Bugs should only be reported for the latest or current version of Lightroom Desktop. If you believe you have a bug, it must be verified on the latest version. Hello, about 3 weeks ago there was a problem with saving photos to a computer. In the mobile version of Lightroom I create an album (800 photos) with shared access and permission to download for my client. I follow the link and click on "save photo" in order to save all the photos in one archive. It downloads several megabytes and the download stops, the archive is then corrupted and cannot be opened. All that remains is to save the photos one by one. Please help!

This is an annoyance that would be nice to fix: -- Select a photo -- Bring up the Keywords editor (K) -- Move cursor to Keywords text edit box (Ctrl-Tab, or mouse) -- Type a first keyword, hit enter to save it -- Quickly type a second keyword, which contains letters that are keyboard shortcuts (e.g., "greg")   Expected Behavior: -- The second keyword appears in the Keywords text edit box   Actual Behavior: -- Your typing from the second keyword activates keyboard shortcuts.  E.g., "G" activates Grid view, "E" switches to edit mode -- The second keyword (e.g., "greg") does not appear in the Keywords text edit box   Workaround: -- Wait a second before typing the second keyword, at which point the cursor will return to the Keywords text edit box. -- This is annoying when you're trying to quickly enter a lot of keywords.   I'm using Adobe Lightroom version 4.3 on MacOS 11.4  

If I import images to LR Classic and choose a synced collection in the import dialog, then those unedited images show Adobe Standard as profile in LR CC (desktop and mobile on iPhone and iPad). In LR Classic it looks like they have Adobe Color applied. The profile in LR CC changes, if I do some edits like auto tone in LR Classic. Adobe Standard is set as profile in LR CC as well, if I reset all edits of a synced image in the develop module of LR Classic. LR Classic still shows Adobe Color in the profile menu, but in LR CC it is Adobe Standard. Since I thought it might be related to a previous issue of mine, I tested four RAW files from three different cameras: Olympus OMD E-M1 MkII, Pentax K-x (native PEF and out of camera DNG) and Hasselblad X1D. I can reproduce this with all files. Is that a bug or feature?

Using LR 6.3.0 and Apple Ipad Air 4 on iOs 14.6   When Wifi is connected but sync is paused, I can import any number of large files (12Gb), process them then delete them and allow the sync to complete (no files to sync as they are now deleted).   However, when I try the same with wifi disconnected (Wifi on iPad switched off) the import stops at approximately 174 files and I have to import in batches of 100, process, export, delete and repeat, this is tedious in the extreme.   Is there a way to use the app completely offline (not everyone or every situation calls for cloud storage or sync) or to convince the app that a connection exists when out of wifi range?

I have spent an hour trying to import a set of images that are already nested elsewhere in this session, but nothing is working. I've tried renaming the files, copying and pasting into new directories, changing XMP data, but no matter what LR is not allowing me to copy into a new directory if it exists anywhere else. 

I'm using Lightroom Mobile Camera on my Samsung Galaxy A50 (Android 11), but after 4 pictures, it won't capture anything anymore.  The rest of the app keeps working fine, I can still set my SS, WB etc, even the on-screen button itself changes color when clicked, but nothing happens. The volume keys don't work either (when this problem happens). I tried resetting the camera to default settings, I tried reinstalling the app, and nothing, the only solution I've found is to exit the camera then re-enter, to get 4 more pictures. It's not an issue of space, in these 4 picture intervals I can stack dozens and dozens of them in my library, but it's very annoying and I have to count, otherwise I can spend half an hour taking perfect shots, only to come home and realize 99% of them were never captured to begin with.I've tried Googling about this, but I haven't found anyone with a similar problem, let alone a solution, any idea what could be causing this?

I have routinely gotten the error "Unable to export, storage full" when exporting to camera roll in Lightroom Mobile on an iPhone 11 Pro iOS v14.4.2 (though it has been happening since v14, and probably before that, but it does seem more frequent since v14.4 and Lightroom updates). It does not hover seem consistently repeatable via any specific activity, and I can typically resolve it by shutting off my phone and relaunching Lightroom after a restart.  I am only using 116GB out of 256GB of device storage.  The issue will recur within 1-3 hours of normal usage (editing and saving photos via the "Export to Camera Roll" or "Export as..." functions).  I can't seem to figure out what triggers it, but once it happens, it seems the only way to resolve it is restart the phone. Anyone else experience this happening?  Potentially relevant detail: I also use iCloud for my camera roll photos - I still haven't made the full jump to Adobe cloud storage for all my photos. 

when I tried to select the photo from gallery in Lightroom, it is not giving option to select photo, directly it is opening first photo of the gallery. I tried multiple times to select photo every time it is happening same. Please look into this. Mobile: iPhone 11 iOS: 14.4.2  

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Click the Guided Upright Tool icon and then draw the guides directly on a photo.2. Control + Click “Geometry”, and select “Reset Geometry” to reset Geometry control. 3. “Reset Geometry” does not reset the guides drawn in the step 1.  After resetting, switch Upright mode back to "Guided". This is happening to me regularly. I try and share a a photo to my Adobe Project (which is integrated) and normally it works just fine.    But recently I am getting a message "Photos Not Synced, Original photos must be synced to the cloud before publishing".    The thing is - they absolutely are synced to the cloud. Even when I click on the cloud, it confirms that all photos are "Synced and backed up". 

