Here's a video showing a glitch I've noticed when using the Export As function in Photoshop. I can confirm that it happens with both JPEGs and PNG files. It does not happen if you use Save As.   I was using v23.3.2, but just updated to 23.4.1 and the issue is still occuring.   System Specs:Windows 10 64-bit Ryzen 3950X RTX3080 64GB DDR4 2TB NVME for projects, numerous backup and storage drives  

  Hi there, when creating a new document File > New > Film and Video > Presets    It would be better if the Film and Video presets were updated, so that Window > Timeline > Create Video Timeline used the correct frame rate for all presets, (and also, it'd be nice if more modern presets were defined).    While Adobe's Media Encoder, Premiere Pro and After Effects have a wide range of well-configured Film and Video Presets to start projects with, Photoshop has a narrow selection, with several presets that are unreliable - see below.    There is also another issue, which seems related:  Photoshop is unable to remember a 24fps or 25fps frame rate setting, in a Video Timeline document that isn't created from one of the few presets that work, and converting to and from Frame Animation. For example:  Start with an HDTV 1080p preset  Create a video timeline - the frame rate is 29.97fps  Animation Timeline panel > Setting

Hi there,   On an iPad Pro I am trying to use the full workflow starting from Lightroom Mobile, editing in Photoshop for iPad and, after my edits, returning back to Lightroom using the command "Send to Lightroom" now available in Photoshop for iPad (ver. 2.3). The issue is that, after hitting "Send to Lightroom", although the control is returned to Lightroom (where I can see a message saying "Receiving Photoshop Document" and the wheel spinning in the little cloud icon (top right) and "Loading Photo" message), the loading process never ends and I cannot see any Photoshop document popping up in Lightroom as it should be. The problem has been presenting itself on and off, but it seems now to be permanent. All apps and iOS are updated to the latest version. Has anybody else experienced the same issue or have an idea of how to resolve it? I have a ticket open with Adobe, but so far no resolution.   Thanks for your help, Nic

When editing text in photohsop on ipad pro the arrow keys do not function to move the curser. Arrow keys function everywhere else. Tested with Smark Keyboard Folio, bluetooth keyboard, and usb keyboard, all had the same issue. The issues is only present in Photoshop. arrow key text navigation works in Illustrator and Fresco with out any issues. 

Photoshop zoom is weird with delay in Liquify filter. If i try to zoom in to more than 50%, it will take as long as 3 seconds to load the image. And then all of a sudden,  zoom in. something wrong... This is very inconvenient. I reset the settings of Photoshop and reinstalled it. It's the same problem.   My laptop, imac is same issue. No OS problem... Photoshop version is 23.3Fix and Help me plz =(  

I'm on 23.4.1 But this bug has been around about 1-2 months. I open a lot of photos at once to edit, and having the smaller image of previous edit open concurrently outside of the tabs, and floating, makes it easier for me to color correct as I go. One of the features I use to manage the organization while I work in Photoshop is the "Consolidate All to Here". It used to be super easy, just right click on the tabs, and you can move all the open windows to the tab.  Now its grey'd out, and I have to go through "Windows->Arrange->Consolidate All To Here".  Its few clicks but doing it dozens of times per day, gets old. Please fix, so I can just right click on the tabs, and consolidate all the windows with just few clicks. Images attached of what I'm talking about. 

So yes i know i am using a very old graphics card the 770M but things were working just fine until a few days ago when this new patch hit. Still running windows 10 like before. Now i can't find a way to get scrubby zoom to work again, its just greyed out. Anyone else having issues?   Graphics processor is ticked on and under advanced settings use openCL and anti alias guides and paths are turned on. I have restarted my computer. I have reinstalled my graphics driver. Anything i can think of   [title of post updated to reflect issue that the team is investigating]

https://youtu.be/rB63J-kcz-s   I just noticed it now, it maybe temporary glitch or something that's been there for a while, I have no idea for how long this was present.   when I select area with patch tool and move the selection around, the shape of the patch tool shown through the target area is rentangle rather than my original selection.   Is this normal behavior? Or something I haven't seen it cause I was not paying attention all these time?

Yesterday I found out that you can displace Smart Objects via the marquee tool. This makes for an interesting effect, but it seems it is not permanent. As soon as you open the Smart Object and make any change to it, the displacement is lost. To reproduce: - create a new image - create a marquee selection, fill it with any color to generate a rectangle - convert the layer to a smart object - use the marquee tool to create rectangular selections on top of the smart object and use the cursor keys to displace the smart object (it does not work when moving the selection with the mouse) - open the smart object, make any change and save it again - the previously applied displacement is lost Is this even intentional behavior? It would be great if the effect was permanent. Using Photoshop 24.0.0 on Windows 10.  

Hello,   Does anyone else have the following issue, like I do? 1) In Illustrator, draw a rectangle (as far as I tested, only by using the rectangle tool, not the pen). 2) Apply a radius to one or more corners. 3) Mirror-transform the shape and copy it. 4) In Photoshop, paste as layers. The shape is placed in its unmirrored state. I have a suspicion that corners radiuses get reversed in cases where I didn't had to use a mirror transformation.    

