I have loaded the latest Photoshop (Beta) 24.6.0, version and have tried to use the new "Generate Fill" feature. I have tried various files on two different computers (Dell and ASUS)  and the "Generate Fill" box remains greyed out. I have checked the box in the Preferences >Plugins screen "Enable Generator", I have trieed PSD and Tiff files, I have tried 8bit and 16bit files, I have tried small resolution images. I have booted and rebooted the computers. But no matter what I do, I can't change the "Generate Fill" box to allow any input.   Is there another setting I need to change ?   Thanks   Dave

After selection is active, I cannot use the generative fill button. It's visible, but greyed out... I already switched from german language to english without success.. Please advice. Thanks !   Patrick

I am have a problem being able to share images on my procreate file to photoshop. I used to be able to share it as a PSD and PNG and now it doesn't do any. When I try to share it the photoshop Home Screen pops up but not the image I shared. Is anybody else having this problem.

I should add that attempting to add the release version to the Full Disk Access pane in the Privacy & Security system settings pane only results in the beta being added, even if I remove the beta first and then add the release version. It just pops back to the beta.

I've successfully used the generative tool on another machine but my current setup when hitting generate it gives me an get session ID error. Reinstalled, rebooted, same results.

Creative Cloud app is unable to update Photoshop Beta v25.1Tried reinstalling Creative Cloud, checked firewalls, made sure there's enough space. As a sidenote - I was unable to change the drive (location of installation), which I'm not sure if it's by design, but if it is, it is bad design.

The generative fill option was working correctly. But when I created a clipping mask and selected an area on that layer, the generative fill option was grayed out. Not sure if maybe I am doing something wrong or not.

So far, I find the Parametric Filters to be awesome, but when I mouse over the Chromatic Aberration Filter until its label appears, the word Aberration is misspelled. There are two letter r's in Aberration, not one.

Seit dem Update der Beta-Version heute, am 21.08.2023 kann ich in dem Ebenenfenster Zeichenflächen nicht mehr auf- und zuklappen. Ein Klick auf das kleine Pfeilsymbol neben dem Namen der Zeichenfläche hat keine Funktion mehr. Das ist auch nach einem Neustart des Computers noch so. (OS: Windows 11 Version 22H2 für x64-basierte Systeme)

Hello,   A few "bugs" I encountered on Beta 24.7.0 (it was the same on the previous version) compared to the Stable version.   1- After exiting Photoshop and restarting, it won't remember the Refine Edge settings even if "Remember Settings" is checked. They're being reset to stock. In the stable version it remembers the View Mode/Transparency, edge radius, contrast, feather, etc.    2- Remove tool - Same, after restarting it won't remember "sample all layers" being checked. I usually do corrections on a separate layer, and I keep getting this "error" as I forget to enable it after each fresh start.   *Is there a way to add "adjust brush size with pen pressure" for the remove tool? It would surely help doing a nice selection when using a pen, without constantly adjusting the size of the remove brush.   Thanks! Bogdan    

I noticed today in the most recent version of Photoshop beta that when using the replacement tool with the option unchecked to "remove after the first stroke" on the second selection the brush cursor isn't visable. Just an arrow. You can't see what the actual size of the brush is when the arrow is showing. I realize this is a beta version with some bugs. Just wanted to alert Adobe to this bug. Thanks.

Hello, After downloading and installing Photoshop 2023 Beta 25.0, I keep getting the the following error message about Generator. When going to the link it suggests removing and reinstalling all plug-ins.  I hope there is a better way to do solve this.  I'm not about to uninstall and reinstall my plug-ins.  Anyone have any ideas?  I've uninstalled the Beta and re-installed the Beta, but get the same error message.   Thanks, Dennis

Tried to start twice. Got error and sent report. Was able to reinstall 25.0 which seems to still work. Windows 10 on older dell computer. I have been getting notice that  photoshop can't use graphic card when the previous versions boot but program still works ok except for camera does not work.

Unfortunately, I have encountered continuous crash reports when using the latest update of Photoshop Beta. To provide some context, I had been using the previous version of Photoshop Beta without any problems.  I have made several attempts to troubleshoot the issue on my end, including: Reinstalling Photoshop Beta: I uninstalled the application and then reinstalled it to ensure that the installation was not corrupted. Updating Graphics Drivers: I verified that my graphics drivers were up to date to eliminate any potential conflicts. Checking System Requirements: I confirmed that my computer meets the system requirements for the latest version of Photoshop Beta.                                                            &nbs

Line tool is missing arrowheads option.

My Photoshop was last updated on 8/23/2023. Operating System - Windows 10 Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.0.0 20230727.m.2257 47ac892 x64   I am using Real-time Refinement, with the black and white view. I made my selection with select subject. When I select on the brush to refine, (2nd brush down), I only get an arrow, not a brush.  Using that arrow, I get SPOTS rather than a smooth flow for the refine. I have updated since the the theoretical fix date, but am still having the same issue. It is not a problem in the non-beta version.  

If I zoom into two images placed side by side in beta 25.1 and try to move them simultaneously, it does not work as it did in 24.6/24.7. Only one image is moving, the other does not. And there is just one more bug. If I duplicate an image and want to place the two images side by side, the new one to the right gets skewed.  

I updated Photoshop Beta today. I'm not sure if it's a Beta update issue because it was working fine the whole day until like an hour ago. Suddenly, when I go into Select and Mask, I'm not able to see the brush circle. I only see my mouse. The quick selection tool, refine edge brush tool, the brush tool all work when I click the mouse. I just don't see any circle around my mouse. I tried hitting the Caps Lock key, turned Photoshop on and off, turned my computer on and off, resetted all preferences, but the issue still remains. Am I the only one having this issue?

I have had a number of crashes in Photoshop Beta where I have copied an object from a Illustrator Beta EPS file, and pasted into a photoshop beta document as a smart object. Following the creation of the Smart Object layer, when moving or resizing the smart object photoshop crashes with no messages and exits. Version of the app: 24.7 m2215 Platform and OS version: Windows 10.0.19043 Build 19043 Basic steps to reproduce the problem: See above Expected result and actual result: See Above

"Close and go to Bridge" command now open CC Desktop app instaed of Bridge Only just started to happen in PS Beta 25.0

I have tried to generate several different types of things and i keeps getting the same error message " A problem Accured Please Try Again .  And it is very slow now also.
