Hi together,   I have switched from a Huawei P30 to a Huawei P40 Pro. Problem: When importing the phones RAW files into Lightroom mobile, the images have a tint (Tönung) of +150. If I set this manually to 0 the whole image gets green... Same behaviour if I import the phones RAWs on my desktop with Lightroom Classic.   Is there any solution for this issue? My Lightroom mobile version: 6.0   Regarding this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/camera-raw/kb/supported-lenses.html the P40 Pro cameras are supported. But for me it doesn't work so far.   Best, Niko      

I'm using the latest Lightroom CC 2.1.1.    On my MacBook Pro 2018 running Mojave (latest), when running Lightroom CC it constantly displays "No network connection" and the cloud icon has an X through it.     Sometime it will start working for a short period and then disconnect again.    When using Lightroom CC Classic I have no issues connecting from the same laptop.   I tried different WIFI networks and all have the same behavior, so I don't think it's something specific with the Internet connection.   My iPhone and iPad both running LR CC can connect just fine on the same network.  I'm able to access Lightroom web using Safari without issues and checked the SSL certificates on my laptop.  I have both IPv4 and IPv6 setup on my home network.   Is it possible to find out more information to get some error message to why it is unable to connect?    I'm located in the US (no country-based

I'm on an iPad Air running iOS 15 and the most recent version of Lightroom as of posting.   When I'm in landscape view on the iPad and go to the share sheet to share a photo to Instagram, I can type in the message box, but then the OK and Share buttons don't work unless I switch the iPad to portrait view.

The Adobe Lightroom Downloader installer (frankly I have no idea who came up with the naming for this, as it seems intentionally designed to be easily confused with Lightroom itself) insists my operating system is out of date. I'm running the latest version of Windows 10, just updated (not Windows 11, which is not supported for whatever reason). Funnily enough, the "read more" ticket offered in the error message opens Internet Explorer 11, a browser released _9 years ago_. Please update it.   I do not understand why Adobe does not offer a competent way of downloading _my own files_ in bulk without relying on a standalone propietary app, and why that app has such stringent system requirements when all it does is download files from a server, but I need those files.

With the new update to version 7.2 the sorting from title in albums does not work correctly anymore.   For example I name my albums: 2022.01 ABC  2022.01 XYZ 2021.12 ABC 2019.01 XYZ   With the new update it does not sort for title anymore. See the attached screenshot.    Yhe 99.XX should be first. Also further down are following 2022.01 XXX albums. It also mixes up further back till 2014.XX.   Please correct.

If you unfold the dev presets in Lr cloud in french and want to add a grain preset, you've got 4 options : None, Light, Medium, High (may be different translation, but you've got the 4 levels)   French says : Aucun, Claire, Moyen, Élevée   Claire is wrong, as it is a "light color", not a "light amount" Light should (here) be translated as "léger" (not heavy)

Working on iPad Pro (iPadOS 15.2), App version 7.1.1 at time of post. Problem: Manual coloring option in any mask does not display the existing setting from previous edits (it stays at the unset state, no color, Saturation: 0). Steps to reproduce: 1. Edit in any mask, set any manual color in the "Color" panel, saturation > 0 (for disambiguity, Color setting in this case refers to the last option in the "Color" panel)   2. Exit mask editing by clicking "Done". The manual color will display on image as desired. 3. Enter the same mask edit, the manual color will still be correctly displayed on image, but under "Color" panel, Color setting is displayed as unset.  

I can't create folders or albums in Lightroom on my iPad Pro. I have a M1 with the latest update. The panel opens to create an album or folder but I can't type in it and the only option I have is cancel. I have uninstalled & re-installed Lightroom & re-started my iPad. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix it?Thanks

I recently got the iPad 12.9 M1 (2021) and the Apple Magic Keyboard.   Everything works exactly like expected, but I can't use the keyboard to input text in Lightroom - e g when I want to create a new album, or put in information about a photo. Everything else works just perfect, it's just these input fields that doesn't react on text input.   Have I missed something, or is this a bug?

Issue: Extensive refining of a mask using the brush tool seems to reset the settings and loose the masks altogether. Lightroom version: 7.01 OS:  IPad Pro 12.9 5th gen, Ios 14.8, 2 TB with 1.78 TB free space Steps to reproduce: Prior to upgrade to LR Mobile ver 7, Import Canon CR2 Raw file into IPad Pro. Make basic color and exposure changes. Working with full resolution file. (Canon Eos5dmkIV).  1. Create mask using the auto sky mask, the create mask using auto subject (initated inLightroom Classic for desktop and sync'd via cloud)2. Choose to create a subtraction mask using brush. Erase mask areas that spill over fromthe subject to the background and leave the red preview on. For example, an outdoor portait shoot. 3. After several minutes of brushing, the brush no longer erases the mask. All color and exposure edits seems to revert back to the original file or last session.4. Return to Adobe Classic, developer module, history, undo 'reset setting' to restore color and ex

1. Edited on app version v71 2. iPad Pro M1 - iOS 15.1 3. I edited photos through the iPad app & utilized subject detection & color range based masks. They appeared fine when accessed through the iPad app & I am able to render them properly through the app. However, once I share the album of photos through Lightroom & access the shared album utilizing the generated link, the edits get messed up where the masks described above are utilized. 4. I expect the masks from Lightroom to be properly applied when accessing shared albums via the browser. They do not appear to be applied. (see example photos of in Lightroom app and in browser attached)   Note - I have tried accessing via browser on safari & chrome on multiple iPhones, an M1 iPad, & a MacBook Pro with a discrete graphics card to no avail.