Is there a way to go back a step in the Lightroom Learn Module Tutorials? For instance to see it again without having to go through the whole thing again.

Hello,Why when exporting photos from my iPad Pro sharpening and noise reductions aren’t applied to exported images? Second why we can’t decide or exported images size regarding only for two options 2048 and full ress?On MacBook Lightroom cc sharpening and noise reductions are applied correctly.

I have a 128gb iPhone 11.   You can see my settings for Lightroom in the screenshots. You can also see how much local storage is being used by Lightroom - it is using 56.07gb of local storage. As a result, I am constantly getting the "Your iPhone storage is full" message, which makes my phone unusable for doing things like....taking photos. The irony!   I have already tried deleting the app completely and reinstalling, but the end result is the same. Am I missing something here or is this a bug of some kind?   Thanks          

When exporting from Lightroom CC on macOS, the exported JPG takes on remarkably different colors (it looks like a lower/bluer color temperature, but I'm not precisely sure). The difference appears within the Lightroom CC export preview prior to exporting, as well as with the exported image when opened in other applications. Different images have different levels of impact, but I've seen visible differences in most of my images. The issue appears regardless of what Color Space is selected for the exported JPG.I do not have issues when exporting the same image with Lightroom CC on iPad. I have a problem with Lightroom CC (for Windows 10) perpetually showing that it is "Syncing 1 photo" (see screenshot below).It seems that all my photos are synced, however. When I filter to show "Syncing" photos, no photos appear (see screenshot below). All my photos are in albums, and all my albums have the blue icon indicating that all photos in them are "Synced and stored locally." All my devices with Lightroom installed (including on the web) show the same number of total images.I checked my diagnostic log. Under "Sync/Error Assets" an asset ID is listed. I found that asset ID in Managed Catalog.mcat and noted the associated filename. A photo with that filename no longer exists in Lightroom CC or my local backup drive. I had permanently deleted that file (i.e., I deleted the file and then also permanently deleted it from "Deleted Items"). When I tried to re-import an image with that same filename (just for testing purposes), Lightroom CC warned me about the duplicate image.It seems

Since the latest update (5.3.1), large photo thumbnails in library view appear blurry. This is the case for both my iPhone and iPad.

When I try to share a photo or album to Adobe Portfolio I get the error message: "Photos not synced. Original photos must be synced to the cloud before publishing." I get this error when I try to add the photo to an existing project in the Share to Adobe Portfolio dialogue box. If I add the photo as a "new project" is accepted. But again, if I select an existing project I get the error. For albums, I get this error when I right-click on the album and select Share>Adobe Portfolio. Same thing for photos and albums when I select the Share icon in the upper right of the screen. I know all photos and albums are synced to the cloud - confirmed in the LR website, so I don't understand this error. Please advise.

Steps: Select Image Export As Disable Watermark Export Select the same or another Image   Issue: Watermark is enabled again. Even tough all other settings are saved from last export.   This is happening since 6.2.0

Hiafter upgrading from Lightroom 3.2.1 to 3.3, I get an error stating that my storage location for originals, located on a NAS drive, is full. In reality I have plenty of space on the shared folder. When rolling back to 3.2.1 the issue is resolved. My os i Catalina 10.15.5 the NAS is Synology. However I believe this issue is related to Lightroom

I have decided to move away from another solution and use lightroom web for my photo storage. When I imported my 20.000 photos, I would see all the meta keywords (tags) I put to my photos using the previous tool.   Unfortunately, when I add a tag in my lightroom (web) the tags are correctly updated on the platform but not on the actual photo. When I download it, it still shows the original meta tags.

Hi,   It seems that Lightroom 4.1 for Mac now shows the merged HDR image in the Recently Added section of the library after completing the merge. This is disruptive when performing a number of successive HDR merges, as the cognitive effort to recover one’s position in the list of photos and start the next merge has now increased. Prior to this version, HDR merge did not switch views.   Please consider reverting or adding an option to disable this behavior.   Thanks, Joe

Hello, I tried to import some presets to Adobe Lightroom and since then it keeps crashing when I try to tap on the presets tab. I just updated to the new version and everything else seems to be working. Do you know how to fix this? Thanks!

I have a layer retaining problem after sending files for editing from Lr to Ps and back to Lr. My workflow is the following: - I send a DNG file from Lr cloud based to Ps for editing - I edit in Ps adding layers, save and roll back to Lr; the Ps TIFF file is stacked correctly with the original one - no further editing in Lr - the TIFF file is sent again to Ps for a new editing session, the image aspect  is correct but the layers are gone, the image is flat - if I edit the image in Ps anyway, save and roll back to Lr, a new edited image is stacked with the previous two (original and first Ps edit). But: - if I export the TIFF file as it is from Lr to a folder and then I open that file in Ps, the layers are there. Thank you for any help you can provide, and thank you for the great work you are doing to improve the Ps family. I do appreciate that. Just installed lightroom and this constantly flashes on screen then lightroom closed, reopens itself and says this again and keeps circling.
