the support team today after noticing three unauthorized charges on my bank account, after having canceled my account in March of this year. Jafmeet, Enmol and Gurav denied my claims that I’d been charged after cancelling and lied to me on multiple occasions, changing their “story” multiple times. Jafmeet was especially dishonest and finally admitted to lying to me (which can be heard on the recording of the call). I am appalled by this complete lack of moral decency and professional transparency on behalf of Adobe and their customer support team and I will be informing others about Adobe’s questionable billing practices and dishonest support staff. I was told by Jafmeet that I would receive a satisfaction survey to my email, which I never received. Please let m
I am using a MacBook pro 16" 2021 model with the M1 Pro chip. When I go to save a file and I want to change a specific part of a file name, usually do to versioning, if I use the arrows, backspace or delete keys the file browser closes immedietly without even a change to the file path or name. I use bluetooth keyboard and I can confirm this happens with it and when using the keyboard on the laptop. This is across all Adobe products that I used so far which include, After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Indesign, Audition, and Premier. I suspect that all are affected. I also use all these same apps on my PC and I don't see the issue so I think this is MAC only.
Audio peaking is not working properly and peak levels are not shown correctly. For example at some points when the noise of video is really loud on timeline its showing like there is no audio or really low audio at that point.
After updating the CC app for Windows, Photoshop and Lightroom CC are not listed as installed any more. Only Acrobat Reader, Fresco and UXP Developer Tools are. Please fix that.
