test pc is window10. Photoshop version 23.4 GPU comp off / on , Multithread of / off , Native canvas on /of I reset it, but the result is the same. It doesn't matter if it just looks like that and it doesn't affect the actual output. But that's how it's reflected in the actual output. So I can't proceed with the work right now. That bug occurs randomly when zooming in and out. Even if i use clone stamp, patch tools, or healing brushes, bugs occur randomly. Emergency patch is required.
Photoshop 2022 (photoshop version 23.5) on windows 10 21H2 with single monitor 1920 x 1200, going to Full Screen Mode and back to Standard Screen Mode causes the bottom of the photoshop interface to be off screen. Then one must go to the Restore/Maiximize button to fit the interface back on screen. I have reset the preferences, but didn't make any difference. As far as i can tell, this is only on the windows version of photoshop 23.5 Standard Screen Mode After cycling through Full Screen Modes and back to Standard Screen Mode
System details: Surface Studio 2 i7 32 g of ram GTX 1070 Windows 11 22H2 Since updating to version 23.5, I've noticed a couple things. There seems to habe been some kind of change to how brush input is being rendered. On the plus side, it appears to have slightly reduced latency, but there is also some kind of bug causing a flickering to happen as the tiles are drawn in. Its really strange, the flickering while drawing is accompanied by it sometimes taking a step "back" in its history, only for that step to reappear as I continue to draw. I tried disabling multithread compositing to see if that was causing the issue, but it didn't make a change. Also, the same flickering behavior is there whether drawing with the pen or the mouse, so it seems to be about rendering rather than the input method. Just to be sure, I reinstalled 23.42 and the issue was gone. Then, I reinstalled 23.5 and it was back. Hoping this is solved in a patch soon, because I really li
While you're at it, please consider fixing other long-standing issues with View>Flip Horizontal, like the way that brushes set to Pen Tilt don't function correctly when the view is flipped (they can't tell that the view is flipped and when used are angled as if the view isn't flipped, despite the fact that the brush cursor visually tilts correctly.)
Easy one to explain- take a look at the text outside of my artboards. It looks like a wet paracetamol dissolving on the background.
When I invoke the edit guides dialog box, it shows the position of the selected guides in pixels even if I have guide, grid, rulers units set to inches in Preferences. How can I get the dialog box to default to the units I have specified in Preferences? Photoshop 23.4.2 Mac OS Monterey 12.6 (Apple Silicon)
image/adjustments/match color in 16 it is broken in recent versions of Photoshop (Mac OS). It works in 2022 versions. It turns the layer completely black or white
I've tried looking online for solutions but nothing has helped. After clicking on "Filter Gallery" the error states, "The end of data was reached while reading from a container." I just finished restarting my computer, reinstalling photoshop, and even updated my iMac. The error appears in every file I open Here are my specs, iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019) 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 Radeon Pro 570X 4 GB
Photoshop CC 2015 on MacBook Pro I'm having a few shapes on stage. Shapes are duplicates of Rounded Rectangle with the same size and properties. 1. I add Drop Shadow effect to one of the shapes. 2. I make Copy Layer Style action over it. 3. I Paste Layer Style to the rest of the shapes. The result: drop shadow effect is pasted to all layer, but with wrong parameters (shadow is with larger distance and blur: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gdw5a3mei73...) I tried it multiple times over various layers, both single layer and multiple layers, shapes, text, bitmaps — the result is the same, effects are copies and pasted with wrong parameters.
Hi, I am experincing quite a few crashes with PS 24.0.1 on my M1 Imac. It crashes at random times sometomes when editing and sometimes when i am about to save an image or just quit the App. I have just received a crash report when i had saved an image. All system software etc is up to date and i have tried all of the info supplied by Adobe eg. reset preferences etc but still get the crashes. I have checked the GPU compatability and its says all is compatible. Before i try to instal another version i thought i would ask the question here as im not sure if it's hardware or software related. I do have Topaz Labs plug ins installed but have had the crashes without using them. Eg when just saving an image or exiting PS Each time i have had a crash it has been submitted to Adobe & Apple via the dialogue boxes which appear after the craash. My Imac is on OS Ventura 13.0.1 16GB RAM Any help or advice would be welcome
I'm annoyed that Photoshop keeps closing when I am working. Is there a way to get this fix?