My computer (mac) just automatically updated my lightroom and there are some great updates BUT I just exported a whole photoshoot and they're exporting as unedited. I see my edits still in lightroom but as soon as I export they're gone. I double checked 100x that i'm exporting as JPEG and they still delete. Any help please?

Interesting one. In Pro mode, I changed the ISO and shutter speed before capturing a JPEG photo. The photo information has different settings. When I changed to DNG the settings I selected are there in the captured photo? Has something changed. Can we no longer adjust ISO in JPEG photos? iPhone 13PM LR V.7.1.0 8C2E26/68

Android app v5.3. After making changes in the lightoom desktop, the thumbnails on the mobile APP do not update. The only way is to make a small change, then the thumbnail updates. The whole thing is quite frustrating and makes it very difficult to understand what has been changed and what has not. Device: mate 20 pro. Update: same issue on 3 different Android devices (Android version 8,9,10 respectively).

This is a new bug since I upgraded Lightroom to V3.2 on my MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012). Here's the process I've been using for years: I import raw images from the camera's SD card. I flag the ones I intend to edit. Then I pick one to edit and duplicate it. After anywhere between half a minute to 10 minutes of editing the duplicate, the image goes black. When I go back to the Grid view, the thumbnail for that photo is also black. If I select the adjacent image in the grid to edit, and then use the arrow key to get back to the black one. Then the image reappears, but with all the edits gone.

When I paint a mask using a certain sized brush I can control this fine. If I need to earse an area and chose a very small brush the first go gives me a much larger area, making it impossible to erase just a small area. If I then go back and paint in more mask, I get the same effect. I have checked the brush size each time but it seems no matter how small, a large area gets effected. It’s almost like auto mask is on, only I don’t think we have that feature. This is on my iPad Pro 12.9, running ISO10.3.3 or 11 B3. Very frustrating.

Edit in photoshop option does not work. When selected, photoshop opens but the image will fail to load into photoshop. I have updated all aps and plugins, uninstalled/reinstalled photoshop, logged out and back in to the Adobe creative cloud. 

Masking in LR mobile 7.0.1 didn't remember adjustment I did. I tried to select +5 in every masking adjustment but it disappeared after I finished and open it again. It won't happen when I select +100 - 100. Does anyone facing the same issue?

Steps to reproduce:   1. Original resolution: 7952 x 5304 2. Enhance the photo including super resolution 3. New DNG with resolution 15904 x 10608 4. Open the DNG on iOS mobile Lightroom app. Resolution says 15904 x 10608 5. Make an edit in iOS app. It can be a light change. 6. The resolution of the photo in both the iOS app and the desktop changes to 7952 x 5304 7. If you now export the photo, the resolution of the export is 7952 x 5304 8. Make an edit in Desktop app, the resolution changes back to 15904 x 10608 in both desktop and iOS  

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Lightroom Mobile app on my phone has been updated to v6.4.0 — which, if I'm not mistaken, is the latest version of the app.   Everything was working fine before. However, as of today (27/08/21), I receive the error "Photos failed to import" whenever I try to import photos saved from Instagram.   I have tried logging out and back into the app, as well as clearing the app's cache, but nothing has worked so far. This issue currently only occurs with photos from Instagram; I'm still able to import other photos successfully.   I haven't encountered this over the past few years of using Lightroom Mobile. Is there a way to resolve this problem?

How to replicate: Have raws imported on iPad (stored locally, but shouldn't matter as imported on mobile) In rating (star mode), zoom to assess sharpnesses. At first, the picture will be rendered, but then GETS blurred or degraded The only way to render again, is to switch to develop mode   See video attached (sorry, haven't recorded the actions but you clearly see the image getting blurred) The two screenshots show the status in rating mode (blurred) and then corrected right after having switched to develop mode.

I have the iPhone 13 pro, I shoot in 16:9 on it. Within photos the image is 16:9.   When I import into Lightroom mobile the image is cropped to 4:5 so I'm missing part of the image. I re import and the issue is the same.

The photos I take while hiking with Lr and my iPhone are geotagged wrongly. If the compas is used before taking the imeges, they are geotagged correctly. The issue happens using two different devices.  Both iOS and Lr are updated.  The area is well covered by the cell network.  Is anybody experiencing the same issue? Guido

It appears there is a bug in Lightroom for iPad. When editing an album and swiping to the next image, lightrroom will not load the preview for the next image, even though I have all of the previews stored locally on my iPad. It will literally spin the loading wheel for as long as I'll wait. The only way I can get it to load is if I exit the individual image and go into the library view, then go back into editing the same image. I made a screen recording of this.    There is also a second bug, where copying and pasting the new masking features becomes problematic. I have tried to copy and paste the Color Range and it doesn't copy over the hue and saturation adjustments individually made to that mask. At that, if there are multiple masks it sometimes displays it inside another mask for some reason.   I am using a 2021 Gen. 5 iPad Pro (512gb/8gb RAM) with latest iOS firmware and the latest available version of Lightroom for iPad on it. If there is a way I can email you