If Mouse Polling rate set 1000hz, It's little bit delay or stuttering in PS.Especially when working while pressing the space bar (=using the hand tool) on the image, that kind of stuttering feeling is felt like that. I've recorded this on video, but it doesn't record as well as the feeling of a slight tremor or break...   I'm not sure about PS2021. PS2022 was the case in all versions. In fact, the solution to this was simple. Just change Mouse Polling rate set to 500hz. Done... What's interesting is that there were no such symptoms in PS2020 when the mouse poll rate was set to 1000. Also, what's more interesting is that the mouse is set at 1000hz, and even if I move using a pen on the Wacom tablet instead of a mouse, I can feel that stuttering.   The mouse that is connected to my computer now is Logitech Gpro, and I have several mice from Logitech, BenQ's mouse, razer's mouse, and so on. Photoshop 23.5 Issue: Status Bar Color Space no longer updating live   I have also noticed this on Windows and Mac. With a document open, if you either assign or convert to a different profile, the information in the status bar is NOT updating automatically as it used to do.    

Does anyone else running windows 10 x64 21H2 (OS Build 19044.2130) with photoshop 2022 (ps ver 23.5.1) notice that the Edit>Preferences dialog has no drop shadow?   Same computer with windows 11 on different drive and 23.5.1 does have the drop shadow.         windows 11 x64 22H2 (OS Build 22621.674 on same computer different drive  

Hello.. when I'm working on a layer mask, I'm usually able to toggle the red, transparent mask overlay with "<"  (on english keyboards it would be "\")  to see which parts of the mask I'm currently painting on while still being able to see the original image (I'm not referring to Quick Mask Q). This way I don't need to work on the black&white preview of the mask since I wouldn't be able to look at the original image.   Now since the last few updates, I cannot toggle said mask overlay with "<" while working with a simple brush. For this to work I would also need to press "alt" AND click on the layer mask, which is pretty inconvenient for me. I find this very strange since pressing "<" when using every other tool works just fine - except with the brush .... Are there any settings I'm missing for this to work!?   OS: Windows 10 Photoshop 23.5.1   Greetings from Germany.

The preview window in the "Open" dialog box on Windows is gone in Photoshop. So if I click on a PSD file (once) to preview it, there isn't one. I have to completely open the file or go digging for it in Bridge. This is a very fundamental feature that needs to return, especially for those of us that have hundreds of files to dig through. PLEASE fix this.

PC restarts 100% of the time when using the Object Selection Tool.I9 9900K32Gb RAMAdobe seems to be ignoring the users that have this problem so the only solution might be to spam them until they fix it.

Using PS 23.5.1 MacOS 12.6.   In either the Info panel or the Document Information Panel at the base of the screen, i have Document Sizes displayed in Megabytes. When I work on the document by adding layers/masks or whatever, the document size does not update. I can only get it to do so by either selecting a second document and then reselecting the original or by selecting a different option in the Document Information Panel (like Document Profile/Document Dimensions/.... Layer Count) and then reverting to Document Sizes. Is this a bug, a known issue? Is there a workaround to get the size recalculated without doing the above? Regards

A common workaround in these cases is to revert to a previous version, but worse, you can't get a version of Photoshop 22.5.1 or earlier.Therefore, Photoshop cannot be used unless a version that solves the problem is released. When I use the Image Size command (CMD + OPT + I or Image>Image Size) in Photoshop, it completely destroys the image file. I tried the same process on two other Macs with the same file (copied from Mac to Mac) and it worked just fine on the other two Macs, so it is not the image file. There must be a bug/malfunciton in Photoshop, but I can't figure out what it is or how to fix it.   The other two Macs that it worked on the one is identical to mine, a MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro, the other is a 12 year old MacPro 5,1 tower running Photoshop CS6. Whenever I use the Smart Portrait neural filter I have to restart my photoshop each time I want to use it on a different photo. It'll work on the first one and that's it. I've tried, using the "Disable GPU for Neural Filters" setting, deleting the plugin data, and running it as administrator, nothing seems to work apart from using a much older version that gives "worse" results. It's quite annoying only being able to do it once at a time.   Version of the app : 23.2.2 Platform and OS version : Windows - Windows 11

I just updated from Photoshop CC to Photoshop 2020. One of the tools I use often is "Toggle composite and grayscale mask in Quick Mask mode", which has a default keyboard shortcut of "~" Tilde in Photoshop CC. However, in Photoshop 2020, this has been re-assigned to a new function called "Toggle between painting and erasing with the same brush tip". Pressing or holding the ~ key activates the new function instead. How do I "Toggle composite and grayscale mask in Quick Mask mode" now? I can't find/re-assign either of the aforementioned functions in keyboard shortcuts. I tried toggling both "use legacy shortcut" options in the keyboard shortcut menu, followed with a Photoshop restart, with no success.  

The current Photoshop version is very slow. (It was fast and accurate until version PS 21.0.3, and the problem began after that)   1. Hand tool(=press space bar) and move area is slow (ofcousre disable panning) 2. liquify zoom(There is a delay once when zooming in more than 50%. Unconditionally, Version 21.0.3 is smooth no lag) 3. layer toggle visable slow (Ctrl + ,) its React one beat slower. (This part until version PS2015.5. 2015.5 is really fast and smooth everything. Check this.....)   I don't know why if I have to pay my monthly subscription and work harder. Some say. Don't update it unconditionally, report people's reactions. I have Document Dimensions displayed on the very bottom left footer of Photoshop.  I just noticed after cropping a photo it still shows the original dimensions.  I would swear (been doing this for years) that before after I cropped an image it would show the cropped dimensions.  The only way it shows the crop dimensions now is when I save the photo.  Is this a bug?  I just updated to 23.5 on Windows 10 64 bit.

It is a nighmare for me.  The app freezes when using the heal brush and before it automatically saves.  I am not sure what I can do.  I have completely erased the ipad and all of it's settings and reinstalled all apps.  Waste of time because the app still freezes when using said healing brush.  Super pissed.