There was a similar discussion about a Macbook M1 Air, with a workaround / solution. The solution involved using "Presets" in "System Prefs > Displays". I don't see a way to make that applicable to the Mac M1 Mini. I have confirmed that the M1 Mini will display a 30 bit (10-bit per channel) image in many applications. Indeed, it will display a 10 bit grayscale gradient in 30 bit mode correctly in Photoshop 2020. However, nothing I have thought of and/or tried has been able to make the 30 bit option available in Photoshop 2021 or 2022.
Hi, since the last update 4 days ago. When clicking Photoshop->Setting the menu is blank. I need to change my settings. Anyone else have the same problem? I have done all the usual rebooting, checking for updates ect. MacOS, MacBook Pro, 16GB memory ect... Many thanks in advance.
I open HEIC file from iPhone 13 Pro, the image was taken in portrait mode. Photoshop v23.2.2 under Windows 10 does NOT display the depth map that is embedded in the file under channels. This apparently works in Photoshop on macos. the file I am using is OK because I can access the depth map under 'masking' in Lightroom using the same file. Can anyone help with this issue? (I can recover the depth map using 3rd party software) Another issue, but related, I cannot open the HEIC file from Bridge into camera raw as the option for HEIC does not appear under Camera Raw file handling settings.
Even if I try to change the language, it's fixed in English. No matter how many times I try, it's the same and I can't change the language
I bought a new M1 Mac a few months ago and have updated all of my adobe programs to the latest software (i.e; Photoshop is on 23.2.2). I've been having lots of issues with the application crashing and losing all of my work. The latest issue that caused it to crash is copying and pasting text into a text box. Is anyone else having similar issues, and were you able to resolve it? Thanks.
Something I have yet to figure out is a way to keep the top bar with all the technical options (Filename and associated dropdowns, save button, undo/redo buttons, download/share..that menu bar specifically) stay on-screen permanently. Anytime i want to find it i have to ctrl+/ to open the search bar, then search for undo and bring it up that way. Is there not a way to just keep it there permanently? I use undo/redo and file versions much more often than any other menu that pops up in that place. I'm used to redo being ctrl+y instead of shift+z, and I frequently mess up the ability to even redo anymore with this mis-type, and have lost a lot of progress because of it (which is why I use file versions quite often). Also, a way to change controls and see when/if the document auto-saves would be nice.
As shown in the photo, I'm using an imac27. I connected an iPad Pro to the imac as its second screen, and then dragged Photoshop2023 onto the screen of the iPad Pro, theoretically allowing me to use the apple pencil to draw directly on the screen. But every time I start drawing, Photoshop immediately crashes. It doesn't happen when I don't use apple pencil. I'd like to know the reason and how to solve it. Thank you.

For me, large file format thumbnails (.psb) do not display correctly. I'm running Photoshop version 23.2.1, MacOS Monterey 12.2.1 and have had this problem for several months. An Adobe help tech played with permissions and other solutions today but couldn't fix it. The .psb files display ok at smaller sizes but at larger sizes they display a colorblock full of noise like you'd see on a television screen. While pretty, it's very frustrating to work with because I can't tell which version of the project to click on. Help!!Normal .psd file thumbnails work fine, as do all other thumbnails on the computer. Things I have tried: resaving the files with the most recent version of Photoshop after updating to 23.2.1. Moving the files to another folder that's on the desktop, not in Dropbox, etc. Some file permissions changes. Restarting. Toggling on and off different display types from list to icon. These files were not created on an external drive, but locally. Saving as a new file with a new na
All the time Ctrl+0 worked as expected: Fitting the image left a several pixel margin around the image so the selection and other tools could be clicked slightly outside the image. Now, since vesrion 23.3 the Ctrl+0 is changed: the image fits without leaving the small margin. Without the margin it is impossible to start the selection exactly from the corner of the image, etc. The margin around the image should be restored in an upcoming version. Initially it was introduced for usability purposes.
Since few updates ago, that function just stopped working. Ive deleted all adobe all preferences multiple times. It work the first time and after restart it always opens the last export location. The issues is present on multiple systems (OSX, Intel silicone).
